Awesome sunsets!! Quite, safe vacation neighborhood, great neighbors and owners. New board members making a positive difference with listening and action! A "we" team with respect for homeowners. Thank-you! Adding another star for the MS Board!

Great amennities for a community in Corolla, North Carolina on the Outer Banks. There is even a private community only waterfront boat ramp for launching your water sports vessels. Outdoor pool, gym, tennis, pickleball, basketball, clubhouse and playground

Very unwelcoming vibe from Nancy the manager. Didn t say hello and seemed annoyed that we were there checking out the facilities. She did make sure to lecture us about the drinking and smoking rules of the pool. Very unfriendly. Also lame that they close at 5 PM. Could be a much nicer facility if they showed a little hospitality.

Very disappointed. We got to the pool at 4:45 and was told we only had 15 minutes to swim. It s Fourth of July week and the pool not only closes at 5 PM but is also closed for the next two days. The tennis courts are not available either. It is the first week of July. The pool and tennis courts should be open until at least 8 PM to accommodate guests.

Very rude older ladies you have working the club house. Tried to rent multiple kayaks for our family and instead of helping us sent us away saying no golf carts allowed on property even though parking lot was completely empty. No mention of any golf cart rules on your website. Lady with short red hair was so rude and just continued to swing away on her porch swing doing nothing, we will never be back to Monteray again. Not family friendly

Pros-Quiet vacation rentals. Nice pool, pickleball and tennis courts (2 opened, 2 still waiting for renovations). Weekly activities planned for the family (some free).Cons-Swimming and tennis/pickleball can only be played during clubhouse hours (usually 8-4)Opportunities exist to make the clubhouse atmosphere friendlier.

We stayed here as a guest in one of the houses. The facilities and amenities are very nice but I have to say the red tape to use the boat ramp is annoying. You have to go get someone to unlock the chain across the boat ramp during the very brief business hours of off season. Then you have to lock up as soon as you pull the trailer out. Repeat the process all over to pull the boat out, and remember to get back to the ramp with your boat before whatever the oft-changing hours are that day or you'll be locked out. It isn't like people are going to pull in there and use it if it weren't locked and you had a sign saying it's a private ramp, but whatever...

Just checked in to Sound Serenity. House outdated, dead bugs in dish rack and in dishes in cabinet. House needs to updated. Pool closes at 5.....seriously!!!Attendant at pool questioned if I had alcohol in my drink....ugh!! Not very happy!

Sorry to say this was a bit of a disappointment. First, it was difficult to find. Second, it was not as described in the restaurant guide. Not much selection on the menu. The waitress was impatient (the place was more than 1/2 empty) and short with our table of five. Pricey- bottom line is we will not be returning.

Was told the tennis courts would be ready by midweek, yet no one has been working on them and they are unusable. Don t lie to customers.

the community pool has very limited hours and Is closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Totally disappointed with the community amenities.
