I am more than satisfied with the job they did. Before coming here I had gone to Toyota because I had 3 lights come on. I was charged over $500 stating that it was the battery and what so. Literally that same evening the same lights came on. I took it again to Toyota and they said it could be the timing belt which had already been replaced within the year. Once I heard that I knew they did not know how to fix the issue. After much resesrch I took my car to Randy's auto repair. They told me that it would need a tune-up and replace the ignition coil. It has been a little over a month and the lights have not turned on. They knew what the issue was and fixed it pretty quick. They have gained a customer. Quite simply put. Randy is the only one that I will allow to work on any of my cars. He is just that good. He is quite remarkable. He has forgotten more about the repair of a automobile than most Mechanics will ever know in a life time.Now your probably thinking wow this guy must be in his , 70sWell , I don't know for sure but my best guess is that he is only in his mid 40s. Randy runs a first class shop and his prices are very reasonable.If you call, you may not get to talk to Randy he is simply just that busy. But the beautiful lady that you will speak with is more than able to help you with any questions or needs you may have.I take my car in drop off the keys and they call me when it is done and I never have to worry about anything.I know the repairs will be done right and at a fair price.Take the time to check him out. I will tell you that you won't regret it and you will come away wondering why you ever spent all your time and money going somewhere else. Please try to prove this happy customer wrong.

Tire bearings went out in the middle of our trip. With 8 people in the vehicle and no one close we had to make a major decision. We called all over the area and without much luck could not find anyone. After calling Randy and Renee, they both made me feel super welcomed, ordered our parts and worked with us on pricing due to everything being unexpected. and finished the job in under 3 hours! This is a great great great family owned business! They will forever be our vehicle family. And a special thank you to Caleb for his hard work on getting Betsy back on the road.Service: Tires

Randys has helped me feel confident and safe driving my car. I found their prices fair and they treated me more like family than a customer. They also helped me with getting a care card set up for an auto emergency. Randy his wife and all of his employees are all down to earth all around great people. I wish there were more people in the world just like them. I've never met any better people. They helped me when I couldn't find any help and that means everything. Thank you so much for everything. 10 Stars

All the staff members are so friendly and kind. The prices are very reasonable compared to the dealership and other shops. I will refer anyone to Randy's Shop. I will always back them in there high Quality of work. Thank you for being my mechanic since 2007 for all of my vehicle's, my son and other friends and family. You all are the BEST. You deserve more than a FIVE STAR .

I took my truck to Randy's and it sat for 2 months I had it towed there I had it towed away do not take your vehicle here especially if your African American everyone says that they're good out there but in the end my truck never got fixedJust a long run around saying we'll fix it the next week to be honest my truck was out there so long I don't know what could have been done to my truck I took it needing a computer then needed a distributor to be fair with the review I had to wait a week for the computer after waiting 2 months and missing work I had it towed away with him saying I was going to fix it this week true of the matter i believe they swapped my motor because he kept offering me money

A friend turned me on to them and I'm glad he did. He was my second opinion and was $200 hundred dollars cheaper. They did a fabulous job.I felt like my car was brand new again and I can trust it.They were very reasonable.Renee on the other I'm kidnapping her. It was so refreshing to meet her.Thanks for the fabulous work Randy!! I've already told a couple friends about you.

One of my driv. He called around the next morning and found Randy's shop and they were willing to take a look at it the same day. I received a call from him explaining the problem and what was needed... he quoted me a fair price and was able to get my driver back on the road the same day. I came to Dunn NC from Dothan, Alabama to rent a U-Haul and the company would not rent to me without a connection device on my vehicle, I called around everywhere and no one could get to me on that Friday, I stopped by Tractor Supply in A nearby city when one of their employees told me about Randy s Automotive in Dunn, North Carolina. I called Randy and spoke to him personally and explained my very volatile situation about my lights, he told me not to worry come on out and he could get me fixed right up. Randy got my adapter hooked up in just a few hours and did an excellent job with a very reasonable price to add! His staff is very friendly and professional, his office Manager Robert was pleasant and treated me like family, and speaking of family I met his beautiful wife Renee and handsome boys to top it off. As a small family operated business I highly recommend Randy s Automotive to anyone looking for car care in the surrounding area, Randy delivered what I needed and I was back on the road in no time to head home to sweet Alabama!

