I dropped of my 2023 SeaDoos off for some repairs to be done after the dealership I bought them from told me that it would be 3 weeks before they could get to them. The owners have f Gator Powersports, Grady and Gene were very nice people and were also very positive and optimistic about getting my skis repaired. Long story short they took my skis in and got right to work on them and they were ready to pick up 24 hours later. I highly recommend them!Thanks again y'all!!! Took my pontoon there to have the trim motor replaced. Specifically asked for original equipment manufactured products, otherwise known as OEM. Went to have the part installed and it was identical to one that I ordered off Amazon for a couple hundred bucks. They also told me it was gonna take four hours to install. The guy got a little upset with me because I questioned if it was OEM because again, I had the identical part at my house shipped from the same place. His first comment to me after he gave me an attitude was well if you would ve just brought the boat again I d already have it installed. And yet his wife quoted me four hours to install it and a total cost of about $1500. Can t be trusted I wouldn t use them run away fast! Oh, forgot to add. I said, why is your husband upset with me and she says oh he s always like that.

Gator Power Sports did a phenomenal job on my Sea Doo repair! They went above and beyond to get the job done as quickly and as thoroughly as possible! Thanks to the great team at Gator!

I brought 2 Yamaha EX's in to have the propeller and wear housing replaced. They called me and stated that they checked the machines and the problem was not to propellers and wear housing. Instead they said there was water in my gas and they needed oil change and spark plugs. They dishonestly convinced me that flushing fuel system and changing oil and spark plugs would solve the issues. They charged me $1400.00 and never changed plugs or the oil. When I put the ski's in the water they still had the same problem!!! After doing some research I discovered that they lied about the remedy for my issues only to charge me $1400.00 for work they did'nt perform!!!! Phenomenal Service all around. Boat was fully serviced, and detailed for an incredible price, the customer service is top notch, and the pick up and delivery exceeded my expectations. Just purchased two SeaDoo's from Gator Power Sports and got a great deal. They were older jetskis that Grady rebuilt by replacing most major components and he stands by them with superior service and support and offered to fix minor issues. He even took us out to test drive in January. What great customer service they provide. Highly recommend Gator Power Sports for all your boating needs. Honest and trustworthy.

After a bit of a rocky start Jean and Grady came through with flying colors!! They went over and above to satisfy me! They serviced two of my boats. A 22 ft pontoon needing a lower unit on my Honda 90hp and an engine leak on my 5.0 Volvo 216 SSI Chapparal. They turned both boats around in less than a week. Both boats are running as good as ever! This is the second year I have used Gator Power Sports for servicing and winterizing my watercraft, and I must say the service could not of been better. From the start Grady, Kelly, and their team made me feel like they would treat my boat as if it was their own. They are very knowledgeable, and trustworthy not just on watercraft, but the best places around the lake to get fuel and local boating regulations. They identified some after market parts that were put on by the previous boat owner, that I had no idea could cause future issues. Needless to say they have earned all of my future business, and would recommend anyone looking for top quality marine service to look no further!

Gator Power Sports is amazing and goes the extra mile to satisfy the customer. From the first call with Kelly we knew we were in good hands as she educated us on several items about our jet skis from maintenance and safety courses for children and adults. You can tell it was genuine and not just about a sale like so many businesses are about these days. We had our jet skis both serviced and on the lake within 1-2 days. Grady even helped with meeting us at the park to drop them in the water and delivered our trailer to the house. We have already referred them to a few friends based on the outstanding service and competitive pricing they delivered on. Our friends didn't know about how Gator Power Sports will come out for no fee to rescue/tow you in if broken down in the lake. I highly recommend reaching out to them for all your boating needs.

I had Yamaha 115HP outboard repaired as well as detailing of the boat.Great professional service, knowledgeable staff, fast turnaround and a good price.They responded to my call right away unlike other companies I've called. Everything was done on time and as promised. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anybody who needs work on their boat.Thank you Gator Powersports!

I brought them a recently purchased used boat with a Volvo Penta inboard that was giving me problems. It was a process that took several test runs but they stood behind their work and got my boat running excellent. Gator Powersports did a great job for me. Price was reasonable and I would definitely use them again if I need a marine mechanic.

I brought in my boat and JetSki.The Yamaha Ski was throwing a sensor error that they were able to diagnose, obtain the part (for less than I could find) and install it for a reasonable price.For the Sea Ray 21 Sundeck they did everything from detailing the boat, to engine service, to outdrive service, to replacing the cover snaps and changing the dashboard panel. This required uninstalling and reinstalling all of the gauges. They did this all in less than a week. They will be my go to watercraft fixers from now on. First off...Gator Powersports staff is awesome. I took my boat there to get a fishfinder and speaker system installed, they not only did that but knowing it was my first boat the did an inspection and checked the boat from bow to stern, cleaned it up and got it running tip top. The price was very good and inline with what others would charge probably even cheaper. I will never let anyone other than Gator Powersports touch my boat or any other boat I get. Thank you so much for looking out for me and taking care of everything I needed so fast.

Had my 2000 Sweetwater Pantoon Boat refurbished, repaired as well as completely detailed. Daryl Gibson and his team did a super job, took only 2 days for all the repairs, maintenance and detailing. Jean did an excellent job, cleaning up a 19 year old boat, making it look completely new. Great job Gator Power/Sport team. Can recommend them 100%. They stand behind their work !!

