I have been waiting on tires since March 8 that I ordered online. The store told me to call the vendor. The vendor said they don t have my order. I am out of money and patience. I have yet to get this issue resolved. While I understand, it is not directly the store, I still don t understand why no one within there has communicated to me said it was to be shipped to their location. And I don t know how they magically had two tires and went to. They have no information on the order at all.

WALMART BROKE MY CAR I had went to Walmart today to get an oil change and my car was running just fine after my oil change my car stopped running the man at the front desk originally told me that they might have put the wrong oil in and then his manager came out and said everything was fine right after that I got my car and tried to start it and it would not start they had to push it all the way back into the garage and once they brought it out again theman who brought it out told me that the intake pipe was just loose and out I did not get a discount or anything for all that time my car is running for now but if it stops running I will probably have to sue

Jeremiah at the front was awesome I came in with my 2 kids asleep in the car because my battery was dead, he went above and beyond and checked a warranty and was able to get me a new battery and my family back on the road safely 1 hour prior to closing.Thanks dude and rob for helping for sure

I think the overweight man with a beard who works in the car service department does not want to work, I will never come to this service again because of him, what kind of behavior is this to the customer, he told me 1 hour, then he said 20 minutes, now I am waiting, he will change only one tire and there is no one in the queue, how can this nonsense be like this, whoever is in charge of such a large institution should not employ such filthy people, they should not employ such filthy people Do not come to the service department of this place, my advice to you is that they only exist to steal your time.

Very good place to get tires, or any service, the mechanics are very professional and helpful. Very good prices. A very pleasant experience.

The guy at the front I can't remember his name to save my life but he was such a kind spirit. He explained everything in detail and could carry on a conversation, that is a feat that few can accomplish nowadays. The oil change went really smooth. Car is driving great!

I wen three times to be able to get my service done. The first two time wasn't a good experience, but the third time I got my tires and the ser ice was great. Customer service was bad the first two and amazing the last time. I recommend this place, but you need to have time or go in with two cars to be able to leave and be back.

I usually love their service, but THIS time. Everyone was immediately told it would be a 2.5 hour wait. No matter what you were having done. I was having 2 front tires put on and I was there 3 - 3.5 hours! Walmart if you need more people, HIRE THEM ALREADY! But also it was an 80 something year old woman there that didn't like driving in the dark, she left just before I did... In the dark. I prayed she got home safely.

The work itself was satisfactory, but after being told "It may take about an hour, maybe a little longer" I was made to wait 3.5 hours with no complications or unusual circumstances on an oil change and tire rotation. There was no explantion or apology given when I addressed the issue.

Went in for a standard oil change today and was told it would be at least 2 hours before the could get to me. 2 hours!! and there were no other customers in the waiting area. This is unacceptable. If you offer a standard service and offer 'express' type services on top of that then you should have the ability to honor those marketed services in a timely manner. I will never visit this place again, this is the 2nd time this has happened to me and now I'm done. Who has 2 hours for a standard oil change? I didn't ask for plugs to be changed, tires added and brakes on top of oil, that typically would take about 2 hours and understandably so but a basic oil change taking 2 hours? nope........taking business elsewhere

Paid good money for four new tires. Car rode fine before i got tires here. Knocking and vibrating down the road. After the third visit in 2 days i requested the manager to find the bad tire(s) and balance them correctly. Car rode much better on the previous worn tires than it does now. Manager did not fix the problem they seem to have created. I got their roadside hazard warranty that should replace defective tires free of charge but the tires are okay they claim.*Update*Changed my review from 1 star to 4. They redeemed themselves today. There was a different manager in, Gregory who seemed a lot more receptive and fixed my car, Rick up front was also a great listener, and one of their techs Shaquan who recognized my car off the bat and stated they would take off the tires and check for defects (which is what i wanted done in the first place). Bad tire replaced.

I ve been taking my care there for service for 2 years. Up until now I have been satisfied with my service. I ve have been there 3 times this week. The first 2 times the line was out the door so I decided not to wait. So I go in this evening and same thing but I decided to wait it out. Stood in line for an hour and half just to be told they weren t writing up any more tickets. I drive 10 miles each time I go there. Somethings got to give here.

