After having delays in my new shower granite it was great to find a company that worked with my needs. They kept in communication, answered my questions as they popped up & everyone was friendly. They were honest about the shower glass ordering, delivery and installation. They beat local competitor's pricing and delivered & installed my beautiful new glass doors. I would highly recommend Glass Doctor of Dunn, NC

Fast response! I needed the glass replaced in a slider window in my kitchen. Pricing definitely reasonable. Anthony was very professional, did a great job and cleaned up when he was done. Before and after photos included. Definitely recommend and will be having glass replaced in another window soon.

Passing thru the area when a rock kicked up and hit our windshield. Pretty big star - almost half dollar size. Googled for a local auto glass shop and found Glass Doctor. Drove there and 30 minutes later drove away with a sealed chip barely visible! Included in that 30 minutes was the handling of our insurance claim too! Great people to work with, couldn t be happier.

Rock cracked our windshield. The insurance company said they will replace with an original GM windshield. Glass Doctor said I can t put in the original. Said he would lose money. I said doesn t insurance pay since they approved it? He said I just can t do it I will not make any money. They did the same on my truck a few months ago. So I let him put in after market in my truck. He told me I would have to get someone else it I want Original GM WINDSHIELD. Seems weird don t want insurance to be billed for original GM parts and get aftermarket. So I will be looking elsewhere

I had a replacement kitchen cabinet upper pane cut here to replace a broken one. Spoke with Will who was super friendly and helpful. I recommend this place if you need glass work done!

They replaced my windshield without any issues; however, my car cameras did not want to recalibrate to the windshield. Since my car was new, the problem had to do with a software update. They worked with me assuring me they would get the issue corrected and they did. I received great customer service and was truly looked after. We will only go to Glass Doctor for all of our glass needs. Thank you all again!

The guys at Glass Doctor were very professional. They not only cleaned up after themselves, they even dusted and cleaned around our foyer window ledge (which is hard to reach without a ladder or scaffolding).

They did a great job reparing my broken windshield. I wasn't use my insurance before, so they took care of call my insurance and helped me with the paperwork. They came to my apartment and replace my windshield in an hour. They were great and I'll definitely come again if something happens with some of my glasses

I went to Glass Doctor after my windshield was cracked by a rock off a trailer looking for a repair. The owner looked at my issue but the windshield needed replaced.They scheduled an appointment to replace once THEY made the call to my insurance company.My windshield was replaced without any issues and was flawlessThank you Glass Doctor

Glass Doctor had my windshield replaced the day AFTER I called them to switch my claim to them from Safelite (Safelite had rescheduled me twice at that point after 3 weeks of filing my claim). I appreciate all they did for me. I am more than satisfied with how I was handled and how quickly I was serviced.

I recently ordered glass mirror for my home from Glass Doctor of Central Carolina. From start to finish they were professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. Ethan, Jim, and the entire team were great and took the time to really explain the process and what was possible and recommended for our specific wall. Customer Service is so important and these guys go above and beyond to make the customer experience top notch. Highly Recommend.

After contacting a local competitor TWICE with no response, I filled out the online request for an estimate over the weekend. Monday morning I got a call from Glass Doctor to schedule an appointment for measurements. They came Tuesday, and by Friday afternoon we have our beautiful, big mirror installed in the bathroom. They were very professional, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the business for anyone wanting a fair price and quality work. We will be using them again. Thank you for the quick response.

Thank you to Glass Doctor of Dunn, NC for rescuing me today. A random rock chipped my windshield badly while driving to Benson this morningn spend the day with my grands. They made room in their busy schedule to come to me to repair it so I would not end up with it spreading and have to replace my windshield. They were kind, courteous, and professional. So grateful.

My name is Tammy Ross. My car windows were recently damaged. I called Glass Doctor of Central Carolina..Dunn, NC office. Jim Johnson, Ethan, Ally and Karen worked with me on a quote for repairs. Got windows repaired yesterday by Ken Parrish, the glass technition. He repaired my car windows in the rain. Ken was so professional, gracious, and just a great person, definitely an asset to this company. The company overall provided a great price, phenomenal customer service and I highly recommend Glass Doctor to anyone! Great experience for me and will be for you too...just call them. They will take great care of you..I promise!!

The entire process was a breeze from the initial scheduling call to the replacement of my Audi W5 windshield at my home. The installer Damian was great to work with prompt, attentive to detail and even good with our 62 pound dog.We highly recommend this company.
