If you are looking for a good car at a great price, stop in and check this place out! Great group of guys and the owner is definitely a car guy. Someone who actually knows about the cars on the lot, not just what s on the sticker. I ve referred friends to him and they were happy with their purchase and the service they provided! Buyers beware!! I am a recent college graduate and purchased my first car on my own from Luxury Auto in 2021. I bought a 2012 Jeep grand Cherokee Overland. The whole engine is a dud has metal in it and the car isn t operating anymore. They also guaranteed to fix the trunk before I took it off the lot and to this day it has NEVER WORKED. I HAVE STAYED AT THE MECHANIC WITH THIS VEHICLE DUE TO PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEM AND I CURRENTLY STILL OWE ON THIS PIECE OF S****. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. (Also, y all can claim to not have my name in the system and pretend you don t know me but I have the photos attached to this thread) throw the whole business in the

initially the rating was going to be a 3/4 but as a business owner myself there needs to be accountability here. ill revise the rating if they actually reach out to complete their job. the initial encounter was great, it was refreshing to see a young crew operating a midsize dealership. I had concerns with the vehicle after the test drive and all were addressed. after purchase there was some additional mechanical issues but I expected to run into a few things purchasing a 10 year old vehicle so I'm not here to complain about that, albeit some issues could've easily been found with the simplest of inspections. where we come to the problem is I am nearly 3 months into ownership and still have not received registration and plates. As a South Carolina resident and the dealer being North Carolina they go through an agent to handle out of state registration. to be clear... this is their agent not mine (a service charged in the sales contract). it was not my choice.. after 2 months of messages back and forth on the status (and i had to be the one to reach out and chase every single time, not once was the initiative taken to expedite the matter). I was finally told that all the documentation that could be provided was provided to this agent so the matter was now out of their hands. they gave me a phone number for the agents head office in Illinois. So the ownness has now been passed on to me to track down their agent (again- a service I paid for in the contract). a successful and reputable business would treat every issue as if it was one on their own vehicle. i did not get this sort of service here.

I purchased a used car for my daughter a few months ago from Luxury Auto and after purchasing I needed to reach out with an inquiry about the car. My personal contact was with Adam. His customer service was excellent! He always responded in a timely manner and was always professional. I always felt confident he would respond to any additional questions and concerns I had in a timely manner. I want to give a huge personal thanks to Adam. I appreciate his responsiveness, accountability, and professionalism throughout the entire process. Whenever in the market to purchase another car, Luxury Auto Company with definitely be on my list and besides; they have some very nice vehicles!!! :)

Top service! Brought my S4 in for regular maintenance and from the beginning the Luxury Auto Co. Team went above and beyond I was extremely impressed with their level of service and the speed of completion. I will absolutely be back.

Buyers Beware: Not very happy, bought a car on July 1st, 6 weeks later I had to spend a $1,000 s to get front and rear brakes, back rotors warped, rear tires were worn down to the cords. Had to purchase 2 rear tires just to be able to drive the car safely. Look over your car really good before purchase because they don t. They obviously don t care about their customers safety when they drive off the lot. They ignore your phone calls, and send a cheap text. My son bought a car the same day, he went to WV, 1 1/2 hour into the trip his thermostat went out, 7 weeks later he still don t have his tag.Excuse me I called and told Liam the squeal was still loud on the brakes, so bad that I was embarrassed to drive it. Your guy Liam told me to take it to another shop to get it fixed. When I did, they fixed it and addedback brake pads because they were bad as well. Also I have pictures of the cords showing on my rear tires where the rotors were warped. You can hide behind your words on this page!! I will not let this go!!!!

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had!! Not only did I get the car of my dreams I met one of the best sales teams that I have met in my 51 years of life. When you call the dealership you are treated on the phone by a very professional young lady who you can tell really enjoys her job. These guys and ladies are amazing!!! When Adam shook my hand he made eye contact which you do not see much anymore. He worked with me and accommodated me every way that he could made my car buying experience a very nice and enjoyable event! The staff showed me things that were done to the car they did not just tell me it was done they actually placed the car I bought on a lift and showed me that they did everything they said they did. It is hard these days to meet people who are honest and who are willing to do their jobs and do it better than any sales team that I have encountered. Bravo to these guys at Luxury Auto Company they are the greatest!!!

I had been looking for a nice clean car to daily drive for a few weeks before I saw a Mustang GT online that caught my eye. I showed up to Luxury Auto and was greeted by Adam. He showed me the car we went for a test drive. Car ran and sounded great. No concerns whatsoever. I told Adam that I would get back to him the next day but lasted about an hour before I called him back and told him to that I wanted the car. Top notch service for sure. I would be happy to do business again considering how quick and easy everything went.

Luxury auto co and Adam are too notch! I purchased my truck from them and they made it by far the easiest purchase experience I ve ever had. I buy vehicles ever 2-3 years and I ve had experiences in big dealer ships and smaller store like his and this was by a long shot the best experience. I d highly recommend him to my friends and family

I bought a car for my son last week from Luxury Auto and these guys are great! Very professional. There was no haggling and no red tape. We brought our friend who is a mechanic with us. Adam and Nathan let him get under the car and take a look. They sold us a beautiful car for a fair price. In and out the door in under an hour. Best buying experience to date!

