Wow, wow, wow, I drove over 300 hundred miles to look at a car I saw online on Elites lot, I just did my homework and I could just sense that this dealer was a good by the neatness of there lot and building told me alot. I actually went on a day they are close on Sunday, anyway I got there and found the car I saw on line it was and is a gem 2012 Avalanche looks like 2024, just so happen one of the managers by the name of Steve was riding by and he pull in to check to see if he could help and what perfect timing , he actually opened up the business and got the keys so I could test drive knowing I was from out of town, I love the car and he made it happen for me on the spot on his closed day, I would recommend this dealer to anyone, far or near

My husband and I went in and Ruby was very friendly but it was close to closing so after getting our application, she said she or her boss would get back with us the following morning. We never received a call, so my husband called and was told that no lender would get us into a vehicle with a bankruptcy. Well, there is absolutely no bankruptcy on our credit so I don't think they ever even ran it. We went right over that evening to Barefoot Auto sales and left with a nice used SUV. The lot was nice and the office was really cute and clean but they made us feel discriminated against.

Sales was fantastic. Would have loved to purchase a car from this woman. Their idiot driver? Moved the car on the day of my appointment to Raleigh without telling anyone and lost them a sale. Make sure the car is ON the lot before your customer goes out of their way to come see it for a SCHEDULED appointment.***Update:***In response to your LYING GM,The previous appointment was scheduled for a day I work a double on every single week, so I KNOW I never scheduled an appointment on a Thursday. Even if I had cancelled this appointment for whatever reason which I did not even make or cancel the car STILL should have been where they said it was, when they said it was.Also spoke with Ruby who mentioned she HASN T spoken with you this morning, so now you re bringing her into your lie??? Bad business.DO NOT GO HERE.

We left Elite Auto very happy with our purchase; we loved Ruby, she was super helpful and a joy to talk to the front tires were bald but they did take $130 off the sale price. We weren t thrilled with their trade offer of $500 on our 2012 Taurus (with premium luxuries) that values at the minimum rough condition of $6,500 to good condition of $8,000+. Total rip off considering we had a CLEAN title in hand. They said it was due to severe body damage .it had ONE dent on rear passenger door that was unreported and was an easy fix (WE DID IT OURSELVES at home since we decided not to trade and just private sell) Trade offer aside, we were still happy with our purchase 1 day after purchase, the battery went dead. No big deal, it happens Day 3, we discovered the front left wheel bearing is bad, very hot and spitting grease. EXTREMELY DANGEROUS problem to have!!To say the least, they need better car inspectors before these cars hit the lot. We are very unhappy with all the problems that have been arising ALL OF WHICH should have been avoided with a proper inspection tires alone, it should have never passed inspection It s been less than a week and I m terrified for what other surprises this truck will have in store for us we will NEVER do service here again!!I would give ZERO stars if I could but because I had to give at least one, it goes to Ruby for being the only great part of our experience with Elite Auto.

Great prices on trucks. All their prices are reasonable. Very friendly staff. Up front and honest about all steps of the purchase. Provided us with a carfax report at no charge. I recommend them to everyone!!

My daughter purchased her first car from Ruby! It was a smooth, easy process. Ruby was polite, fun and very thorough.My daughter is 19. Ruby took extra time out to explain what she was signing, and what "big" words meant. LolI have purchased two cars from Elite franchises. Glad my daughter is now part of the Elite family and experience.

Ruby and Steven were incredible! They went above and beyond to help me get the vehicle I wanted. They kept in touch and informed me of every step through the buying and financing process. Not only that, they were incredibly personable! I would recommend Elite any day.

They gave me a fair price for my trade-in car, and a fair price for the truck I bought. No haggling, no bs. Just the fair market value right from Kelly Blue book, sign, and out the door.Stephen was very helpful, and went out of his way to come pick up papers from me since I lived far away from the store. Wicked quick and easy. Cars could be cleaned up a bit better but as a professional detailer that s me being picky. The building feels like a house and I m fairly sure it used to be. Makes it more relaxing going in there instead of a big dealership. Doc fees and other fees were a good price as well. Would buy from here again if needing another vehicle.

We should have walked away. The amplifier in the truck we bought wasn't working so there was no sound at all - no turn signal, radio, key-in-ignition sound, warning sounds - nothing. Seems like that would be a safety concern. They told us they would order one for us, but of course, they were on back order at that time. It's been over a year and we still haven't heard from them. In the meantime we were able to get the part from a Chevy dealership, which wasn't cheap. If the Chevy place could get us one so quickly why couldn't Elite? Lies! There were other lies on their part, but we were dumb enough to buy the truck anyway, just because we were tired of looking. And they won't come down on the prices AT ALL, even when we were paying in cash. We won't be doing business with them again.

We have purchased two vehicles from this dealership in the last year Steven and his team are efficient and straightforward when making a deal. We had upgraded warranty for both vehicles and we are lucky we did as one needed a new transmission fairly quickly which they covered completely.

Great dealership to work with friendly staff. The Gentlemen I worked with made it fast and easy. The worst part of buying a car at a dealership (mostly big dealers) is how long it takes to finalize everything and drive your new car away. your their all day. But with elite auto it was fast. after the test drive and looking the car over it only took an hour to print and sign everything.

I highly recommend this place amazing staff, great honest people. Chris was very nice and funny. We left we a great car, when I buy another vehicle I m coming back to them because the are good people and will do good by you! Again I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle they were even very nice to us and we were first time buyers.

I had been keeping my eye on a 2019 Tacoma on the website for quite some time. Drove off the lot with it today. Stephen was fantastic and very receptive to all of my questions. He even informed me that they would be replacing a wheel on my new truck, free of charge. I was very impressed by both the professionalism and quality of service I experienced today. If you are looking for a fantastic deal with a hometown feel, look no further!

From the moment I reached out expressing interest in a vehicle they had on the lot they were extremely helpful. I used their website to apply for financing and was able to get the vehicle the next day. They were all very nice and went out of their way to make sure I was able to get the vehicle. I am from out of north carolina and recently bought a vehivle. They were very professional and friendly and never hurried or pushed me in any way. They answered questions I had, and checked out items I have questions about the vehicle itself. The vehivle has turned out to be as they said with no problems. I highly recommend, and as I wasn't let down you won't be either.

Definitely had a great experience there and am planning to go back to purchase a vehicle to start my new journey they seem legit and have a 90 day warranty and you can purchase a 12 month one.

My sister in law recommended Elite Auto Sales of Dunn for their low prices on larger SUVs and Van's. The purchasing process was fast and simple. Test drive went smoothly. I purchased a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan & I absolutely love it, plus it came with a 90 day warranty!!
