Johnny and his guys are top notch! They resurrected a Harley for me that had been sitting for 40 years. Top notch service. Fast turn around. Pricing was beyond fair. Runs like the day it was built. These guys are AWESOME! I can't thank them enough! Thank y'all!

Johnny D and his team are some of the finest motorcycle mechanics I have worked with here in NC.Johnny always takes his time to explain anything I ask, provides me with his expertise on what I should do and makes sure to lead me in the right direction when it comes to improving or modding anything on my 2015 Harley 103 Road Glide Special.Great pricing.Great customer service.Great communication.Great quality and honest work.Nonetheless, awesome people! My first trip in was great. Johnny gave me some great advice and did a repair I couldn't figure out on my own. Based on his advice I decided to do some other work myself that we had talked about, because his quote was more than I can afford on my income. I was in need of one part to do the work, but his shop didn't have it and I left. About an hour later I got a call from him telling me not to come around asking for advice anymore unless I was willing to pay for it. All because I prefer working on my bike myself when I can. Would have considered using them for everything but now I won't ever use them again. Guy has a temper and lost all credibility in my eyes. Probably a one off but that's my 2 cents.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Awesome guy! Knows anything and everything. Turn around time is on point. Had a wiring problem with the running lights on my bike and Johnny found a pinched wire in the bars.

Johnny D s rebuilt my 84 Shovel. Johnny is a truly honest, professional, and most of all Master Mechanic. This is a true old school motorcycle cycle shop that cares about their customers with a no nonsense attitude. Not once was I pushed to spend more money on something I didn t need. Johnny worked with me through the entire build. Johnny and his Team exceeded my expectations. Their customer service is A+, they return calls and emails the same day. All the mechanics are accessible and take their time answering any questions.I have had my motorcycles worked on in the Charlotte area for 30+ years, and Johnny D s Cycles is by far the best shop I have experienced. If you are not taking your Harley to Jonny D s, you are doing a disservice to your ride. Johnny D s was referred to me by a friend. I finally made the time to check this shop out. Well this guy and his employees were top notch. Very professional but most of all, for me, HELPFUL . After a short conversation about my issue, he told me to go get my bike. They rode my bike, found an issue, made adjustments. Rode my bike again, finished the issue. I appreciate the time he took and the pleasant environment of the shop. He was up front with his pricing and delivered. I found my motorcycle shop, now you all go give this man a try. March 28th, 2022. I purchased a 2004 Road King Classic from an individual on Craigslist in April of 2021. When I purchased it, the front brake caliper had excessive travel in it prior to the brakes being applied. The owner indicated that he had this checked by his mechanic and it was normal. The bike was fine when I purchased it however within a few months it began intermittently displaying the check engine light and a battery symbol light. Another issue it developed was occasionally stalling out. I put up with these minor nuisances until the bike needed some routine maintenance. I did what everybody does these days and turned to the Internet for help finding a shop to take it to. I ended up liking what I saw about Johnny Ds and decided to give them a try. From the minute I arrived at Johnny Ds I was very impressed with their technical expertise and attention to customer service. When I picked up the bike after the above mentioned repairs I was very satisfied with the bike's performance and it has continued to perform flawlessly since.Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Excellent shop. Set up with multiple work areas, a huge office reception area. Built in an old Machine shop. The owner is excellent and cares for his work and customers. Bike broke down on way home on a Monday. He is normally closed, yet was there catching up on work. I dropped by with broken shifter. He took bike right in to work on and had a full estimate the next day.I live about a mile away, and he offered to take time from his work and take me home. Great service..

Went to Johnny d s for information on a set of cam s for my 2013 Fatboy he ask me what I was looking for I told him my Riding style and he told me his recommendations .And boy he was right on the money the bike rolls pretty good now woke that 103 up.I have found my new bike mechanic.Thanks JohnnyServices: Engine repair, Oil change

I ve been to many Garages that work on bikes, or cars. And have never been so impressed with the service, friendliness, and amount of knowledge in what they are doing than this shop. Professional, clean and responsive. My bike is not a million dollar ride by no means but . She was treated with as much care as if she was the dopest bike in the world. Family owned Harley repair shop. They do something that's rare these days: treat customers with respect and they're honest. The owner explained the clutch issues on my Streetglide. He made the repair. Took it for a testride and then had me test it before leaving. If you're looking for a reputable Harley mechanic, this is the shop to check out.

Do not take your bike to johnny he will rip you off take it to someone who know what there doing...had a ticking noise he said lifters is bad put them in the noise was worst he said i need new push rods so he put them in but the noise was still there but worst then he said i need alot of work to make noise go away he priced me over $1100 to fix noise 2 weeks later i went to harley dealership they fixed my nouse with new lifters and thats what i paid johnny to do ..he wouldnt give refund then he threatened to hit me if i didnt leave his shop..iwent to small claims to take papers out..justice will be served..Service: Engine repair

Brought in a bike that s sat for 10 years and was covered in barn dust. He cleaned it up very well and replaced a lot of stuff from sitting so long. Before I brought it the brakes were non-existing, now they stop like a new bike should.
