UPDATE: my engine light Has come back on and the error running IS THE EXACT part that they supposedly "fixed". These people just turned the engine light off and said it was fixed and then charged me for it. DO NOT GO HERE!! If I could give zero stars I would..Don't go to this this place. Left my car over the weekend for a diagnostic. Never got a call from them at all! I called them everyday and they never answered the phones. Had to go to the shop to see what happened and they had done work without my approval and wanted me to pay that price. Had to negotiate pricing with the owner because he wanted me to leave the car another day and was going to TAKE OUT THE PART THEY INSTALLED. Even after all this MY CAR STILL DOESNT WORK. will never go here again

Finding a mechanic you can trust is just as important as a good doctor, and hair stylist. Let me save you some trouble. Beatys is a multi-generational service shop. What started as a modest little place that always took customer service seriously earned enough clientele to have to purchase a extra land and build more garages to handle the work. To be completely honest what finally told me it's a beatys or nothing was when they said the repairs that needed done couldn't be performed at their shop and told me where to go instead. There's too many sleazy shops out there that would have made "some attempt" at the repair, charged me for it, and slept well at night. Not Beatys, if they can fix it they will, reliably, and if they can't do it or have a better solution they communicate with you thoroughly about it.

Have had a couple of inspections done here and simple car repairs. VERY professional and FAST service. Knowledgeable staff and never feel taken advantage of when it comes to pricing.

Great place, clean and very professional. I came here because the place we been using for years changed owners. I am so glad we found you guys!!! Thanks for the quick, friendly service and they was busy and I was still out within 15 minutes.

I've never had any issues with this place. I've only gone in for oil changes. I've also never had my card stolen from this place. They scan your card right in front of you and they hand it right back. I have a feeling there's quite a few fake reviews im finding all over lately.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Took vehicle there to have tire leak fixed. Plugged 1x, still leaking, took it back, plugged 2x , still leaking, plugged 3x still leaking, plugged 4x still leaking. After 4th time and paying multiple times to have it plugged, they said bring it back and we will patch it. After they patched it , charged us for the patch. Seems like they could have told us on the front side that the plugs would not work and just patch it instead of having us spend the time, money and energy to get a simple hole in a tire fixed.Service: Tires

My family has used Beaty's Service Center for years but this was my first time. I had a few days to wait before I could drop off my car but a busy garage is usually a great one. I dropped my Honda off at 8am and it was ready the next afternoon. Great communication, service and price.

Took my corvette there to have the shifter cable fixed. He quoted me $150. He fixed the cable but cut through my exhaust. He never fixed my exhaust and charged me $360 and They refused to fix it. Crappiest service I ve ever received. So we had to spend another $150 to have the exhaust fixed. I wouldn t take a lawnmower to these people. Absolute trash from start to finish. Worst experience ever. I hope they go under with these types of services they provide.

Great local place for repairs and inspections. Fast friendly service and were able to inspect my Harley in no time flat! Will definitely be coming here for all my inspections and repairs.

My husband followed My Mother in law to take her car to Beatys shop on Thurs June 30 2023 , she told them it had a snapped sepertine belt and it was visible by just raising the hood and looking , she ask for an estimate on replacing the belt, they said they would look at it and give a call with estimate, she left the car returned home, got a call back with a estimate of over $600,she decided not to have them fix it, so my husband and myself went to pick the car up with a fully charged battery to get it home today July 1, 2023 , and they charged $100 before releasing the car just for them just raising the hood and confirming the belt was broken, my Mother in law is 85 years old,this is and nothing more than a disgusting rip off and to treat an elderly widow woman that way is just evil,I guess the $100 charge was because they didnt get the repair job,on the reciept for the $100 it just states "belt broke" ? I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS AT ALL !!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had a vehicle inspection due. They took care of me as they always do. This place stays busy so you may have to wait. Worth the wait to me. I've been going here for years. Great crew of guys.

All the customers coming in expressed how great this place was but I felt rushed and wondered why they performed a basic service taking over $100 an telling me something else may be wrong. Why not just say we think it's this problem an go cost this. No charge till you come back. I tend to use Jacobs and they don't charge to look an tell you what's wrong. And they don't try to guess fix it. I should have went there with my car I guess. Guess that's what I get for listening to my coworkers I love this place review an personal referral. She said oh they will tell you if a parts not working. They want do a service if it's not the problem. Well they did. And what was done didn't fix the issue.

Had a nail in my tire this morning, so I stopped at Beaty s on my way to work. The entire experience was great! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. When I was leaving, my car door was left open for me and the car was pulled out where I could easily exit the lot. I will definitely use Beaty s again! Thanks guys.Service: TiresService: Tires

After 4 years of searching for and honest and trustworthy team of mechanics to work on my car and wlmy wife's car. I have to say Beaty's is the best mechanic I have had since I lived in Northern VA. These guys have helped me with fast repairs at a reasonable price so I could make it to my grandmother's funeral and my wife's best friends wedding. The owner is an amazing guy and his hard working staff are the only ones I will be taking both my cars too from now on. Had them fix an e brake, got the car back and the e brake wasn t even fixed, took the car back Wednesday expecting to be somewhat of a priority considering they didn t fix it right the first time but wanted to take it back to them and give them a chance to make it right, I call Friday morning to see what s up with my car and was told he doesn t know where my ticket is and they ll call me when they figure something out. Just annoyed because I ve heard great things from friends and family and this process has been frustratingService: General repairs & maintenance

I was on my way to Advance Auto to see if they could tell me what was wrong with my car by putting the code reader on it because it had cut off on me twice before, when my car literally shut off again right in front of Beatys Service center. I had never been there before, nor had I received any recommendations from anyone. Thankfully, I was able to get my car into the parking lot before it cut off completely and wouldn t start again. They took my car to the back right away and were able to get it diagnosed. It was the crankshaft sensor. They were so nice and professional. They went and got the part needed for my car and had it installed in less than an hour! The service was great, fast and efficient. The price was very reasonable. They didn t up-charge the part at all like most places do! I will be recommending them to my friends and using them in the future! :)Service: Auto engine diagnostic
