I am so pleased with the service at our local advanced auto parts store!I came in about 10 minutes before closing and two of the employees came out to help me replace a headlight in my car. They were very courteous and went out of their way to make sure I had it done before I left.

This auto parts store has ridiculous prices. We bought a very expensive battery for our car. The individual that installed the battery didn't put the factory screws that secured the battery.We didn't notice that even though we have our car serviced and oil change and rotation of our tires. It was brought to our attention at NTB when they was topping off our fluids. A few days later our car wouldn't start.Thankfully our neighbor gave us a jump. So we went directly to Advaned Auto Parts. Just so happens that our warranty for the battery had just lapsed to months prior. They tried to sell us a can of spray that was $25.00 to spray on the battery for corrosion. We wasn't buying what they was selling. We went to O'Reilly Auto parts and the same exact product was half the price. We purchased the same exact battery that we bought from Advanced for $30.00 less at this facility. We no longer purchase products fromAdvanced Auto Parts.If you are a current customer here I highly recommend you compare prices before you make a purchase from this facility.

Perfect assistance and advicor ,courtesy also wow made me fill about as important as they were etc like coming back. I have always like visiting at this particular Advance. Location at Advance Store 109 South corner 47 East in Denton,NC

Got oil and filter for my truck. Guy that works there even walked out and looked at size of motor for filter and gave me the wrong one.... Normally just go and exchange...too bad it's closed by the time i got home to do oil before I was too leave on vacation....JERKS, Now I'm having to wait a day!!

Unhelpful rude no one working register. You will have to wait 10 minutes at register before someone rings you up. No one will offer help unless you ask for it or go up to parts counter. They all just want to run back and get parts which is probably the wrong part. They need to hire some more employees.

Shane is the worst person I have ever tried to deal with, He told me He would hire me just so he could fire me. And do not ever come into his store again, I was trying to buy parts for 4 cars and one tractor. I only asked if he could discount the price. He needs prays from all of us. And I need A new parts store. He bragged to me how many he fired (3) and who he will fire next. Rude is not just a word it is Shane. Denton NC

When being helped by a young worker you get in and out but the older people it takes forever I think they just need more training on the the computer
