I woke up to find a tire that was � flat while staying in Dunn for the night while traveling. A quick Google Map search led me to Robinson s Tire LLC. I can not believe my good fortune to have this business nearby. They were polite, professional and trustworthy. The tire was repairable and I was back on the road with barely a delay. I m sure the local folks don t need to read a review, but if you run into auto trouble anywhere near Dunn NC, do not hesitate to ask these folks for help. They were wonderful. Also, they had comfortable chairs!

My tire flew off (loose lug nuts) and proceeded to roll down 301 right in front of the shop. Dana, Nic and their team immediately jumped into action, jacked up the truck, got the tire back on, and helped me get it out of the road. They stayed with me after hours when they didn t have to and made sure someone came and got me and truly went above and beyond with customer service.Not only that, but within 2 days we had the truck fully repaired and Nic kept us up to date with everything he was doing and answered all the questions we had. Absolutely would recommend them!

I was just passing through and blew my tire . I found this place and they got me right in and put a new tire on and sent me on my way. The people there are very friendly and also worked with me on the price. Great service , great people , great pricesand better than all the others.

Nick was great and gave me some tips on what to look for in worn vs. new tires when I took in a pair of tires for them to install that I had sitting in my garage for a while. Even though I didn t purchase new tires from them this round, I will be back! I left confident that Nick and his crew are experts in their line of business! Thanks Nick for taking extra time with me today!

WOW -we were passing through the state and tire light came on. We googled nearest tire store and we found you! We are complete strangers ,you checked our tire and within 10 minutes sent us on our way. Good to go! This place had 2 recliners, a reclining sofa, huge tv and a special wall of pictures I assume of all their customers. If I had to wait for my car to be serviced, I would definitely go to THIS shop. We were treated really good!!! Thank you

The people were friendly, and the repair was done promptly (about an hour). However, it appears the mechanic used the wrong tool with the wheel lock, and ended up stripping it, making it useless. When I called about it a week later, they offered to look at it if I brought it back in. However, I live three hours away; and even if I did bring it in, I'm not sure what they would say - they definitely used the wheel lock, or they would not have been able to get the tire off. I also requested a receipt on the phone twice, and I have yet to receive it.

Needed some big tires for my Camaro. 20" don't come cheep. Got 2 used, in good shape temps. They Got them on and married back to the car, sensors linked included. They were friendly and helpful. When time for new rubber I will go back. A+ Go check em out.

This place broke my husband's fan without notifying us after they were paid to fix the master air flow sensor not once but twice because they put a bad one in the first time they also put his belt back on wicked crooked so we just replaced that yet again meanwhile we take our 6 year old to chapel hill twice a week because he was diagnosed with an incurable rare disease! They were paid by car shield and out of our pockets to fix 1 simple thing and yet they broke everything in the process they also took his car for a whole day and locked the shop up with his vehicle in it without permission, this place is a complete joke and I wouldn't send my enemy there! Nice way to scam people out of their money

These guys are my go-to! And they never let me down, like today when I called halfway through the day urgently needing help with some tires and electrical work for a big road trip tomorrow, they squeezed me in, put quality work in and delivered

My friends own this shop. They're great people and have great customer service. Get the job done as quickly as possible. They always look out for the customers and give best prices available. They value their customers and employees. Awesome shop and lovely people.

This place has an assortment of services and products for your vehicle. From rims to tires, to oil changes and wheel alignments. To repairing flat tires and other automotive services.What's great about it is that they are fast and get the job done right the first time. Prices are competitive also. Lastly, a comfortable, cozy waiting environment with coffee, TV, recliners and magazines. It was a pleasure doing business.

Robinson Tire did excellent and quick work on my leaking tire! I thought that I would probably need to find a ride to school but they had me in and out in 30 minutes! I definitely recommend their services. The people were also friendly and kind. Thank you Robinson Tire!

Nick is nice BUT put new tire on bent rim and didn't let me know. He also promised me that he would check my other tires. When car returned, he stated I needed work done underneath because there was a bounce. I had to stop 2 days later at a tire center where the tire he put on was over inflated and my other 3 tires were way under inflated. When I arrived home 300 miles later to home, after having to drive on interstate under road speed to find the flat spotted rim was the cause of my wobble and bounce of my car. He did not do as promised and was upset that I called twice saying all I asked for was a new tire.

I went to get a new tire but failed to realize they provided me with the incorrect tire size until I had already purchased it. I asked to exchange the tire for the correct size and they declined my request and would not refund me my money. Now I am stuck with the wrong tire and loss of money. HORRIBLE customer service.
