Don t ever go to this sheister.They ordered the wrong part for my car,and even when they knew it was wrong,they installed it anyway.It came back to me with a heater/blower that was completely unusable.The actual part I needed was $77 and readily available at many part stores online.The $155 part that was installed in my car to fix the heater issue I can t use,it s useless to me.They refuse to refund me the $155 for a part that I never needed but instead offer to install the right part for free. WELL OF COURSE THEY SHOULD INSTALL IT FOR FREE,THEY INSTALLED THE WRONG PART.BRIAN is the guys name,talked in circles with me for 5 min until he realized he was backed into a corner and resorted to stop yelling at me (I wasn t yelling in anyway) and just told me not to come back.I honestly thought he was a good dude,turns out he s a JOKE.Well don t worry BRIAN,I won t be back.Sincerely,out of $155 and another 300+ for someone to install the new part for me.

I would give the friendly staff five stars, but the service we received was unacceptable. We live less than 3 minutes away and needed our car inspected. I called before we left and asked if we needed an appointment. The nice young man that I spoke with said we didn't and I asked if this was a good time to come. He said it was.I guess it's our fault for sitting there for nearly two hours. My husband isn't the type to ask or be pushy about how much longer it would take, so he waited patiently.The inspection finally did get completed and we were charged an extra $10 for window tint. I know that's required if it's after market tint, but ours isn't and no one has ever charged us before.We might continue getting tires here, but won't be back for the yearly inspection.

Great group of guys that do good work. I've been doing business there for years and have always been treated well. I do sometimes shop around but I always seem to get the best deal throughout the years from them. Highly recommend for your tire needs.

These guys are great. 2nd time I've had any car serviced here.1st time was a 4runner for new tires. My brother's '97 camry had horrible alignment issues. I took it here and they got that fixed for me. The tires now wear evenly and drives so much better. Eric and his crew were very polite to their customers. I saw how they interacted with their customers while I was waiting for the alignment to be completed. Overall, if you need a service that they provide, I'd recommend them. I don't think you can go wrong having this shop service your vehicle.

I walked in looking to price tires and alignment. Bryan and the guys took care of me same day. I ve had multiple issues with other shops and alignments job on my truck. The Jason knocked it out and show me all the issues he had seen. I definitely recommend and will continue to bring my vehicles for service and tires to Bryan and the guys at Select Tire!

Fantastic customer service and great prices ! Eric was very helpful and patient with me as I had to wait an extra week to pay for my tires. If you want quality, dependability and great customer service you cannot go wrong with Select tire pros. And they play the Andy Griffith show 24 hours a day !

I love Select Tire!! The "boys" as my son calls them, are wonderful! We are treated as family. They always get my car/truck in and out in a timely manner. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The service here is always professional. Eric and Brian are polite, and very knowledgeable. All of the work done on my vehicles, they have serviced for different vehicles since I am a customer, has been performed 100%.My car is registered to an Iredale county address. Unfortunately, you cannot inspect Ardale registered vehicles. I need to find a shop that does the emission inspection for Iredale county

I was in here yesterday initially to just get an alignment and tire rotation but due fully to my own negligence, my vehicle needed much more than that. (I was aware going in that this probably was going to be the case but a girl can dream lol). I ended up having to get new tires since my existing ones had been worn down the thread and I could tell the guy at the front honestly hated having to bring me bad news, especially since most car shops have a reputation of taking advantage of women and their knowledge when we come in alone. I felt thoroughly taken care of by this shop and the guy I dealt with directly. He explained that he could still do the service I was requesting but I would be wasting money and it wasn t very safe for me to continue driving on the tires I had, and I appreciated his honesty. Understanding that it was not something I d planned for, he offered me their lower cost tires first trying to help get me out the door for as little as possible. Ultimately I went with a mid range which he stated he used on his own vehicle which was also good to hear. Overall I was very impressed with this shop. The fit me in same day, did an oil change when I requested it last minute and even filled up my washer fluid which was empty. I felt like I was taken very good care of and wouldn t hesitate to recommend this place to any of my friends that needed car services.Thank you! See you at my next 5k miles for that rotation lol.Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment

This is the NICEST people you can hope to come across in your day! Our company had a truck issue while in their area, and the Service Manager- Bryan was splendid in his assistance to us! They were like the Neighborly Samaritan who wanted to be helpful and ask for nothing in return!
