By far the best place to get your vehicle repaired. My battery died and I did not have anyone to help so they came to me to replace it. That went above and beyond on this problem. Thank you Parker and Curt!

My experience at Alrays has been nothing but good. In fact to say good would be an understatement. They certainly have exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend this shop. fact, I have already highly recommended it to my friends. Thanks Dave and staff!

Had a flat and these guys had our tire fixed in less than 30 min. They are also a complete service center. Customer service was great. They were really nice.

Fast and great service. Our tech was Curt. He knows exactly what he is doing. This team fixed what Mr. Nobody couldn't. They also went behind them and fixed some of their errors.

I do not recommend, I do not recommend, I do not recommend, but this place is a loss of money. Ola Al-Fadi. I paid $1,493 to repair my car and it is the same problem. I went back to the same shop and told them that the car had the same problem. They told me that you want to pay the money because there are damaged parts in the car. It is a lie

Cannot recommend enough. Called for a quote on front left tire on 2015 Chevy Suburban, I was in and out of the shop in about an hour. They were beyond kind & understanding of my two wild boys i had with me. I will recommend to everyone! Super fair pricing as well, gave me a great deal on a new tire!

The customer service tech was friendly, but I asked if they would check the brakes. He said they did. Nevertheless my brakes are grinding on my rotors. Now I will have to pay someone else to fix my brakes. And I thought they were going to do me right.

Had them plug a tire for my daughter's car. They treated me right.A week later, I then took the same car which needed a brake master cylinder installed.Again, they did a great job with a great price!!I'll be back for sure!~Matt

These folks treat you like family! Friendly, welcome you and are knowledgeable! They were very polite, and they even had my favorite show playing while I waited..."Andy Griffith!" I told him they got my business, and I recommend these folks and thankfully than the previous owners!

Went to the Alray Tire Center of Dallas to get new tires and front wheel alignment on my truck. They did the tires and told me there was a problem when doing my alignment. Told me my tire rods were bad and one of my ball joints needed to be replaced along with an idler arm. Gave me a line about if i dont replace these parts and redo my alignment it'll wear out my new tires and will cost my upwards of $900 to do all this. After hearing this i did my due diligence and had some trusted family with a background in auto repair check the problemed areas. There was absolutely NOTHING WRONG WITH ANY OF THESE PARTS. Alray lied about my vehicle, running a scam about issues thinking they can take advantage and make a quick buck. DO NOT GO TO ALRAY! THIS BUSINESS CANT BE TRUSTED!

Excellent customer service and a great price on a set of tires. When I called to inquire about tires, the gentleman took time on the phone to answer all my questions. When I got to the shop, I didn't have to wait very long at all. Customer service from start to finish was top notch!

This is the only place I found to take my fianc� BraunAbility van to have the front end alignment done at a very reasonable price. I will recommend this place to any one who need's any work done, there staff is polite friendly easy to talk to about your vehicle concerns and they have a in-ground alignment for low profile car's. I will continue to bring my vehicle here.
