Kevin did a super great job on my Fleetwood Bounder 35K known as ADVENTURE TIME, My driver slide was out of line and the rollers had twisted the slide in ward. But Kevin reprogrammed the system to open and re close and also fixed my wood trim . Thanks so much

Broke down on I95 and they gave us great advice to adapt till we could get to them. They fixed it the same day and were reasonably priced.

I contracted with a local RV mobile mechanic to replace both my A/C units. We have a Leisure Suites 5th. wheel, well, this did not go well we spent 12 weeks without A/C in 103-degree heat & nothing but, excuses or no response.Getting flustered I talked to one of the people that have been here a long time & they recommended RV Pros. I went and talked to them.They do not make service calls anymore, but I think Kevin felt sorry for me being a senior citizen, Veteran and handicapped. he came out & looked at what I had. In 15 minutes, Kevin knew what he had to order. A week later when Kevin received the parts he showed up and in less than 1.5 hours we had OUR NEW A/C's running & the cost was reasonable. WOW. I highly recommend RV PROS FOR ANY OF YOUR RV NEEDS. They have a modern facility by I-95 on the west side between Wade & Dunn North Carolina.

I had a list of items that I needed checked and fixed on my 2008 Monaco Executive. They addressed all the issues and made the necessary repairs in a fast and efficient manner and were reasonably priced. There was an issue they could not fix due to a faulty board but they are trying to help me work through that situation as well. Mike and Kevin both took time to explain explain to me all they had done.I would highly recommend RV Pros.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim, Battery

Kevin and Nick did an AMAZING job on my Monaco signature. They replaced all four slideout toppers and serviced my aqua hot IN THE RAIN! Most shops wouldn t return our calls because of the pandemic. Absolutely amazing. Professional and fast workers with vast knowledge. Replaced our solenoid on our 2018 Winnebago revel, fixing our issue of the alternator not charging the cab batteries. Work was done in under 30 minutes. Couldn't be happier.

We had an hydraulic issue for our stabilizer jack under our RV. Road debris ruptured one of the hydraulic lines and fluid was leaking out. Went to Camping World because it was closer and on the way into Fayetteville. Made an appointment for the next morning for 9am. They had our RV all day and told us that the stabilizer jack was bad and needed to be replaced. But they didn't know how long it would take for the part to get in. So I decided to get a second opinion. I took some pictures and sent them to RV PROS and they new what the problem was right away. So i made an appointment, took my RV in for 8am and had it fixed by 11am. Not to mention a few other little issues. Thank you Mike and Kevin for the GREAT customer service and honesty. Moving forward, any issues with my RV, RV PROS will get my service.P.S. Please don't waste your time with Camping World. They're customer service is terrible!

Last summer we were on our way back from Florida to Quebec when we had a bearing problem on our fifthweel. We were fortunate that you were available to take care of our mechanical problem and the issue was resolved quickly, successfully and was affordable. Shout out to RV Pros of Dunn NC. about a broken slide cable on my 2018 2305 QB. They were very responsive to my phone call on March 23 and came out today, Precisely at the date and time they scheduled with me. Kevin quickly identified the issue and replaced the cable.But that isn't the best part. Kevin did a thorough inspection and found out the slide wasnt opening evenly and fixed it. He also found another cable about to break and replaced it also. It was his attention to detail that impressed me most finding two issues I was unaware of. Very happy and will recommend them.Google won't let me add a new review but I went back to RV Pros today April 20th 2022.Kevin and Mike took care of our camper checked my bearings and repacked them. Checked my brakesServiced my AC. Even checked to see that my slide was working correctly from the previous repair. I can't recommend these guys enough they're very fair and pricing they are prompt in their repairs and they're very very thorough.