Well, the technicians did a great job installing my son's new tires and taking care of his oil change. My complaint is with the cashier at the tire center checkout. Unfortunately, he wasn't friendly, had "0" personality, and it took 40 minutes standing in line to pay my sons invoice. There were multiple employees walking around but only one person checking everyone out, and we just couldn't understand why. Hey, if its taking 40 minutes to check out five people then I would've assigned register duty to other employees. I'm sorry to sound harsh but I normally use the Statesville location and never run into these issues at their location.

Terrible service,Saturday morning I dropped of a couple wheels to have new tires mounted, Mike told me it would be 45 minutes, I said I would come back next day still not done I told Mike I needed them and if he couldn't get them shortly I would have to go elsewhere, he said " maybe I should just go elsewhere then"

We got 4 Goodyear tires for our Nissan Pathfinder for $450. Later I noticed that they tacked on $12.50 per tire for lifetime rotation and balancing. They only half informed us (without mentioning the extra charges) after our card had already been run. Make sure you ask to see a breakdown of the charges before you authorize service and ask for a copy to take with you while you wait. If the total has changed by the time you pay ask to see the bill again and tell them to remove any unrequested addons. Don't let them bully you into accepting these optional warranties. The service took two hours and there was inadequate staff to take care of the line.

I've made the mistake of using walmart for tires a few times now, and its always terrible. I've been lied to reguarding price, availability of specific tires, wait times, fees. Etc. I've been charged for "tire disposal" when I purchased a tire to be mounted on a rim! There was no old tire for them to dispose of! These guys are overworked and underpaid and it seems they will do anything they can to lighten their work load. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

The people are just doing their jobs.... It's a paycheck...Walmart's corporate policies are much to be desired... Instead of having a waiver to get done what you need they flat out won't do anything you need if there is any other thing not to their standards ( nit-picking)Those guys have what it takes.. hope they open their own shop and kick the corporate BS to the curb where it belongs... In the ash can...

It was horrible. I waited 20 minutes to be waited on. Two women were stocking shelves near by and never came over to help. At least 3 or 4 other customers were standing around as well. Only one guy trying to help everyone. Turns out both of those women worked in the department, but just ignored the customers standing around.

Maybe its because I went on Easter Sunday morning but; they did an excellent job on my oil change! I always go for the $30 one since they vacuum my car & top off my fluids as well as changong my oil. Normally I go to Statesville but since I moved this place is closer so I tried it out today. Usually when my car is done (at Statesville) i have to go back because they failed to vacuum my car & top off my fluids. NOT HERE! Everything i paid for was done AND under an hour! Although, as I stated previously, I did come on a holiday. I'm extremely happy with the service they provided and will continue coming here instead of Statesville

Very poor service in auto care center. Got an oil change on my car. When I got in it there was oil on my door handles inside out my gear shifter and steering wheel. A lot at that!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

If your hours for the auto center were actually 7am to 7pm as stated maybe I could give a proper review. Apparently yall are 7am-4pm and we the customers are supposed to magically know this.

Walmarts batteries are horrible and have basically no warranty on $54 mower batteries! 3 months, give me a break, jeeeez! No more Wally World!

Came to repair 1 tire. A 10$ repair and it took over an hour an hour and a half for them to do it. My car was only 1 of two at the time. They are disorganized. I will never bring my car here again.

Oh they did a terrible job when they did my tires cuz that one guy didn't know what the he was doing. He took my Toyota symbol caps off of my tires and the dosen't know how to put them back on. I was so disappointed

My grandson had purchased a battery there and it was to large and they wouldn't even exchange it out for another one. I don't think that is rght other than that it's a good place to shop

It's good for a simple oil change or if you need tires at affordable prices.Expect to wait at least one hour or longer if it's crowded so if you get there early you can get out early.Very affordable I take my car there all the time they do a good job I have no complaints.

Price on tires have 3 different prices and I found the Lowest price and the sales manager says I can only sell them to you today for that price. This is false Price advertisement.

Won't be going back here. Took almost 2 hours to get tires I bought online and then they refused to put them in because they were too busy. 3 guys were too busy standing around talking with 2 cars in the bay.
