From the hispanic/Latino experience if i could rated it more than 5 i could. They are extremly kind,cheap cost & help u out in what u need. ( Si eres Hispano o Latino te recomiendo este lugar te pueden alludar en lo que necesites).

Went in for new tires and alignment.They stripped two of my lugs nuts and refused to accept responsibility when they were the only people I ve used for tires. I d scheduled an alignment but they weren t able to do it because, the guy called out. I ll never return here, they lost a lot of money by not accepting their own screw up.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

First experience here, John seems to be a knowledgeable mechanic. He's going through some staff shortages right now so there may be a short wait, but the replacement of a wheel bearing on my 08 Tacoma went very well. Particularly pleased at his headlight lens polishing process. Mine were very clouded, yellow and ugly. For $70 they are brand new. I highly recommend this service.

Great people. Friendly and very helpful. They fixed my car and was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend them. Bill was so helpful. My dad would always go there before he got sick and recommended this place. I was so grateful he did.

good service and excellent quality, The owner Bill is very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. He genuinely wants to help his customers and give them the best experience he can, whether you're in there for maintenance or your Day is terrible and your car broke down. The lead Tech is a wizard, and very quality oriented Auto tech. A lot of times if other techs have a question or can't figure out something on a car they'll call Matt. I'm very picky about my service and repairs and they definitely cover the details, I want value for my money, and I get it at Done right. My truck is fairly new and I would rather take it here, to Done Right before other shop or dealership. They work very hard to ensure a quality product and it shows.

Friendly and knowledgeable, the gentlemen at Done Right Auto really went above and beyond for me! They knew my vehicle very well and did what was necessary to get me back up and going before the holiday season. Even though I myself am technically from "out of town," I am more than willing to take my truck the extra 20 minutes down the road knowing that I will get service that harkens back to the good ole days where the business truly believed that customer service came first!

Cost me almost 100 just to have a set of tires mounted that I already had purchased and didn't put my center caps back on right cost me another 100 , never again

Love working with Bill and his staff! They picked my car up and dropped it off after a very quick service! Their prices are reasonable and they don't offer unnecessary services to make an extra dollar.

Told me what repair truck needed. Said he'd call when part came in and never did. Now he doesn't remember what the problem was.Nice guy. Seems to care about his customers for tires and oil changes and minor work I think he's good.

Talks down to people and tries to over charge. Found tires somewhere else for a lot less money and the people were nice and everything taken care of

Contacted Billy about replacing a defective electric window switch and alleged defective window motor. Paid $568.74 for repairs and the window still did not work. Billy said the programmable module was defective and he could not fix it because the module needed programming. He estimated it could cost over $1000 for the part plus a programming fee and I would have to take it to the Volvo Dealer.I requested a refund on a portion of the money because the window did not work and he refused. I took him to court and won the case.I suggest using a dealer for your repair.

Took my car into their shop and not only was I told what the hell actual issue was but I was shown on my car where the problems were and the price was so reasonable! I would recommend this auto repair shop to anyone who doesnt want to get ripped off and wants their vehicle fixed right( and in a timely manner!)

I tried this place out, regardless of the horrible reviews. I figured that it was best to learn from experience and not be quick to judge. I was wrong. I dropped a grand there and had to have it worked on 3 times since. This was all in the time span of a month! I will NEVER go back! Ever!!!!

Went to have 4 tires put on my rims and he said that he can't do because he wants to make sure that he leaves the shop by 5:00pm and it was only 3:30pm when I went there to find out he was a very rude person I know now not to even go to that shop for anything it should be called Done wrong because he give my daughter and me the middle finger.