Great people! Had a LS swap done and I can t complain..as with any time you do a complete swap with any engine there are going to be little things to be adjusted..anything I needed I just called and let them know and there was no question ask was told to just bring it by and we will take care of it ..the only ppl I ll let touch my truck ..thank you RandyServices: Transmission, Engine repair

Called to get my AC vacuumed and charged and they were able to squeeze me in pretty quickly. Upon arriving the orings I had been provided with my compressor were wrong so AC was leaking. The employees took the time to make sure they fixed the issues and were very helpful. The pricing was also very reasonable for the service received.

From the moment I called for a quote I was treated amazing. My car has been having trouble for a long time. I ve been to several mechanics with no luck. The crew at Randy s would not give up until they found and fixed the problem. They were really there for me. 100% recommend this shop. The lobby is beautiful, I didn t have to wait long at all but if I d had to I would have been very cozy. 1 happy customer

Quality service by a professional team! Randy and his team did an excellent job with my vehicle. From the beginning, Randy was very informative about what steps the shop would take to repair and provided regular updates throughout the process. Took my 2006 ram 1500 to randy for some engine repairs, and electrical repairs. kept shutting off on me and had some electrical components not working right, both times I took my truck for service I was 100% satisfied with the outcome. They fixed my issues fast and are very reliable, they are friendly people that treat you well and are easy to communicate with. Wish I could give 10 stars. I was in a bind last week with my truck. The turn around was quick. Had my car towed in on Thursday. It was ready to go Friday morning. If you are thinking about taking your car here just do it. Prices are good. I was actually giving a transparent and pretty accurate estimate. Due to the nature of the issue it caused secondary repairs. They where knowledgeable enough to factor that in. Both of the shop owners are amazing to work with. The communication was amazing. They turned a stressful experience into a pleasurable one.

Very nice folks..Randy and his staff are very professional and this man does not stop until you are truly satisfied...Good Christian people who really are here for their customers...and do care about their customers.. they went completely out of their way to make sure I was happy...And I have to say if you want honesty and good work by good people this is THE place to take your vehicles...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RANDYS AUTO!! We take all our vehicles there to be worked on. Very hard working and honest people. They guarantee their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any mechanic work done. Very clean shop, friendly atmosphere. Mr Randy and Mrs. Renee and the whole crew are awesome, very respectful, honest people.

I took my Chevy Suburban to get fixed. The crew and front office here are absolutely awesome!!! After fixing it I was driving to work and the check engine light came back on. I contacted them and for the next 2 days they picked me up and took me to and from work until they could assess what else was going on. Once an additional issue was found they fixed it and now I am back on the road and she runs like brand new. Thank you to Randy, Robert, and the other guys in the shop that put a lot of time and sweat into getting me back on the road.

I recently had work performed on our BMW at Randy s Auto Repair. He came highly recommended by my brother Jim Byrd. I must say that the experience was exactly as stated. The estimate and work performed was flawless. Price for work was VERY reasonable considering dealer cost and estimates from other shops. Work was performed as stated, nothing extra was done without contacting me first. Car was repaired and ready to be picked up as stated....I was/am impressed with the value that you receive from here. It is nice to know there is a repair shop that does what they say and will not leave you wondering what was done. Very informative as to what work was performed and why. Randy s Auto will be where I take all my personal vehicles for any repairs as well as our HVAC business vehicles (TWO AMIGOS HEATING and AIR). Thanks Randy!John Byrd

I cannot speak highly enough of the entire team at Randy's! I bought my first used car, which was a Mercedes, and within two months it turned into a nightmare! Thank God for the team at Randy's! Considering all that was wrong, they were extremely reasonable and so very courteous! If all businesses operated in the manner in which they do, the world would be a better place!
