Rodney came out to me and had me taken care of in under 2 hours when no one else was available till late that day.. he even gave me options for the repair, and gave me the prices for each one before we got really into it... I was leaking Def fluid from the filter housing and we found that the o ring was bad on it... So he gave me the option to just do the oring or to change the whole thing. Since we didn't know if that was the only reason it was leaking... I would recommend this place to anyone in the area and I have passed their number on to my company to give them more options in this area. Thank you Rodney I had a great experience from the time I made the call till the time you left me whole...

The team here are great people. We thought that we had a minor issue and they told us that they would fit us in their schedule same day. This is one of the best shops around, I know from personal experience they can tear an engine all the way down to the ground and build it back up and it'll run perfectly. They shop guys are easy to talk to and get along with. The owner is building a legacy other shop owners will have difficulty matching...

Ive been doing business with lowmans for over 3 years now. I have only one complaint. Thier not open on Saturday. But Phyllis Jason, Shawn, Gabe, Trent, and willy are all top shelf.

Took my truck to get worked on at this shop, said they fixed the problem the first time soon as I leave the shop truck breaks down on highway, take back the second time they fix the problem and also charge again for what they say they already fixed. Few months later after fixing the problem truck is having the same problem and now won t run had one of there mechanics come to me and check it out again and says it could be the problem that it was before. I hope whomever is considering Lowman for their fleet repairs take my words into consideration. First of all they all the bomb.com. All kinds of amazing lets start with the professionalism I recieved from Ms. Phyllis from the moment I called. After I broke down in NC five hours from home, she was soo helpful and personable. I could tell she cared and wanted to help. Then she sent Mr. Willie over to my rescue although the issue couldn't be repaired roadside he tried and was soo nice. Mr. Willie not only assured me it would be fix he patiently waited the 90 mins with me in the rain until the tow truck came. Then helped me find a hotel to stay in knowing I would need a room for the night. BUT wait there's more. When we got to the office I was able to meet the amazing woman "Bosslady" Ms Phyliss in person who stayed in office even though it was after 5 when we arrived. Then she drove me to my room. And then there's the MACHANICS baby let me tell you!! They were and are AWESOME!!! My truck had a passcode lock and those men proved nothing was to big or small of a task. Yep knocked it out, SAVED me $500 real quick and got me going!! Big thanks to them!!!As a female driver on this road I sometimes feel alone and helpless but they made a tough time feel like a blessing and guess what my truck was DONE THE VERY NEXT DAY before closing and Im now headed home to my kids!!! Im soo happy and thankful and I will be back. I live five hours away but when I need work done I'm going to the professionals!!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

This is where you need to take your semi truck for any engine work. They did my radiator , crankcase breather and injector work with so much professionalism and team work. What great people to do business with! I called and got Willie today on his way home from the shop. I needed someone to take diesel fuel to my stranded truck driver in Conover, NC. Willie was so pleasant and willing to help me get the truck driver back on the road. I could not find anyone who get get to my driver for 5 hours! Willie got him going in approx.1 hour . Thank you for helping us.

My truck broke down and Lowman Fleet Service was the closest shop to me so I called in and explained the issue the receptionist said to come on in and they'll take a look at it. I make it to the shop and a mechanic greets me outside to go over the problems before we pull it in the shop. We brought it in and they get straight to work on the truck while the parts were on the way from freightliner. The owner of the shop was also making his rounds talking to everyone even me. As an OTR driver I can say I've been to a lot of repair shops but none have impressed me like this one straight forward pricing, very family oriented, great group of mechanics, awesome people to do business with.

I wished to take images but I was mostly engrossed into listening in kenly to what the mechanic was doing and speaking to me about my Class 8 vehicle. They have a very large garage with a sub level bay which allows the mechanic to get underneath better. They have numerous tool boxes (not the small handheld but those huge ones on rollers) and the staff is very easy to speak sand they are extremely knowledgeable as well. If you want a trusty mechanic and don't BS you, come to Lowman they'll tell you the truth from the hip!

these guys are great. i bought a bucket truck in North Carolina and i was driving it home from Durham. the truck broke down in Conover,Nc all the locals recommended these guys. my trick was a mess but i told them what my budget was and they worked well within that budget. My truck now runs really good., i was able to drive it on the highway and got 70mph i couldn't get over 50 before. these guys arw fantastic if u live in the area or if ur passing thru this is certainly the place to call if u have a problem.

This fool did a inspection and somehow missed a major problem that if I had not spotted I would have died. Air leak on the frame going towards cannister .
