Everyone I dealt with at the front counter was friendly, outgoing, helpful, & professional, even cheerful, which seems unusual these days. They were the same way with everyone that came in while I was there.The waiting area was neat & clean, & they completed my car inspection in a very timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate to take my vehicle there again. Thank you for a smooth, easygoing experience.

Having lost someone special, wanted to do something my Sister In Law lovedSo we found some lavender and planted in a pot. Sandra helped us pot the lavender before leaving. What a beautiful soul! Thank you

Very pleased with the service I received yesterday at your Edenton location. Candace totally was watching out for my youngest child who brought her car in for what I thought was a simple tire plug. She would not let her leave until she spoke to me about the tire. I felt like I had an extra family member watching out for her. It meant a lot.

Didn' t like the service. Very unethical. Lied about my tent. An feld my inspection an had the nerve to still charge me. Would not advice there service to anyone.

The service received was good and the tech was honest about the replacement of the tire where as some places would have gotten over and replaced a tire that didn t need to be replaced.

My family have been buying tires from Colony Tires in Edenton for many years due to great service at reasonable prices. Most recently, we had a minor crisis when one of our tires on our Toyota Sequoia started to leak suddenly - and it was fully packed as we were moving to Charlotte that day! When I stopped in the store and explained the situation, (At 4:07pm!), Manager Taylor Ambrose realized we were loyal customers and got her team to help identify the problem, found a replacement tire, and had us ready to go by 4:58! At a time in America where great service is harder to find; TAYLOR AMBROSE and COLONY Tires provide outstanding and above and beyond quality service that drives customer loyalty. I HIGHLY recommend Colony Tires!!!

I can t say enough about the wonderful service I received at Colony Tire! I needed to have a flat tire repaired so I could drive home after a long weekend away. Everyone was kind and understanding and repaired my tire quickly even though I didn t have a scheduled appointment. I was able to drive 250 miles home safely. Thank you Colony Tire and Service!!

Took a van I just purchased to Colony as I believe in doing business locally.Staff was friendly and I felt they gave me a good price on the tires I wanted.Got a call a bit later as I was at a local restaurant while waiting and it turns out I had tuned lugs on the front.There was nothing they could do as far as removing the lugs and it wasn't their fault either.I ended up only getting the two tires but will return tomorrow with new regular lugs so that they can finish the job.I would have given 5 stars but the fact is those splined sockets don't cost that much so I would have figured that a tire store would have them.No biggie,just time and fuel.

I am always happy with my service. They let me know if anything needs to be addressed and my service is quick. They always manage to get me in with my crazy work schedule and I love and appreciate that. The people are very friendly and accommodating.

I went in to Colony Tire to arrange an appointment for my truck. I wanted a new tire put on the front, the tires rotated, front end alignment and state inspection. I got the following: new tire, no rotation, front and rear alignment and no state inspection. I have never received such bad service. I don't think the young man writing down my request was writing everything down and I wasn't talking fast and I repeated myself several times.

I had not used their services before. Setting up an appointment was easy to do. I was able to drop off my car and pick it back up within a hour or so. I was a bit disappointed that their coupon was only for "regular" oil change service. Not many vehicles have that anymore. I was able to use their $5 coupon. Nice people and service.

Colony tire was able to take care of my oil change a tire rotation earlier than my appointment time. In and out in about 35 minutes! I am due for new tires they have a promotion buy 3 get 1 free until 2/28. Great service and staff!

My first experience with Colony Tire & Service was impressive! The staff was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process of getting new tires and alignment. Taylor was awesome to work with she responded quickly to my emails and worked around my schedule to make things happen in a timely manner! I will definitely bring all my vehicles to Colony for tires and services in the future.
