Took my vehicle here after being in a hit and run. Got my vehicle back and it looked brand new! Spoke with Nathan who was more than accommodating with my questions and concerns. They know what customer service is! Front office staff is on point! Oh and I love their friendly dogs!!Trust your vehicle to these guys!

Front passenger side quarter panel, headlight,bumper and a few other repairs done to my lexus is250 from hitting a deer. These are the most talented professionals and they do awesome work. Black Diamond made my car look as good as it did before the accident. Nathan was absolutely so nice to keep me updated on repairs. I was kept in the loop until all repairs were complete. If you have an accident (and I hope you don't), take your car to these guys to make sure you get it back like new. They even cleaned it inside and out. Big thanks for everything!

Extremely rude and took multiple weeks more than they promised. While the outside does look okay, the interior (which was not where the problem existed) looked awful. Got the car back extremely dirty with new spots on the dash and center console. The steering wheel also had the texture of sandpaper. Overall, I was extremely disappointed.Service: Body & Trim

I'm a senior living on a low fixed income. Never had an accident, didn't know how to handle it. Nathan took right over and called my insurance company, sent pictures etc. He did all the prep work that I should have done but didn't know how. He also worked well within my income. He more than succeeded with that!! This is the first time that I can remember getting such great treatment from ANYONE. Also, I'm a slob in my car but the car came back to me fixed & CLEAN. It's one of the best places for auto body repair shops in the area. The quality of work is excellent, and their price is reasonable at market costs. Book your appointment in advance to avoid delays as labor shortage is not uncommon anywhere during this pandemic tsina virus.

They've helped me and my mom out when our cars were hit by deers. They are currently helping my bf with his car after it got damaged in the parking lot while he was at work. Very professional and personable staff. Beautiful work. Will always recommend them

I brought my mum's VW in after she was in an accident. This was one of the smoothest transactions I have ever had. Nathan handled the whole process in a professional, competent, and transparent manner. He described what he was going to do, then he did it and exceeded expectations. The car looks great. We have taken small jobs as from hitting a raccoon and someone backing into our van punching a hole from their hitch into the front, to more larger jobs of our teenager hitting someone in the rear with his car.As always Black Diamond does excellent work, and are the friendliest people and prices are outstanding.Highly recommend Black Diamond.

If I could give no stars I would. My 16 year old daughter went there for an estimate for her repair work after a fender bender. She called me crying and said they were very rude to her! They said they would pass on giving her one. They told her how horrible her car was and good luck finding someone to help. Fortunately the 2 other places she went to were very friendly and gave estimates. I will tell everyone I know what a horrible place this is

Black diamond was excellent when repairing my honda. They went above and beyond and made sure my car was in tip top shape before I got it back and only took 2 days. Will recommend to everyone

The only place I trust. They have treated me very well over the years from major to minor. They know who I am, and will find an answer to my issue. Just to note, the damage done to my vehicles is normally due to someone else's driving.Eric is also awesome. He took the time to help me diagnose a mechanical problem, and get me on the path to have it resolved... Hopefully.

Certificates & Credentials were everywhere. Everyone was amazingly nice & professional there. I ended up not getting my car fixed there, because of the insurance company wanted the car somewhere else. But, I will go back if I ever need work again.
