Marty and his staff are awesome. They are honest and helped me out of a huge jam being stranded there and out of town. Owner even gave me a ride to hotel during repair work and picked me up when ready.

Marty s is the only place I will take my vehicles. It s the only place I let my friends and family take theirs. They are honest and go out of their way to properly diagnose, solve and repair issues for their customers. I had my wife's 2004 Honda Pilot alignment done a month ago. After the alingment the car was pulling to the right. Took it back to them and they found the vehicle had other issues. They replaced the parts needed and did not charge me.It appears that they are honorary and care about you.I highly recommend their services. Some are in it for money, others are in it for the love of cars and clients.

Marty is awesome. He always checks my SUV out thoroughly and explains in detail the problems. Does not over charge you. Defiantly knows his trade. On top of that he is always friendly and willing to fit you in if its something that needs attention right away. Definetly recommend Marty's!!

We were having car problems and pulled off the highway traveling from Florida back to NY and let me tell you how Marty not only fixed our car he pulled it right in and drove us to the hotel and picked us up in the morning when our car was fixed we have never met a kinder and more professional person in our lives he went above and beyond thank you so much

Our family mechanic!! Marty is a honest guy i trust and since had kids referred them to him. His prices are pretty much reasonable for a shop and he is fast and u can tell he takes pride in his work. We come already from raeford for his services

First class service, they kept there word, honesty & hard work built the business, from classic cars to work truck they take pride in what they do. After hearing $900 to $1500 to make the repairs ( I'm out of Florida) Marty kept it damn near to the estimated cost, even after the replacement part failed, remove & replacement for another new part (more time involved) I can't believe how honest the man is. I guess the other shops saw the out on state tag and greed was all they could see. Marty's Automotive is a first class shop, they have a list of people waiting to get in for repairs, the amount of cars & trucks can only mean one thing... IT'S A FIRST CLASS SHOP..... he doesn't do half a$$ work, get them in & out, grab every dollar, .....he & his crew take the time to get it done right the first time, hard work & honesty make the man & his repation shows.......ED Privott, Crestview Fla.

This shop is owned by an arrogant, incompetent and short tempered individual. It s a shame that I took my car to his shop for repair, I paid him $265 total and the problem persists till today. He even charged me when I took my car to repair the same issue that was under warranty. I never authorized the charges and when I said he didn t fix the problem , he claimed that I called him a liar. He threatened to place a lien on my car if I didn t pay him 110.75 labor fees in cash to pick the car; Even though he agreed initially to fix the issue without charges. Marty also called the police on me when I tried to pay him with my credit card even though his shop accepts such transactions. I wish I never dealt with this business and I hope future customers, especially soldiers like me that are not from the area, avoid dealing with him. God is my is my witness!

Marty is awesome. He doesn't fix things that aren't broken just to make money. He's honest and trustworthy and prices are fair. He's gone above and beyond to help me, offer suggestions, giving me a ride or picking me up while working on my vehicle. I recommend him highly.

I had the worse experience at this place..was having car trouble..had Marty to tow it to his garage...was told I needed a new battery which he replaced no problem..charged 120? 120$ for the tow an 95$ for the diagnosis test..paid him picked my car up ..an it cut off on me again...he came an towed again charged me 85$ for tow..so now he tells me it's fuel pump..which he said he replaced..he charged me 536$..paid him that day an picked up my ..it knocked off the same day..he towed it. Back to his shop were it sat for 6 more days with out be in looked at..every time I paid him I got my car back the same day..now that haq to fix it for free now it's a problem...not only did he put a bad fuel pump in..after I voiced my opinion..he said he's not fixing my car..an now I'm out 1000$ bucks..an my car still not running..i don't recommend this place unless..you are riding a bicycleService: General repairs & maintenance

Very skilled, honest, and truly take pride in their work here! Found this place randomly when my car started making a horrendous noise on a road trip. Marty was willing to at least listen to the noise and tell me if I could keep driving or my car was about to explode. It took him about 30 seconds to diagnose the problem and I quickly had an estimate for the complete fix and a cheaper option that would at least get me home. Went with the real fix because it was reasonable and it came with a warranty. He stayed late and did some extra testing just to make sure he was sending us off safely and there wasnt a problem with the new part. And... I had a few calls for work I needed to make too.. and they set me up with a space to get it done so I didnt lose any time. Couldn't have had better luck than to break down near this spot!

Thank you Marty for explaining everything to me about my vechile. I stopped by today, and even though he had a busy schedule, he manage to make some time to do my oil change. While I was there, Marty answered all my questions! His prices are fair, and being a single woman i appreciate your honesty and your fairness. Thank you again! Will defineetely be a lifetime customer.

Ran into car trouble on 95 and was able to get my vehicle to Marty's shop. Although the garage was busy, the technicians saw me right away, diagnosed the problem, and had me back on the road in no time. They were kind, professional, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

I only take my car to Marty because he is honest and will properly assess the problem . He will call you and let you know and give you a estimate. I give Marty's Automotive a five star. I highly recommend Marty to anyone who needs a honest and reliable mechanic.

I came to his shop with a problem with my car , he gave a very fair price knowing that I didn't have alot of money and his staff checked put where my car was supposed to have been fixed by another shop discovered I was missing two bolts on my ball joint which caused one side of my car to sit lower , they fixed it for me and wrote me a note to take to the shop that I paid to do work to my car when in fact it wasn't done ... I would recommend his shop anyway , great reliable people

Stop by talk to the owner Marty by putting some CV joints and buy Honda Accord got on it the next morning and a awesome job definitely going back for any other mechanical stuff.
