Stop to check price on a set of tires Saturday. Great price and had them installed. The guy behind the counter was courtesy. They were done very quick and No wait. Going back from now on for my tire purchases.

These fellas have ALWAYS done me good. My families used them for years. Just got two brand new tires on the front, was cheaper then I expected it to be, AND they're some nice tires! Only mechanic shop I truly trust with my vehicles!

Went here twice for an oil change, first time it was fine; second time my oil light kept coming on right after I left the shop. I took it back to them and the guy said he noticed it when I brought it to them (which I know was a LIE). Then he tried to charge me $240 to change out my oil pressure sending unit! I changed it myself for $50 bucks. That didn't even fix the problem so I changed the oil filter (the one he was suppose to change during my oil change) and everything is fine now.

They were a lifesaver after 3 tires being flat n 3 different visit to tire places nobody picked up on the valve stem being messed up after a few very short mind I was told it didn't need a rim it needs a valve stem n it done in no time. Friendly people respectful n kept me informed on everything I highly recommend this place. Thank you guys for the awesome job n taking care of my concerns with my daughters car

I walked in at 4:30pm with 2 new tractor tires that needed mounting on the rims, and despite being busy with other customers, they had fixed me up by 5 for a fair price. Friendly and professional service.

I have had absolutely no problems with my wheels until I went to Ratchford Tire. I ve done a lot of work to my car, as have other companies, of taking my wheels off and on, yet no problems.I went to have 2 rear tires replaced and asked them to tighten all my lugs since I noticed my front ones were loose. I was told, they check all the tires no matter what.Several days later, I went to do some work on my car and found one of my lugs was cross-threaded (front), took it back to them to repair, which they did, but before they handed my car over they said btw we didn t touch your front tires before , I reminded them that they tightened all my lugs per my request and their normal process . I went home after to work on my car again and had to take that same wheel off....and now I have 2 more lugs that are cross threaded.I know they have been in business for a long time, but I will never take my car back there again.

Did a great job at balancing my 35's. Like the weights he used they weren't the stick on ones that fall off easier. Price was good too.

David, the main mechanic at Ratchford's is a genius. Straight to the point, and gets the job done. I take my truck to him for everything. I admire that its been around a long time, and has that hometown feel. David has actually called me when I forgot an appointment. If you have repair needs, or anything new, use this service center.

There good people and very nice .my alignment was supposed to be 60 dollars .but after they seen that I replaced the outer tie rod ends and the inner tie rod ends and one ball joint on the other side he went on about the bolts in the ball joint was missing some bolts and they had ruined the new ball joint .I installed my self .what he failed to realize was that I knew one bolt was lose .but there wasn't no bolts missing when I had it sent there so I don't like to say some one us not being straight with me .but I am not that wet behind the ears .but I had already sent it there and I took a loss and its going to affect my money the rest of the month but I know what it was the 60 dollars want enoung so they put a ball joint on andaliginement to front end and jacked the price to 233 dollars so its all good and its driving good. But iam no ones fool just so they know I play poker to and I know when iam being bluffed ??????

I took my car there Saturday for front end alignment they done it took it for a drive came back said my car drives straight as a whistle when I pull it out it was pulling to the right I took it back the guy drove it said it was the crown in the Rd and didn't have time to fix bring it back Monday.. I took it back Monday and they put it back on the machine took it for a ride again and the guy said it dives straight as can be. I drove off with it worse than it was before I took it there wnet right down the Rd and got a 4whell alignment for half the price for half the price

Just left there... guy working refused to do alignment because he was the only one there. They close @ 5:30... told me he couldn t do it because no one would be up front.... Hell, lock the damn door and do your job. You close @ 5:30 anyway. Will take car elsewhere. Never going back

If you want folk"s to care about the tires they place on your vehicle truck car whatever Maserati Lamborghini Jaguar exedra please contact them first for fairdeal but let's buy american cars
