John and his team are wonderful! He answered all of our questions before hand, provided quotes and advice. He kept in touch with us throughout the whole process of the work we were having done. He even came in on New years Eve to meet us to pick up the car. I highly recommend his team. My husband Corey and I have had several bad experiences at lots of shops and this certainly was just an all around great experience.

John and Team were good to me and my hellcat ! I was corresponding via email since January and finally got my ride to them ! They made suggestions and executed well. Very knowledgeable and nice shop !!! They will be my go to on my hellcat and my future Trackhawk for sure !!! Thank MXA !!! I had them install a 1000hp clutch kit and they did an awesome job. Their capabilities and knowledge are truly impressive. Customer service is top shelf as well, letting me know updates in a promptly manner. Hand's down, I'll be taking it back for more upgrades as the build goes on

Great performance shop with an experienced tuner. Brought my car to them with issues in my tune. They explained what may be causing my issues, created a plan to fix it and provided trackside support to dial it in. John does an excellent job explaining issues and has a lot of knowledge of cars. Would highly recommend Mass Acceleration.

First off, these guys know what they are doing and are straightforward people. I 110% recommend them to anyone looking to get genuine quality work done.Now, here s the longer story I had a horrible experience with a previous company where I dealt with lie after lie, stuff claimed to be done that wasn t touched, things ordered that had claimed to have shipping issues etc that I ended up calling the company to find out they haven t even paid for it yet, over promised on stuff they had no idea about what they were doing, and simply wasted nearly a year of my time. I ended up getting every penny back from them and not letting them touch my car again and kept what had already been done. You can say they knew they were caught BSing and didn t have a leg to stand on.After having that experience I ended up contacting MA and Immediately was referred to G. From the first second I came in there, I was told the honest truth, not fed what I wanted to hear, and every word they gave me, they kept with complete integrity. I not only got what I had wanted done to my vehicle the whole time done with them in two weeks but, they underpromised and over delivered. I was/am still throughly impressed and from not on, MA has all of my business from here on out and I will recommend them to everyone I meet. Literally can t say enough good things about this place! This is my 4th time using them for major work on my hellcats and John and his team have been great to deal with! Called for a quote to rebuild a 4 cylinder mazda. Quoted me for $15,000 you read that right, a brand new fully built motor runs at 5k, and numerous shops surrounding priced me at about 3-4k. Safe to say, never gonna bring these guys work.

John, G and the staff go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure NOTHING short of quality work rolls out the door, even when it cuts into their family time. The work they have done on a blown C6 and my current CTSV has be top quality.

Shop had previously tuned car. Dealership performed a TSB on the transmission and PCM. Dealer deleted the shops previous tune. John got me right in and took care of everything. Very professional.
