I called this 24-hour service company Yesterday night and was provided with a quote for their service and estimated tech arrival time which was in 1-1.5 hour. 2 hours later nobody showed up and even bothered to answer my calls.

When you have a chance to talk w/a mechanic, that can explain 'mechanic lingo, so that are fully aware of what happened... Into what is needed, to get back to normalcy... Then you know that you've found a good mechanic!
