There's only a few things I can't fix on a vehicle and an alignment happens to be one of those things. Replaced my tie-rods and needed to make things straight again to make it to work on Monday. Picked Black's because it was closest to home for the wobbly drive over. I picked correctly! Not only was I welcomed without an appointment, but was taken care of instantly. Within 10 minutes of parking my car was already in the bay and being serviced. The service tech came out with recommended services based on what was seen and I expected the whole upscale thing. Nope, just let me know what they'd seen, what it took to fix, and handed me a printout for my records. 15 minutes later and I was done, car drove straight, no odd noises, no bull****.It's rare these days to be able to say "I got my money's worth." about anything let alone mechanics. But I did happily and will again when I get the back wheels done as well.

Very friendly people cat did phenomenal. She was a wonderful person too bad that she s in a different establishment but other than that it was very clean establishment very helpful people we got good tires for very good price. They re very very busy so I would highly recommend making an appointment instead of just showing up because you might be there almost all day, but other than that, it s very warm

The front desk staff were fantastic. They got my truck in fast and the service was fast enough. It was a little longer than expected but I equate that to them doing a thorough job. Highly recommend.

What a great experience! After wasting half the day at the dealership, I finally left and took my truck over to Black's tire. They had me in and out in 30 min. Super sweet girl at the front desk that was super down to earth. Great company, I will be bringing all my vehicles here from now on! Thanks guys!

Front desk staff (Casey and Frank) and auto technician (Owen) were extremely cordial and helpful during my visit. All work was completed to my satisfaction and the final bill was as stated before work began No surprises!!I am very pleased with the entire aspects of my visit to Black s Tire and Service in Dunn, NCThank you!!

I took my vehicle to get an alignment at the 205 S Powell Ave, Dunn, NC location and received horrible customer service. They called me and told me they could not align my vehicle because parts needed to be replaced. I asked if I could speak to the technician who diagnosed my vehicle and was put on hold when they came back to the phone they hung up on me. I then drove back to the business and was charged a rack fee which I was not informed about when I dropped my vehicle off and no work had been done to my vehicle. I asked about the fee and the salesman said they charge a fee anytime they pull and vehicle in to look at it. If I had not questioned the salesman he would have charged me $114 for a complete alignment. I called the customer service number and I was told that's how they pay their mechanics and was told how I wouldn't go to the doctor without expecting a co-pay and that's correct because there are signs or you are told there is a co-pay. I understand my vehicle cannot be aligned with the state of the parts but the overall customer service was horrible and I will not be going back to this location.

Terrible experience, went in to get ONE tire changed and an alignement. I got here exactly at 7:30am when it opened. 2 hours later im wondering whats going on with my car. I ask front desk and he said alignment still has to be done. Like really 2 hours just to change one tire. Waste of time to be honest. I had alignments done in about 1 hour before at this other shop that moved to a different location. Also not to mention, my car is a manual. They could not reverse my vehicle. Instead the mechanic stalled my car 3 different times

I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and was notified in about an hour that they had finished. The work was well done, the people upfront are pleasant and helpful, and the price was reasonable. I'll go there the next time for the same as I have for the last few years.

Does not take care of wheels. Took wheels off myself due to having a lowered car (enter in car shows). $140 just to replace tire on 4 wheels with taking wheels off myself and taking the new tires to put on. Don't mind paying for quality work but got wheels back with scratches seen in pictures below. Called and said oh there is nothing red (seeming to already make excuses) but curb damage doesn't leave red if it was. Over priced and poor service. Rather just invest in tire machine myself....

Just went today for and oil change and inspection. The girl behind the counter was really nice. Asked if I wanted tires rotated no charge. I said sure and then I was told that I needed new tires because my tires wouldn't pass inspection with the tires I had. Long story short. I decided I would just get the oil changed and then go somewhere else for the tires and inspection. I was charged 108 dollars for a oil changed. I won't go back there ever again. They are way to high on their prices.

Stopped by with a screw in my tire and the lady Tabitha assisted me with getting my tire patched within minutes. Very professional and helpful in my time of need. I will definitely return for my auto needs.

You can't schedule an appointment for an oil change ( it's on a walk in basis). Although I was there as they opened I still had to wait over an hour. I also requested that they rotate the tires. Although I do believe they did rotate the tires I don't believe they checked the tire pressure. I was left to check all four tires and get them all up to the same pressure. I'm not sure I will go back. I question their "attention to details ".