Adam and Nate recently helped find me my dream car, a 1969 Camaro. They did a great job locating the vehicle, making sure it was in the condition we wanted, got it shipped here, and are now handling clean-up, any and all repairs, etc. In the past I had always located, negotiated, purchased, shipped and repaired my own used cars, and I've bought a lot of them over the years whether local or out of state. Now that I've used these guys I will never do that again.Adam made the process so easy, and he handled everything from start to finish, including the negotiations, purchase, shipment, repairs and titling of the vehicle. During the process I was well informed with what was going on with the car and status of shipment. They are truly a one stop shop and are very good at what they do. Not to mention the price they negotiated was better than I could have ever done. I will absolutely be using them again for future purchases. Thanks guys!!!

Adam and his guys are the best!! As a woman it can be intimidating getting repairs or buying a new car but they always are over the top with explaining and physically showing me the problem with my suv. This time I decided it was time to trade it in and Adam gave me an amazing trade in value and also found me my beautiful new nightshade 4Runner in pear with a much needed impossible to find third row!! It s everything I was looking for and he made everything easy!! Forever a customer!!

I communicated with Mr. Adam O'Hara, General Manager, Luxury Auto, on numerous occasions in relation to a Mercedes-Benz SLK-350 he had in his inventory that I wanted to buy. He successfully addressed each and every concern I had about the vehicle. It was because of his honesty and willingness to work with me that I drove 378 miles to his dealership to view the vehicle. It was exactly as he communicated to me, and I bought the car on the spot. Great folks and great dealership. I highly recommend.

Adam and his guys are top notch, arranged to purchase a 2014 Ford escape titanium and not only was it reasonably priced but they were so accommodating that I had to travel from farther away and helped do the paperwork over the phone with my wife while I drove and stayed late to ensure we were able to get our car that day. Dont listen to these 1 star reviews, while doing the paperwork for my vehicle I saw adam and his guys doing extensive diagnostics on new vehicles they had just purchased. I think the fact that the sudden influx of 1 star reviews all from the last 24 hours compared to the years of 5 star reviews should tell you all you need to know about these guys and how great of business they do despite 1 disgruntled customer and their friends.

I bought my wife a 2004 GLK350 from Adam and the team back in 2019, and today it is still the best running vehicle we have. We put over 60k miles on it and all I have done is oil changes. The team seems to go over all the cars and fix any issues before putting on the lot, which puts a lot of trust in the buyer. A+

Disappointing .We drove almost 2 hours to purchase a vehicle on a Friday. Online shows hours are 9-7, we were in contact with salesman all day, even called prior to leaving. We arrived at 6:03pm and door said closed. We called, sent messages and emailed. Waited till 7 and we got no response till Monday. On Monday the gentleman was nice and basically said sorry best of luck. They could have at least offered to deliver the vehicle or come up with a solution. We are still even willing to do business if they can make it right.

I wanted to like this place, the staff was very nice and quick to help. I went there with 3 vehicles in mind to look at. I will say that the photos did not match the quality of vehicles I seen. The Lexus that I looked at was parked against a pine tree in the parking lot and had pine branches(full of sap) all over the back of the vehicle, the Mercedes had severe curb rash on the wheels which could be seen in the photos, and the Jeep had been left with the windows down and had rain damage on a very high end interior and then the vehicle would not even start. Like I said, friendly staff, but couldn't trust the vehicles.

Sold us a broken car , lied about the problems with the vehicle ALSO Lied about the accidents it has been in. Been ignoring our calls so we are unable to get in contact with them. Understand it was sold as is but they broke the law stated that the vehicle was in no accident then send us the carfax the car was basically totaled. Making the cars value almost half of what we are paying. Repairs are coming out to more than the vehicle is worth. Horrible people at this dealership . Wouldn t advise anyone to purchase a vehicle from them. If I can give them 0 stars I would.

The owner, Adam and salesman, Liam are the best around! Small town local business doing all they can to get you in the car of your dreams!! The crazy recent reviews saying otherwise are ridiculous! Drive your car like an idiot and you'll blow it up and then you can get all your friends on this review to blame the dealership. Typical! Highly recommend!

Went to test drive an Audi Q3 for my daughter after seeing the vehicle on Cargurus. The car lot was small but had plenty of quality vehicles to choose from. We loved the Audi Q3 and made the purchase that day. Adam made the car buying simple and he was very professional and honest. I would definitely check them out again.

Nathan and Adam were incredibly responsive without being pushy or overbearing. Although I didn t purchase a vehicle, due to extenuating circumstances, my interaction with them was top notch. I hate slimy sales folks. These guys were kind, informed, and efficient. I would absolutely recommend taking a look here if you re in the market for your next vehicle.

I called interested in buying a car from this dealership. I went back and forth via text with the salesperson Nate and provided ample details and photos. After trying to get a response on a rough figure for my car, I was asked if it was paid off or financed. I replied, financed and provided a payoff. I explained in the beginning that I have a bank check in hand. After not receiving a figure and following up for a third time, I was told due to you being out of state and your negative equity we cannot do a deal . What? So you just cut off an entire market of people based on geography and or payoff?? That s outlandish.I ve been in sales and management for over 10 years and I ve never had someone so quick to try and NOT earn my business. For perspective, I can wire the funds in full and pay cash for this car if I chose to do so... but I was judged based off of my payoff amount and location. To this review, I still have not even received a figure on my car. This dealership is bad at trying to earn new customer s business and it shows.It s really unfortunate, because I was hoping to make a quick and easy transaction and obtain a car in the process, but I guess I ll take my business elsewhere. The last dealership I had a relationship with I bought 5 cars from in 3 years before they changed hands... maybe I should just go back to them. Either way, to the future customers.. spend your time with a dealership that cares about you and earning your business.Ps.
