Very rude! Go to the Elkin location were the employees are courteous and helpful. This isn't the first bad experience at this location not coming back I'll drive the extra distance!

When I was on my way to a funeral, my battery died. I was in a panic, and went to O'Reilly Auto Parts in Dobson, NC. The staff was so kind and understanding and made sure I could get back on the road. They put in a new battery quickly and got me on my way. In this day and age, the quality of customer service has certainly declined...but NOT at O'Reilly's! If you want quality service and quality parts, Dobson O'Reilly's is the best!

I went in Saturday afternoon on the 18th of September. Im sorry I don't teneber the name of the nice gentlemen working but they were very helpful and patient with me. I was on a road trip, my car was giving me a hard time and they were great at helping me get what I was asking for even though I wasn't even sure what I needed myself. Great employees. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars us because a few things I wanted weren't in stock but 5 stars for the two guys for sure

Went to buy some brake fluid for my car and they were closed. And on the window it said closes at 9pm. They need to change the sign on the window. Went by there at 6:30 pm Saturday evening.

lousy customer service i asked if they carried a specific item didn't bother looking in the computer just said i don't think so and walked off

I got stranded on my long trip, luckily close to this place. They had the part nobody around had for a fair price. Special thanks to Ernie who was a great help, and made sure I was back on the road in no time!

Bad service. Went in and they ignore you and could cearly see one of the male staff chewing tobacco while on the job don't know if it is allow there or not. Certainly not professional what so ever
