This local auto mart is something increasingly rare- a truly FAMILY-owned business that offers stellar customer service in EVERY department. Darren & Sherry at the front office are polite & friendly; Jonathan & Brian on the sales team are patient, knowledgeable, & HONEST... And Matthew & Jason in the mechanic shop are outstanding!! Darrell Barefoot took over this business from his father, who started it in the 70s, & I can see why they have remained successful for DECADES. If you're thinking of buying a car or repairing/maintaining the car you're already driving, the people at Barefoot's Auto Mart have got you covered!! A+++, definitely recommend.

Purchased a Tesla Model 3 from Johnathan at Barefoots Auto Mart. He was quick to respond to all of my questions. The car was exactly as described. Easy transaction and great customer service! Would highly recommend this family owned business!

My wife and I purchased a minivan from Barefoot's Auto in mid January. The process was simple and pleasurable. It was refreshing to purchase a vehicle without all the games and haggling.Thank you for making the process of becoming minivanners an easy one! We love the Honda!

We ended up driving all the way out to Dunn from Raleigh for our car. This is a family business and they really care about good customer service. We were able to come to a price we were comfortable with and they spent lots of time with us, even on a Friday evening. Then when our car didn't come with an extra key, they went above and beyond to help us secure an extra key for a good price. Great guys, thanks Brian.

Just purchased my first car here, vehicle was in wonderful shape. Brian was super knowledgable about the subaru, super friendly and accomodating, and they were very transparent about how they came up with their asking price which was extremely reasonable for the condition of the vehicle and research I had done before. I had my end of things together before I got there (financed with my own bank) and only spent about 30 minutes finishing up the deal. Thank you Brian and team for making my first car buying experience as smooth and comfortable as possible.

Absolutely loved my experience here .After my previous vehicle being totaled and move from GA to NC , it had been super hard for me to find somewhere I could purchase a vehicle from in my situation. The guys here were really sensitive and did everything in their power to make sure my children and i were back on the road again. 100 percent recommend this place !!!

If your looking for great service, competitive prices , none of the bs games played by other dealerships, then this is the place to go. From start to finish my experience with Darrell was greater beyond expectation in customer service and honesty. I flew in from Orlando because they had exactly what I was looking for, wish there were more honest places like this down there. Dunn in blessed to have a family owned company like this one

Not happy with my experience. First thing when doing the paperwork they forgot a number or letter on the bill of sell and title. So I had to drive back out there which was an hour an a half to sign paperwork again. Even worse was the truck I bought has a sunroof which I now regret because it is leaking through the roof light and headliner. When I called to ask about it I was told maybe you left the sunroof open. If I left the sunroof open it wouldn t be leaking in through the light and headliner. I have check the drain tubes which are fine so now I may have to replace the glass and seal which cost over $300 from Sir Walter Chevy. I though I was buying a nice truck but has now turned into a headache.

Ok Mr. Barefoot,Here is testimony that will put a smile on your face. My husband and I bought a truck from you in 1992. A red step side Chevrolet. I was 8 months pregnant with my daughter and you told us that was the vehicle for us. Mind you we still have that very truck and it has been drove by everyone in our family. My husband dog hunts with our grandbaby Hunner who is 4. It has over 800,000 miles on it. And still running. My husband is painting your building now. I just wanted to say Thank you for a vehicle that will stay in our family.

Was able to drive the car for 1000 miles before there was catastrophic emissions failures. Haven t had the car for 4 months awaiting back ordered parts and no solution offered from management. Very disappointed.

do not check cars out before putting on lot.. make excuses instead ofsolutions. never heard from them even to say "thank you" the next day. itsa buy here pay here lot so what do you expect

I would recommend buying a vehicle off of this company they really work with me and even offered to drive the vehicle 2 hours away to fix an issue that was noticed on the vehicle highly recommend
