Johnny and Barney were an absolute life saver! I was driving from South Carolina to Pennsylvania and my car started to overheat. Thankfully I was able to make it to a gas station. I started looking online and very auto repair places were closed since it was a Sunday. I came across Johnny s shop Interstate Auto & Truck Services and gave him a call. He helped put me in contact with Barney with Barney s Auto Truck & RV Repair Service. Within just a few hours Barney had my car fixed, came to pick me up to take me back to my car after they had already dropped me off at a near by hotel. There are honestly no words to describe how helpful, generous and kind these men were. I can t recommend them enough!

Family-owned business. Just wanted thank John and his staff for services performed on my Volvo truck last week. Broke down in Wade, NC. Truck stop recommended them. The owner came out and assessed the truck and ordered part which came the next morning. He removed and replaced the u-joint, strap kit and yoke. And we were back rolling in the afternoon. Very kind, and honest people who cared about getting us back on the road. These guys know what they are doing. Thank You very much.

This place is great. They have worked on my tractor trailer twice. Each time was a great experience. These guys know what they are doing. Price is fair. I definitely recommend Interstate Auto & Truck service to any owner operator that needs their truck repaired.

Lost a truck tire on i95 South. Emergency management allowed us to back up the ramp. They had one tire left that fit our truck. Got it repaired and was on our way. 400+ miles so far and it's holding up.

John is an excellent workman with a sincere desire to help.My wife and I were returning to Connecticut from our honeymoon in Myrtle Beach when we broke down with smoke on I-95 on a Saturday.The fire chief arrived and recommended John's services to pick us up.One of his drivers took us to the Interstate lot where met John, who drove us to the Hardee's down the street where we could use a clean restroom and continue to make calls. I explained our situation to him, and he made calls to shops and professional contacts. He made some good recommendations for local auto service and even held our vehicle in the lot over the weekend since everyone else was closed. Our car was delivered to the shop early Monday morning.John is a truly caring person and, from what I could see, an excellent manager of his team. He's family oriented, true to his faith, and very good at what he does.Thank you, Interstate, for helping make our potential honeymoon disaster into a bit more of a pleasant memory.

These guys are awesome! Willing to go the extra MILE to make any customer happy. I would 100% recommend the shop and any service they have to offer. I am from NJ, broke down on HWY 40 in NC and they towed me all the way to Myrtle Beach, SC! Mike was kind and funny and w/o him my vacation would have never happened! This is a family owned business that cares about their customers like I haven't ever experienced before. I had just paid another shop 9K and had used them for 3 years and they never treated me like the folks at Interstate did! I broke down in the fuel island at Pilot exit 75 on I95 in Dunn, NC. Which has a shop....they told me it is after 5 we are closed...did not care that I was blocking a fuel island. Interstate on the other hand sent a gentleman out that got me going only to break down again because it was an electrical issue with ECM wires. Electrical issues are a major pain to track down. They towed me to their shop that night and started on my truck first thing next am. Awesome people!!! I will definitely be back to see them. Thank you Mr. Johnny you and your TEAM rock!!

I had a turbo hose separate on me while going north on 95. I called Interstate Service and Walter was there within a few minutes. He took his time and made sure the job was done correctly. I was back on the road about an hour later.Thanks guys!

Called and spoke with the owner looking for a shop that could handle exhaust system repairs on my Freightliner truck. The owner was honest and said that he could not do what I needed but was quick to recommend another shop in the area that could. While I was not able to do business with this company, I greatly appreciate the integrity and willingness to help out.

Everyone was closed, not a single place we called wanted to help. But a woman from the gas station about a mile a way recommended these folks. At 8:30pm on a Sunday night of Memorial Day weekend, willing to help when we needed a tire repair, I can not complain. Thanks for your quick and courteous service.

On a early beautiful Sunday morning in Fayetteville NC we received a very successful tow service from Interstate. The provider techs, Ken and his son were very patient and treated our RV with much TLC and pulled it out the bogged it was in with ease. Thanks Ken & son, you guys were great! Have a great Sunday!!P.S. To any consumer looking for RV towing you definitely will not go wrong choosing the services provided by Interstate!!Peace & Blessings to you both!!!Mr. & Mrs. Parker!!!

I can't make enough positive remarks about this company. I own and operate a semi truck in the Carolinas. In the past 3 years I've had Interstate to do work for me. Billy & Johnny have always went beyond expectation. They are very kind & honest people who care about their customers. Downtime has never been an issue. Prices are always fair. And these guys really know their stuff. You will never feel burdened or robbed by Interstate. Hands down, best auto & truck repair shop!

We were on a family vacation, headed to Williamsburg, VA with a camper in tow. On Sunday. One of the wheel bearings on the camper disintegrated. After many tries, we were finally connected to these guys. They got the camper so that we were able to drive it back to there shop . They not only were able to fix/replace the bearing, they checked the rest to make sure they were good. They did this on a Sunday evening. For a reasonable cost considering the circumstances. Very happy with the service we received and would definitely recommend.

Called for a tire 295 75 22.5 Sunday around 7pm and he said used $35].00 so I drove to his shop and when I arrived there he said price is now $740.00 for a used tire just for the simple reason that my truck was a car carrier. Did not use the.. that's not good business

I had a flat tire. I drove to the address after stopping by a store to put air in my tire. The gentleman that answered the phone was very polite and concerned, because he heard my kids in the car. I was told they don't work on cars, but... Someone was out there to help me within 10 minutes.

They are useless and a waste of time. I stopped to get a flat fixed. They did not want to repair the tire they wanted to put my spare on and charge me $65. I waited 20 minutes, While they stood around talking to each other. They never came over to my truck and I left. I went to exit 71 and got my tire repaired cheeper....

Hopefully, you'll never break down on the interstate. But if your RVing or driving a big rig (like myself) through this area and need assistance. Interstate is you most honest and fair company in the area.

They always make sure I am taken care of in a timely manner. Family oriented also. Good folks. I always recommend them for whatever you may need if they can t help they will try to point you in the right direction for what you need.

I just called these guys today to fix air bag on our trailer and replace two tires these guys are fast n friendly I can assure you if your a driver these are the guys any trucking company should use many thanks guys God bless from Taylor from Ky driveing for 1 Mtx Llc outta Mo.I'll say when your down to nothing gods up to something he sure was here he lead me to good fast n friendly service im back rolling and will always use this company when ever im in North Carolina or any were near here thanks guysServices: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

I love coming here any time I need parts for my semi truck. These guys have a pretty extensive junkyard selection, and are super friendly.