Chris(tech)was very helpful with explaining the issues I ve been having with my front end as well as looking over the whole truck and suggesting other repairs the truck will need soon. Will continue to bring my business to this shop. They didn t try to just sell me parts and take my money

Needing State Inspection for 2 vehicles on a Saturday morning (end of the month) and they got us in and out in no time. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a wide range of services, not just tires. Definitely will be a return customer!

Very good experience. Staff were knowledgeable and gave me an estimate that was reasonable for the work. And most important, they got the job done a lot sooner than I expected which saved me a bundle on car rental!

I used to come here for all my personal vehicles and my company fleet truck, but this last visit left a bad taste in my mouth. I went in for a flat repair on a tire on my wife's car that I had purchased from this location in January this year. The car was up on the lift for 45 mins with the tire off before they called me and said they couldn't repair it. I used to work in a tire center so I understand if the treads low or if the puncture is close to the sidewall it can't be done but this was dead center of tire with plenty of tread. I went in to look at the tire and they asked had I ever used fix a flat which I hadn't as this was the first time the tire had ever been low. The tech showed me the tire and it did not have fix a flat residue, it had more of an oily sheen almost like baby oil inside causing the plug/patch repair not to seal. I had never seen a oily residue lime this in a tire. They said maybe the last place that serviced it did something and I explained that the tire had not been touched since they installed it. Long story short I paid full price for a new tire and it seemed no one could offer any explanation. The service advisor was very kind as they always are at this location. As I was leaving I heard the staff speaking about issues that I felt may have been pertinent to my issue but still no one seemed to offer any type of solution other than " Hey Buy a new tire.

I had new tires put on my truck today. I had the front end aligned, state inspection and wiper blades put on. It was done in a reasonable amount of time. The young lady that assisted me was very knowledgeable and polite. I will buy tires from here again.

I went in for a oil change and tire rotation at the Dunn Black s Tire & Auto Service and was very pressured to purchase tires from a man I haven t seen at this location before at the checkout desk even though I had told the previous person (women) I was not in the market to purchase tires because I did not know I would need them today so I was not prepared. The man continued telling me that I needed tires because I have not been rotating my tires and there was no record of me changing oil or rotating my tires even though this is is only place other then purchasing the tires that I have taken all my vehicles to be worked on. (purchased the tires from the dealership) I had to tell the man to look up my name to show I have been there doing my car maintenance. This is where I have taken both of my vehicles since 2010 because I have always had wonderful customer service but sadly I don t think I will not be coming back again because of the rudeness of the man at the desk. The other person (women) at the desk was helpful and did tell me she seen where I had brought my car in for maintenance and I could have just a bad set of tires that I might need to check to see if they are still under warranty. The women at the checkout desk had had wonderful customer service and was very helpful but the man could definitely work on his customer service skills by listening to the customer to help instead of trying to argue.

Called to have 4 trailer tires changed as i already have the new tires. And Apparently they do not own floor Jack's to jack up a axle and impact gun to change a basic 15" trailer tire. Was suggested to drive to the smithfield or fayettville location. Soooo I guess as a big company the other locations will not have floor Jack's or impact guns either. Maybe harbor freight could get them up to par.

Very personable. I left my car to get inspected and tire alignment when I purchased new tires but their inspection machine was down and no one to align the tires.

I absolutely love blacks. They are great and very sweet and know what they are doing. Both the one in Fayetteviile and Dunn are absolutely worth it. When my son got fussy I apologized and they told me it was completely okay and that they understood. Definitely going back to blacks

Something wrapped around wheel on my dually between inner and outer rear tires . Black s jumped on it and had me ready to roll in about 10 minutes. GREAT FOLKS TO DEAL WITH

Oil change was completed in a timely manner. However, the oil sticker was not changed and air was not properly checked/adjusted in the tires as stated on the invoice. I had to put air in my tires when I got home.

Had to have the tires for my job, so I accepted the higher cost (than Walmart who was booked full). They do do good work, but you pay for it.

Everyone was so helpful and helped put me at ease when I had a blowout and needed new tires. The only thing I can say that might need work is the waiting room, it is bare and uncomfortable. I was getting 4 new tires and an alignment and had to sit on hard chairs for 4.5 hours. I still plan to use then because they are amazing.

I mainly come here for inspections. They take about 2 hours. Make sure to check your wiper blades before coming. If they're not good and you decide to buy them through Blacks, you'll pay about a $5-$10 install fee PER blade

Black s Tire & Auto Service were helpful when we arrived to have vehicle inspected this morning. They said the wait time was an hour and a half. We asked if we could save our spot while we grabbed breakfast. The young lady at the counter was accommodating and let us do this. We arrived back earlier than expected. We only waited 20 minutes and inspection was completed! That s great customer service! Will be back next year!
