Auto Zone let you get a reward card,that is no good. I got a email that said I had to use my $20 before May. Reward is no good got to store and showed the cashier my email and he informed me that for every $20 spend,one point will be added to my card until it full up,even though my email said redeem $20,before 1 May. Someone needs to correct the email are stop passing out reward cards.

I was very satisfied with my experience at the Dunn, NC location. The entire team is very Friendly, Professional and Knowledgeable. Corey was very professional and very helpful every step along the way. I went in with my 2021 Kia Forte having headlight issues and he pointed me in the right direction of resolving the issue and even led me to new resources to be able to get even further advanced with figuring out the issue. He was very easy to talk to and is very diligent at the job that he is doing. A friendly guy that I will definitely make sure I go to for all my automotive needs. Thanks Corey!!!

needed a new tie rod end for my car so I ordered it and it took a week to get the next day part . I've never had so much trouble with ordering a part. anyway I finally got it and got it put on, and problem fixed. so good job at the end of that very long day..

Great place great staff... unlike Lillington NC autozone they actually did their job and helped me solve my problem. I suggest if you live in Lillington drive an extra 20 minutes and come here!!

We went in to get wiper blades and the staff, especially Darren, the assistant manager, was so friendly and helpful. He even came out to the parking lot and put the new blades on. Great customer service!

Everyone was so nice and helpful. I had somewhat of a complicated question and Hector was so patient and helpful. He explained what we was saying and even gave me different avenues and options to try. He has made a life long customer out of me! I don t remember the last time I been anywhere where the customer service was this good. It feels and far between nowadays. Thanks again you guys were great!!

This would be a mixed review as the commercial department at Autozone and Dunn does a very good job of taking care of their commercial customers during their regular business hours and makes sure we have what we need. But as far as the storefront employees who work after hours when commercial department has left, they do not care anything about commercial accounts. It s not just one employee after hours. It is not just one or two employees after hours it is all employees after hours. Our business is one of the largest commercial accounts at the Dunn AutoZone, and we only work from 5 PM until 11 PM.. Which means our calls and orders and needs are normally after hours when commercial has left. Every time we call, we are either placed on hold for several minutes or forgotten or hung up on or we are told that we are calling the DIY line and that we need to call back during normal commercial hours to check on parts or to get anything. O Reillys is very happy to serve us after hours and never gives us any issues with commercial accounts after 5 PM.

Cameron M. was a big help to me today with a battery replacement, under warranty! Prompt and professional service offered at this location. I'm glad I came here for a new battery in 2020 and its great to find a friendly and knowledgeable part sales manager like Cameron on the job.

After buying a battery in another AutoZone location I was told that they would not honor the warranty on the battery because they don't even sell that battery. Went over to the Shell for batteries and there sat the same exact battery sitting on it and they can see you from my phone number that I had purchased three separate batteries within a 7 month. And they won't replace the one that I have horrible service I'll be going down the road to Advance Auto from now on

Auto Zone parts are pretty good. I bought a motor there last year and haven't had any problems at all. My mechanic works there as well. But, I did need some fuel injectors but they are $44 a piece and I will not be purchasing them from there.

I have never written a review for a business before I don t think, but had a pretty disappointing experience at this auto zone this morning. I have a 2007 Honda Fit. Went in to test my check engine light. The guy couldn t find the place to plug in the device and after less than 10 minutes, gave up and said he couldn t find it but it isn t good and said I should go to advanced to have them see if they could find out how to test it. I had just gotten off a 12 hour overnight shift and was really worried about my car, and while the man that helped me was very kind and friendly, I think there should be at least one employee working that knows how to test my engine light at a place that advertises that they do that. Or at least someone who is willing to put in more than five minutes trying to figure out how. Went to O Reilly afterwards and the man found it in a matter of seconds. I definitely will not be going here again

Rented a tool and paid cash for it. Brought it back the next day and they could not find me in the system even with my original receipt. Have to make another trip back tomorrow to get the refund that s owed to me.

I was looking for LED driving light bulbs for 2003 Escalade and they had them in stock. Seems not many places stock them. I wanted to try LEDs to see if they produce less heat and not damage the sockets, like the old ones did.