I cannot express my thanks enough to these guys! I live in Maryland Ian decided to purchase a camper last minute online from a seller in North Carolina about a half an hour away from RV -Pros. I was purchasing a fifth wheel 37 foot camper though my truck was not set up to pull one of these campers I borrowed a fifth wheel from a friend but I needed to get the hardware and get it installed into my truck bed. This required drilling and mounting through the bed to the frame. I called approximately six different RV dealers on the way to North Carolina from Maryland and finally found camping world nearby Who said that they would be willing to install The fifth wheel hitch hardware into my truck early the next morning. Great it could not get any better! I would not have to make a separate trip from Maryland to pick the RV up at a later date. Early the next morning as promised camping world put my truck in their shop and I sat there for two hours before they told me they were not able to install the hitch because I have rust in my truck bed. I asked them if I could borrow their tools I would install it myself in the parking lot they said it was a safety issue and that they would not allow me to do that. There was not enough rust in my bed to cause an issue as these universal rails actually get bolted to the frame underneath the truck bed. They just did not have any installers competent enough to do the job properly. I started calling around once again. Luckily through a transporter I found Kevin s phone number at RV pros. He was super nice over the phone and I explained everything and he assured me it would be no problem to install the hardware. I took it over to his shop and within a hour he had everything installed perfectly. Absolutely amazing! Now by this time the day is getting away from us and it is Saturday afternoon. I thanked him very much his pricing was very reasonable actually cheaper than camping world and I went on my way. I picked up the RV and as I was pulling out of their driveway I turn the lights on and the brakes locked up. Now I have a electrical issue. At this time it was around 5 PM just after Kevin had closed his shop. I called him and he still answered his phone told me to bring it over he would wait. He worked on the RV for another 1 hour and 45 minutes. He fixed my issue so I could go safely up the road to Maryland. No extra charge absolutely amazing service! We made it home safely and I am super happy for his knowledge and help with the RV. I would absolutely recommend him and I will be stopping by to pay them a visit when I passed through! I needed a new converter installed on my motorhome. I called and they were very pleasant and professional and set up an appointment. Kevin arrived on time and worked hard to install the converter. I had purchased an upgraded converter online and it was a different size than the original converter and Kevin worked hard to make the adjustments necessary to install it securely and it works great. Kevin used to work at Camping World for eight years and he is very knowledgeable, experienced and very professional. I am so glad they decided to open a business near where I live. I found out that he had his brother own the business and their wives help them so they are all very vested in doing a good job. I would highly recommend them.Service: Electrical

CAMPER STOLEN!Our fridge stopped working and we were referred to this place by another company. While they ordered the part, our camper was stolen from their lot over night! The morning after the brothers did not even notice our camper was stolen and we were notified by a Sheriff at our front door. Thankfully the thieves ditched the camper at a construction site down the road but not before they stole ~$350 worth of clothes, a hygiene bag full of products & jewelry, our battery, fishing rod, full tackle box, back up camera, and broke a key off in the under storage compartment. My husband had to take the day off of work to go deal with the police and tow the camper back home.The lot has NO SECURITY precautions. NONE. They had no cameras, no locks, no gate - nothing! They are very knowledgeable but not at all trustworthy. They ended up fixing our fridge, replacing our under storage lock and replacing our battery at our home after the incident. Then provided us with the originally quoted bill at full price and even tried to charge us a $75 service charge for coming to our house claiming they were not liable for the stolen property! When I called to dispute the bill, the owner was so rude and after being completely unwilling to budge on the price or even offer an apology for about 10 minutes finally agreed to take off 15% & the service charge after giving him the payment information.I gave 2 stars because their work was sufficient and they were very knowledgeable but without standing behind the customers you service, you cannot successfully run a business. We filed a police report but with no cameras, there are no suspects and we will never get our stolen assets back or even be compensated for the remainder of the stolen goods.Services: Electrical, Battery

Can t say enough good things about Kevin, Mike and Nick at RV Pros Dunn NC (Super easy access right off I 95)They ve worked on our 2014 Tiffin QFA twice now. They stay on schedule, honest, efficient, professional, awesome people! Most recently they replaced my patio awning motor, the computer board for our bedroom slide, fixed the bathroom vent fan, replaced a broken bracket on the engine cover, switched out the TV in our living room and found a glitch in our AV system! And they did it all on schedule! Thank you!!Thank you Thank you Thank you Kevin, Nick, and Mike, for the superb, efficient, professional repairs to our 2014 Tiffin dp! Our hydraulic mega slide was not extending appropriately. Kevin found and fixed the problem along with a solar shade that had a stripped motor.Phenomenal service, and a superb location in the middle of North Carolina right beside I95.We. Will. Be. Back!! We had a hydraulic leveler on our minnie winnie class C stop working. Kevin came out at 9:30pm . Diagnosed and fixed the problem in about 10 minutes! We really appreciate the extra effort in getting us back on the road for the rest of our trip with all systems working! Above and beyond!

Had an appointment. Arrived a little early. They started on it right away. Was in and out within 2 hrs. Guys were very nice. Had awning repaired and greased up axle and bearings. Will be going back.

I didn t know what was wrong with my Propane Tanks. I called RV Pros and no problem Mike assisted me until the end and got exactly what I needed the same day! I thank God every day for Earth Angeles!!! My day today will always be one of the best, and I am very satisfied,thank you!!!!

Three of their employees were smoking close to us (we had been sitting there for 20 minutes waiting on service) and we politely asked them to move and the shorter red head said "no, you can move down there". The other two laughed but moved away. He then came BACK over to berate us about how the ashtray (plant potter, not a real ashtray) was right here. We're actually in the market for an RV and looked at this company. What a shame they allow their employees to act this way to people while wearing company shirts.

I have had motorhomes for 30 years and motorhomes comes with a certain amount of issues.Called these guys to install a satellite dish and a few other things that needed attention and man was Mike and Kelvin the most knowledgeable and professional people I have ever called and at a very reasonable priced.Will definitely used them again
