I went to get my transmission serviced and to see why my truck was making a noise when it was fully warmed up. They identified that it was transmission related (hence why they got 2 stars rather than 1). Quoted me $3900 for a new transmission pump and torque coverter. I took it to a transmission guy and he noticed the transmission oil getting too warm (hence why I only heard the noise when the truck was fully warmed up). Paid $60, oil temp is significantly lower and no noise. Thanks Carlyle s!

Daisy was very patient with me while I searched for exactly what I wanted.Update: It was time for my first oil change since purchasing my vehicle. Easy scheduling the appointment online. A BIG shoutout to Bleecker Chevy Service Dept. I was from out of town and my Chevy Tahoe became disabled. I called them and everyone was so helpful from the first phone call. They put me in touch with a tow company, Wayne Lee s Towing, that got to me in 15 minutes or less. Randy, the driver, was so helpful and professional. He even was so kind as to take me to my location after getting my car to the dealership.Ethan, the service manager was professional and kind and got my car repaired so that I could leave town in time. Ms. Donna kept me informed on the progress and made sure I was told all costs and what they doing before they did any work. The service technician did a wonderful job in repairs especially since I had caused significant damage. Everything was done quickly and professionally which was so appreciated since I was on a time crunch to get out of town.I will say this was the best dealership service experience I have ever had in my 66 years.I would definitely recommend them. From the first phone call to the end, everyone was professional, kind and helpful! And, the price for repairs was absolutely fair and reasonable. I can t thank all of you enough!

Made an appointment for oil change, they gave me 1st available. Brought my SUV in dropped it off on my way to work, they called maybe an hour later letting me know it was ready. Oil change, tires rotated, and fluids topped off 2nd time using them Great Service every time

Service was excellent, the salesmen AJ and his assistant Jasmine were very professional. Only a few minor issues such as: part of the touch dash screen doesn t work properly, the interior wasn t detailed there s a decent size strain in between the back passenger seats on the floor, and one of the key fobs we was given doesn t work put new batteries in it and still will not work.Other than those minor issues we was treated excellent.

Purchasing my new Chevy truck from this dealership was an absolute pleasure. Richard was a breath of fresh air to talk numbers with and a very straightforward communicator. As a to the point individual I really appreciated being treated as family from the first phone call all the way until the day after the sale when I brought him my spare key. Peter was also helpful as well as the other guys who helped setup my onstar and delivery of my truck. It felt like conducting business with good friends and not strangers. Most definitely recommend this dealer.

So i live an hour away from this place i specifically asked two employees over the phone if the car i wanted to look at was a smokers car both told me no. But when i got there the car clearly was a smokers car. my wife and i were very upset and felt like our time and gas money was wasted driving there. Because I thought I made it very clear to both emplyees that I didn't want a smoker's car. But the dealership was so thirsty to sell the car that basically they lied to get me to come in to buy a car that I told them I didn't want if it smelled like smoke. Then they had the nerve to not want to budge on the price of the vehicle. Even though I had explained how upset I was about being lied to. I wont be back here again

If I could give them zero stars I would. I bought a chevy malibu from here back in June. They were very friendly in the beginning and helped me get everything taken care of.Several months go by and I noticed I started to have issues with a noise in my engine compartment that I could feel while idling.I later found out that the vehicle I purchased had been in a couple minor accidents in the past that I was not informed about.I got in contact with bleecker to get it resolved.I informed them that I found out it had been in some wrecks , which they seemed to know nothing about.I had already taken it to a well known chevy dealership to be diagnosed, so I had a pretty good idea of what was wrong with the car but when I took it to bleecker , the shop seemed to have unfortunately done the bare minimum to fix what they thought was wrong.The noise ultimately came back and they told me they had done all they were going to do.I had also gotten the same report from another dealership stating the same thing as the previous one of how damaged the car was inside from previous accidents when trading in the malibu.Come to find out there was more wrong with the car than just the noise , and I had gotten information stating my radiator fan was starting to melt from how hot it was getting.I do not recommend bleecker whatsoever , they didn t seem to take the responsibility for not informing me of the accidents and it blows my mind how a car can pass inspections on their end that does not have the correct clearance or working parts .

0 reviews very bad experience, I waited 1 hr and 30 minutes waiting for the mechanic, I told him I wanted to program my TCM, I drove my towing truck inside, he turned it off for 2 minutes, he did not calmly do anything to it, he showed it again, the I went outside and they charged me $75.00 dollars for 10 minutes in total, they said that they had no communication with the TCM, but they did not know that it came from the Chevrolet dealer in Lillington and there they had had communication but they did not have a way to program it Because it is an old model (2004), they were honest and did not charge anything, I am not a normal customer, I have been a mechanic for 32 years and I know exactly the process they should do, I am not stupid, but that is how they treated me, I'm sorry by people who don't know mechanics and take away their hard-earned money in a few minutes for doing absolutely nothing. I hope the owner or manager looks at my review and does something with their employees.

I had an unfortunate experience while driving from VA to FL for Thanksgiving. I needed the assistance of a dealership and went to Bleecker first as they were the closest to my hotel. I barely told the gentleman what occurred when the only advice he gave me was that he wouldn't be able to even start looking at it for at least 6-7 hours. We needed to make it to our family for Thanksgiving. We left there and went to Dorman GM. I'm so happy I did as they were truly amazing, extremely friendly, professional, and had us back on the road in less than an hour, making it to Florida in time. If I ever need a service department at a dealership again in this area, it will be Dormans GMC, without stopping anywhere first!

While starting our vacation, our vehicle broke down 3+ hours from home and the local GMC dealer was unable to diagnose/repair the vehicle for several weeks. They referred us to Bleecker Chevrolet and service manager, Donna West, went above and beyond to get our vehicle diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner. She contacted GM for approval to enable Bleecker Chevrolet to perform the warranty repair, and she and her team worked to expedite the internal engine repairs to get us back on the road less than two days later. Kudos to Donna and the service team at Bleecker Chevrolet.

I came to Bleeker to look at a Toyota matrix that I found early that morning. When I was looking on the outside of the car I had a gentleman named Tony greet me and my fianc�. Tony was really professional and charismatic, and let us drive the matrix. Loved the car and since it was my first time buying a car I was very nervous. Tony and his colleague Rish were very helpful and patient throughout the entire process. If there is a time where I need another car it ll come from Rish or Tony!

It was my 1st time there, and from the greeting to the wait time in their really cool waiting room with a sink in it!!!... to when my SUV's service was completed....it was wonderful experience.I also had a pre-paid service "plus" plan from Chevrolet corporate that I thought/was good to go and use when I got it back earlier this year (May 2023)...and wanted to use it for the first time at this dealership. Chevrolet's contract for this plan is for 3 years. ..However, Chevrolet told this dealers service advisor that my plan didn't cover the full service fee from this dealership for an oil change/tires rotation.However, back in May, Chevrolet NEVER!!... advised me in any format; verbally, nor in their written contract, nor on their website....that there were "dollar limitations"...for this plan I had from them. This resulted in me having to pay out of pocket!!... for the balance left...of the oil change/tires rotation service I had requested. I also wanted to get a rear wiper blade replacement as well, but the dealership here informed me I'd have to pay A LOT MORE $$$$ out of my pocket; yet my service plan from chevrolet claimed that was to be covered as well.Beyond this weird discrepancy over the chevrolet service plan I have, being at this dealership was an excellent experience.I 100% definitely will go back when I need service and I will also refer folks to them as well for them to go here too!!
