Crystal did a fabulous job preparing us for purchasing our 2024 Bronco Badlands. She collected all the info on my trade and got us figures right away. She was upfront about all details. Lewis was sweet and went over more details and showed me the gadgets on the Bronco. He made sure we were connected to Ford Pass and to the the vehicle. Taylor was quick in the finance department and sweet.All 3 were wonderful. I would recommend

Awesome experience!!! These guys were very patient with me and understood i was trying to make a good deal! They gave lots of options and choices. The staff was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, unlike most dealers who just have people point out obvious stuff. My sales man keith was on point along with the rest of the finance staff and sales manager. Overall, it was a really great experience, and I'm not pressured to get something i didn't want!! THANKS, GUYS !!!

Thank you SO much for the car! The process was effortless. The paperwork was ready for my signatures when I arrived and I was out the door in less than an hour. I would highly recommend the dealership. PS - the price was almost $5k better than the metro DC area.

We traveled up from SC to buy a car from Dunn Ford and it was well worth it. We handled most of the purchasing process remotely before driving up. Mike and Taylor were great to work with!! They went the extra mile during all steps of the buying process and it felt more like working with family than sales. They even swapped colors for us last minute to get us just the car we wanted. Highly recommend.

I have always been a Chevrolet person. But I have also always wanted a mustang, just never did get one. But seen this mustang online and had to see it. When I got there the whole entire process from introductions to signing was smooth as anyone could ask for. I would highly recommend anyone looking a good vehicle to go check out crossroads Ford in Dunn.

Just wanted to share a very positive car buying experience. Having purchased numerous autos in the past and not many being painless. I was very pleasantly surprised and pleased with my experience with Crossroads Ford in Dunn. They were great to work with ! Jordan s team , Rob , Hannah and especially my sales consultant, Hunter Parkin made the entire experience hassle-free. No car purchase is easy , but this was one of my most pleasant. I received a fair deal and excellent service throughout.. Again, a special shout out to Hunter for being so easy to work with. Thx again

I went to a few dealerships before we went to Crossroads Ford. We never found a vehicle that checked all the boxes that we wanted. We went to Crossroads because we thought they had the exact Explorer we were looking for. It turned out to be the wrong one, but this is when Elaine talked to her manager & found the exact one we wanted. She had it transferred in from their sister location a couple of hours away. We purchased it that same day. Although most dealerships have always shook hands & walked away once the deal was done, Elaine made sure I knew all the features & how to work them. If you are looking for a new vehicle, I would recommend Elaine at Crossroads 10x over other locations. She went way above & beyond to help us find exactly the vehicle we wanted.

Second Crossroads ford I have delt with. Not good either time. Called on Wednesday for recall work. Got 9 am appt. for Thurs. and was told the parts were in stock and car would be fixed on Thursday. Showed up and was ignored. Adam finally talked to me and asked if I was waiting or dropping off. I asked how long it was going to take a was told if I wait they would get it right in otherwise they would get to whenever, they were serious. I chose to wait. 3 hous later Adam tells me car needs the work and they ordered the parts that I had been told were on hand. Then sat and waited for ride home. Was told the car would be fixed and back to me on Friday.4:40 on Friday I call to find out about car, had not even started on it, lots of excuses, and told it would be fixed for sure on Monday.I call on Monday, still have not started on it. Told it would be done for sure on Tuesday.I call on Tuesday 5:00pm. Still not done, lots more excuses.Got text 10:37am Wednesday saying service valet has my car and will bring to me. Arrived at 11:09 am.Nobody ever called me to let me know anything and acted like they were doing me a favour. Received letter from sales on Friday wanting me to trade in for new.After dealing with 2 crossroads service departments no way I would buy from them.

Called there this morning about a truck. Told them I was 2 hours away. Gave them all my info and pictures of my truck and asked them if they can be close to making this deal before I drove 2 hours for nothing. 5 hours later I text sales person back and she says sorry we are busy. I text her back we'll now I probably will not make it in time. She doesn't even respond. Now that's a dealership I would never buy a truck from. And how much you want to bet that next week I will get a message saying are you still interested in our f250

The purchase of my 2019 Toyota Highlander from Crossroads Ford was the quickest and the most pleasant one that I've ever had with a dealership. They delivered my vehicle on time and the delivery guys were extremely courteous and professional. My biggest regret is that Crossroads Ford is about 70 miles from where I live, but I will certainly buy from them again if given the opportunity.

I bought my explorer there in February the whole experience was smooth and easy and the personnel were great. I would like to recognize SCOTT in the service dept. Scott is great he goes out of his way and goes that extra step to take care of you and get your vehicle serviced quick and professionally and the mechanics are superior. I always talk to the same sales associate when I go to Crossroads Ford in Dunn. I have bought a previous vehicle from Elaine and have always had a great experience in getting accurate information and honest opinions from her. The same was again true today when I purchased a 2024 Mustang GT Premium with the performance package.

Crossroads Dunn Benson has gone above and beyond in my 2 vehicle purchases from them. Taylor and Elaine have been wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend. I drive past another Crossroads location to go to Crossroads Dunn Benson.

Elaine is a wonderful salesperson. This is the second car I have purchased from Elaine. She is very compassionate about providing good quality vehicles to the people of her community and ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase! I called on Thursday for a transfer from Apex to avoid traveling, she had the car here within a day and I purchased same day! Highly recommend!

The best customer service and professionalism I have found in a Ford Dealer in decades. The vehicle ordering process for the new Ford Bronco (full size) and COVID created many setbacks, but this dealer took charge and helped the entire way. Good or bad, they were always communicating with me. This is the place to buy your new Ford!

Update June 2023: Things have unfortunately changed at Crossroads. Was in touch with them about a vehicle they had said would be no markup. Not only did they slap on a $5K markup after a week of back and forth (vehicle in transit), but they also valued my trade-in nearly $10K under KBB. Avoid this dealership if you do not want your time wasted.There are higher integrity folks out there seek them out. Just because the market is tough doesn t mean you have to work with folks like these. Drive out to Siler City and see the Welford Harris team honest, kind, and won t rip you off! Trade values aren't what they were just a short time ago, you know? The market is coming down quickly and lenders are letting people borrow less on their new purchases. There's no chance I list that for way above MSRP, that's why I'm offering $28k, maybe $29k? - Sales Manager Excellent experience with JoAnn and the Crossroads team! Did almost everything over text / web and was able to get all my paperwork done in no time flat! Not pushy about add-ons or anything, just kind and informative customer service.
