I found Joe's after being overcharged and given the run around by a dealership. The shop was awesome. Very fairly priced and reasonable. They even went above and beyond with some extra diagnostic work they didn't have to do. Have earned a repeat customer for sure. Thank you again!

Great people with excellent customer service. My son's truck was having a/c issues. After taking it to a few places with no luck, my son took it to Joe's. Problem fixed! Honest and caring people that fix the problem without worrying about being overcharged or taken advantage of.

I took my car to get an inspection and for them to fix my lights that were not working, and I somehow came out with more problems than I had coming in to Joe's. At first, they told me it'll be a few days because the only person that could fix the lights was sick. I was very understanding of this and told them to take their time. Almost one week passes and they told me it was ready to picked up, so I went there first thing the next morning and was immediately greeted with disapointment. They broke my hood latch cable and said that they also needed more time for the headlights. They said I could leave with the car now, broken and still no headlights and they would pass my ispaction so they can do it at a different time. I told them I'll just wait, and I'll pick it up when everything is fixed on it. Next day, I called them again. They said it was ready and, again, did not fix the headlights. My hood release still dosent work properly and my radiator reservoir cap is missing also. We do a lot of business in Gaston County and this has been by far the worse place we've been to.

Need to get both my vehicles inspected and I was in and out very quickly. The time I saved was definitely worth the tiny inconvenience of it being cash only.

I am so pleased with the service I received from Joe. He fixed all my problems with my car and he did not charge me an arm and a leg to fix it. I highly recommend Joe for all your car needs. He also did an inspection and oil change and he charged more than half off of what I was expecting.

I called at lunch time, they got me in as soon as I got there. Fixed my AC in 30 minutes and I was gone. They are my new go to AC place.

A1 Service. Professional and QUICK turnaround. I went there around 11am and picked my car up at 4pm. His Wifr Who I call Mrs. Joe. Gave me a ride back home so I didn't have to sit at the shop all day. Very nice people and EXCELLENT SERVICE... Thank You Mr. & Mrs. Joe. Sandi Rice

I was referred to Joe by a few coworkers they all had good experiences. Just like anybody else I hate paying too much for services... I have taken my vehicles here and I feel Joe has been honest fair and reliable with me!

I've been going to Joe's for a long time. A good guy that runs a good shop. Joe's Radiator is the first thing that I think of when someone ask who should I get to look at my automotive coolant system or air conditioning and heating system.

I had an oil change here a few months ago. Service was great, rather quick, done properly as with other work I"ve had them do. They have my business.

I needed a new starter. They told me it would be $288 for a Re-manufactured one, for my 97 Lumina. When I asked how much the parts store was charging for the part, they said $200. Everyone talks about how honest they are, so I figured I could trust them. WRONG!!! When they called me to tell me it was ready, the wheels started turning. So I called Advance Auto. They charge $141 for the part. so I called Joe's Radiator to ask again about the price of the part. NOBODY WANTED TO GIVE A STRAIGHT ANSWER. I was passed from receptionist, to mechanic, to receptionist, then finally to Joe himself. Keep in mind that they get a 10% discount from Advance. He finally admitted that they marked the price up $60, and that Advance even delivered it to them. His exact quote was, "Well, me marking a price up by $60 is cheap! That's how we make money". No sir, most shops might do a 10% markup. You made $88 in labor, and $75 ($60 + his $15 discount). $163 for under 15 minutes work is pretty good coin, you freakin' crook. People like you give honest mechanics a bad name.

Great fast service. A great place to do business at. Had a Radiator flush and inspection. Over the years I've had several a/c repairs.
