I needed my headlights adjusted and/or fixed because they weren't bright enough and I also needed an inspection. Then asked if they could please check my right front shock. I left the car keys with the nice lady at the desk along with my phone number so she could call when it was ready. An hour and a half later (no call) I came back to find my Jeep outside. I was told that it couldn't be inspected because the headlight wasn't bright enough..... exactly what I brought it in for. I was told to fix the light and bring it back for inspection. Also the mechanic had no idea about the shock and there are now greasy hand prints all over the door and window of my white Jeep. Nice people but... what the ......

No appointment is needed for car inspection.Took both my cars there and in less then one hour I had them inspectedEveryone in the shop was very nice and polite. Will definitely be going back to them for my car needs.

Wonderful Family!! Family Owned Business! HONEST!! & KNOWLEDGEABLE!! KIND & THEIR MECHANICS ARE TRUTHFUL & FRIENDLY & TREAT U WITH RESPECT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!! Thanks 4 TREATING ME LIKE A FRIEND!!! MAY GOD CONTENIUE TO BLESS THEM ALL!! Heads UP... They don't want you to bring the part(s) you may need. Sometimes People give US the Wrong Parts & it Causes THEM Problems & you more WAIT TIME. THEY FIX IT RIGHT HERE!! IF THEY CAN'T THEY TELL U. THEY DON'T GIVE YOU ANY RUN AROUND!!

301 Service Center is a Friendly and very Professional place to take your car. Mr Pete always seems very concern with what's going on with you vehicle. He is very through and detailed. The prices are affordable also. I really recommend this place to everyone. From the Mechanics to Kimberly & Mrs Joyce working the front desk. I love this Hometown Auto Shop!!!!!

We needed a vehicle inspection for an older model van, so we went to 301 Service Center, and everything went well as expected. We've gotten many inspections here and my husband had some repair done a number of years back. They are always professional and pretty quick as well. I would recommend them to anyone needing vehicle services in the Dunn area.

Mr. Pete went above and beyond my expectations for my vehicle repair. I could not have asked for better customer service. He explained everything to me prior to me approving the repair. The service was fast and I had my vehicle back before expected. I would highly recommend 301 Service Center for your vehicle repairs.

Took my car here for an inspection after complications at a few other places. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, not to mention fast and accommodating. This center will be my go-to place for car trouble once I move closer to Dunn. A+ rating!

Honest mechanics and friendly staff/owners. You can trust them to not push repairs that are not needed. They also will not try to bill you with superfluous expenses. They bill you for the parts you NEED and the labour they did. No BS.

Awesome place. Traveling from Lancaster Pa to Charleston South Carolina. We had a wheel bearing going out. This was on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. They where able to diagnose our problem, and repair our Chevrolet Silverado all that same afternoon so we could continue on our trip. The service here is fantastic. I would recommend 301 Service Center for all you vehicle repairs.

Very friendly service, very quick as well!I walked in without any appointment and got my car inspected for $13 and it only took 10-15 minutes. Very friendly service!

The mother/daughter receptionist team do not communicate well each other or with the mechanics. This causes a lot of confusion between customer and mechanic. Other than that, this is a good, friendly shop.

The staff is always been friendly and quick ; at least w with oil changes and inspections. Haven't needed any other service so I can't comment further.
