Can honestly say this was the best mechanic shop experience I ve had in my life. Would give 6 stars if I could.Archie went above and beyond getting my 7.3 Excursion back up and running with complete honesty and communication along the way after needing a transmission rebuilt. He took care of removing, packing, and shipping the trans to the builder who was fixing it under warranty. The trans was shipped back to him for install on a Friday, and he decided to stay late through midnight Friday night and had my truck back to me the very next day! He texted and called me throughout the entire process to keep me updated and offered to help via phone for any future projects or repairs I do myself. Genuine, trustworthy, and hardworking guy. I ll be recommending him to everyone.Thanks again Archie!

Couldn t have asked for a better experience. Scheduled to have my manifold gaskets replaced and got it done the same week. Archie had me in and out faster than I could believe. Very fair prices as well, cheapest I had been quoted in 100 mile radius.

Our transport company has a fleet of Ram 5500 trucks that haul cars up and down the east coast. Anytime our trucks need serviced we make it a priority to stop at Archie&Sons. Quality service, and quick turn around time . I highly recommend Archie and his team for all of your diesel repair needs.

I stopped by there to see if they can help me with my f-350. And from the moment I got there they were helpful courteous professional. I would highly recommend the shop. Extremely knowledgeable folks. The only complaint I have is that I'm not used to being treated with such courtesy and respect and a mechanic shop. They really made me feel like I was part of the family. They truly are the go-to people for Ford GMC and RAM.

I called several places around Goldsboro just looking for someone who could give my truck a good inspection before going on a cross country road trip. After no luck with the first few, Archie came through clutch! He got me set up for an appointment within the same week that I called, and then communicated well during the whole process. He's honest, trustworthy, and communicates well. And to top it all off, he wouldn't even let me pay him for the work he did because he felt like he took too long to complete the repairs. Even after telling him I didn't feel that way at all based on several previous experiences with having this truck in other shops and that I was more than happy to pay him, he still stood on his beliefs and wouldn't let me pay him. That goes a long way to show his character and work ethic!! Finding a reliable mechanic that you can trust has your best interest in mind is not easy, but I truly feel that's what you get with Archie. You can bet that I will continue to take my truck back to him in the future for any issues that may arise, and will recommend him to anyone I know looking for a solid diesel mechanic! Best diesel repair shop in town . Hands down. Quick service. Very knowledgeable staff. They fix it right the first time. You can't say that about everybody. They offer a wide range of repair services and towing.

I was sent a recommendation to use Archie and Sons and I'm very grateful. They have been the kindest to work with and have the best prices. Working on diesels is a very hard job, but they got my diesel fixed in a short amount of time. I will wait a few days for the right person to work on it. Their prices are very fair, their communication is exceptional and they offer services most don't. I can't thank them enough for fixing my truck, and fixing it right!!!! If you need your diesel worked on, they're the ones to use!

Contacted Archie about an exhaust manifold leak, and an oil pressure sensor problem I was having. I dropped the truck off after hours, and he managed to have me back in it the next day. Kept me updated on any issue or concern that rose up. Earned a customer for sure.

Archie and Sons is my new go to place for all of my trucks to be serviced on a regular basis! I brought him my 3500 RAM cab and chassis thats been in need of some work for a while now. Archie and his team gave my truck a thorough inspection, and gave me a list with everything that I needed done, and how important each piece was. I wound up having him rebuild the entire front suspension and reseal my entire 6.7 cummins. Its been 10k miles now, and none of the pesky leaks I put off for a year have returned, and the truck drives better than ever since redoing the front.I also just got my 1500 RAM back after a rear differential overhaul and new exhaust manifold gaskets and spark plugs, and I have to say its the quietest I have ever heard this truck.I would recommend Archie and Sons to anybody for all of their truck needs.

Extremely knowledgeable, honest, and fair priced! Archie should be your go to mechanic. He repaired the clutch on our 94 Ford Ranger today & I could not be happier with his work. Highly recommend this shop.

Archie is the best mechanic in town. I will not go anywhere else. I was in and out fast on a Saturday, prices are reasonable. Definitely will recommend him . If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Archie & Sons went above and beyond by doing a selfless act on a FRIDAY evening by helping someone on side the road and not only getting this stranded driver back on the road, but taking it a step farther and not charging any fee for their help. This is the America I know and love. Thank you Archie & Sons for helping brother-in-law out.

Archie and Sons does a fantastic job for us at Maness Motors. When we can't get to some of our larger repairs in a timely manner, all we have to do is call Archie. He'll pick the vehicle up, repair it correctly, and have it back to us in no time. Give him a call if you need vehicle repairs, you won't regret it.

If you want to know what integrity looks like, you need to see Archie!!!Incredible customer service, honest. personable. He has values and morals that are second to none.I had my car serviced by Archie. He assisted me in explaining what was wrong with my car and why it was making that awful noise. I ended up changing my brakes and rotors because of his excellent, honest advice and impeccable customer service. He has also trouble shooted my check engine light & took care of a larger job on my aging vehicle. Because of Archie s excellent service, I plan to make ARCHIE & SONS my go to shop for all services. Called Archie at about 8 o clock this morning when our power steering belt broke. He was at our location checking it out by 8:20, and was back with parts working on it by 10 am. Archie is very knowledgeable, and truly goes the miles for his customers. When running your own transportation company it s very important to have a mechanic who understands the business, and the importance of keeping vehicles up and running. Thank you Archie! The man knows his diesels!

Called Archie around 1pm on monday, one of my trucks was broke down on the side of the road near Mt. Olive. A hose had come off the transmission and leaked all the fluid out. Archie responded immediately and was to my driver in 20 minutes. Luckily it was a quick fix and my driver was able to get back to North Myrtle Beach. I highly recommend Archie and Sons, this is what great customer service is. Good people helping good people, that's how business should always be done.

Archie and his support team really took care of us!It can be so hard to not feel taken advantage of when I go to a dealership, because there s a lot that I don t know about cars. He explained in layman s terms the problems I had with my jeep, broke down the pricing from the parts to the labor and a time to pick it up.My price I didn t change from the initial quote ( a fraction of what the dealership quoted) , and my jeep was done sooner than expected.Bonus is the friendly shop cat!

Truck blew a heater hose this morning, Archie was there before I could get off the phone with my wife to pick up my truck, and stayed until 1AM working to get my truck back on the road!! I will not go anywhere else after the work Archie did on my truck. It s hard to trust anyone these days but this guy is awesome in explaining what wrong with my truck and explaining what he has to do to fix it. He actually told me what to look and listen for if I ever I have the same problem. For a guy that s not very good on figuring out what s wrong with his truck I will go to this guy to help me out.