I wish I had done my due diligence and research this company a little better first, unfortunately they have had many many name changes over the years and many many lawsuits. We ended up using this company because we got a postcard in the mail, we took our boat to this company to have the carpet replaced, they told me they would have it for about a week and they had it for over a month. When we got our credit card statement and bill we realized they overcharged us by $2500 as well. I asked them not to bring the boat back until I was at home, unfortunately they brought the boat back anyway my my wife was there and she was not able to properly check it over for the repairs. We got our boat back it was missing all kinds of parts, brackets and screws were stripped out, nuts were loose, washers and lockwashers were missing. The front gate of the pontoon boat the back gate will not shut properly, this is been a total disappointment and total disaster. The whole front part of the boat is literally falling off, in addition I was very clear on the panning underneath the boat in between the toons was to be aluminum pop riveted back, unfortunately they use galvanize sheet metal screws which are already backing out and the panning is literally falling off. We have had to take boat to a reputable dealer to correct the many issues. Word of advice is to look them up first!

I have a 2007 G3 tritoon that needed outboard engine servicing, a good cleaning, and carpet replacement. Gator PowerSports came to my house, drove my boat to the launch, towed it to their shop, did all mechanical work, stripped the boat down to the platform and replaced the carpet with a new woven vinyl, replaced the captain's chair, and did a full detailing for me.Their communication was stellar every step of the way. They provided a line item quote, worked with us on picking out new flooring colors, and in about 1 week they finished everything. When they were done, they filled the boat with gas, towed it back to the lake, and put it at my dock. The boat is running better than ever and looks amazing.It was by far one of the smoothest transactions I've had in a long time, their pricing is extremely fair, and the attention to detail was beyond belief. I am more than happy with their work and will definitely be using them again.

Big Thumbs Up to Gator PowerSports of Denver NC and Staff! I had issues with my Tahoe Boat so I contacted several Boating Co's and had no luck. I than heard about GPS , so I called GPS and Staff tech arrived at residence next day! When I said I did not have trailer, the Staff tech said towing boats (pickup and delivery) were part of there services. Within 24 hours GPS Staff tech notify me of the problem, cost and options. I later received an email with breakdown of the repair work for approval! Within days my boat was repaired/detailed and return to my residence! Thanks Gator PowerSports and Staff for Great Job; I recommend all Boat Owners who are looking for Repairs or Services call Gator PowerSports.

Thank You Grady and Kelly for your 5 star customer service and fast turn around time . Had a new Minn Kota trolling motor installed on my Ranger Bass boat and the installation was done quickly and professionally. Also had my trailer serviced and lighting repaired. I highly recommend Gator to all my fishing buddies for honest and reliable service .

Very professional and friendly crew, not to mention very good pricing!I had a problem with my Yahama JetSki which was killing the performance as well as some body damage. I was procrastinating all winter and figured everyone was going to be slammed with boats. I called and they told me that they weren t going to be slammed booked until later this month.I took my Ski there expecting a 1 week or so turn-around but they got the problem diagnosed and fixed the next day! They cleaned and waxed her, for a 2004 JetSki it looks brand new now! I would happily recommend Gator Powersports to do a watercraft work again. More than their ability to get the job done, is their honesty and integrity. No job is without problems, but those problems alloy you to see whether you are dealing with a reputable people, and we were! I have two boys that run the jet ski and pontoon boat hard and there were lots wrong with the watercraft they were able to fix those watercraft better than before i got them. I'm a teacher and a coach with not a lot of time and the level of service and the way they made everything easy for me is priceless. I am very satisfied with the outcome of the work and give Gator Powersports a big thumbs up!

I have not had anything worked on personally but I have seen their work .Very great company to have your boat, jet skis or any other marine craft you may have. Amazing customer service as well. Fast, friendly attentive service. Most boat mechanics are pretty bad at scheduling and service, Gator has it all down pat. I am very particular, and I don't think I could be more impressed and satisfied with their work and pricing.

Be sure to call around for prices before giving them the go ahead. After calling around once the work had been done, I realIzed I paid 250-300$ too much and even asking to see the broken parts that were removed was not possible. Definitely something shady going on. But overall work was done quick. Will definitely be taking my boat elsewhere the next time.

Awesome Service!!! Jean and Grady are absolutely the best around. So informative as to what my boat needed to get back to maximum performance and very quick on service rendered. Jean was great in explaining everything to me. Can't wait to get back on the water with it!!

I dropped of my 90 Yamaha at 5 pm to have a impeller installed and a tune up and the guys at gator powersports had my boat finished by 3pm the following day. Nothing but good things to say about these guys.

These guys definitely know what they are doing when it comes to motors. I have a tournament on lake norman and needed a quick fix. They got it done in 5 minutes and got me back on the water. Great service!!

This man is a genius when it comes to working on boats I have a Bayliner 2755 took it to a marina In Shelby they charge me a lot of money just to say I don t know what is wrong with your boat pulled it from there to gator power sports this man had my boat up and running in less than an hour he is the best mechanic I have ever seen and I will be a true customer for life
