Highly aggressive owner, inconsistent inspection policies depending on tech. Horrendous service and a serious vibe that he wanted to fight me. I am so sorry my car wasn't legal. It is not your place as a business owner to become inappropriately rude with a return customer because you don't agree with them. If I could leave 0 stars and still leave a review, I would.

Have went to the same guy for inspections for many years and he closed down so by referral, my husband brought his car here. Exceptional service! So I then brought mine, was in and out and there was no funny business doing unasked for things trying to get more money. Was amazing. We had came after dropping the oldest child at school so got there early before opening. Most business wait until 8 on the dot to open but they opened doors early seeing they already had customers. Speaks volumes about wanting to give good customer experience. With having 2 toddlers to entertain I appreciated the opening early huge as well as the fast great service. Definitely going here for now on! Highly reccomend!

Always great service at Wilmar. Been going there for many years and appreciate the fast in-and-out oil changes and inspections. Owned locally, employees honest, hardworking folks, and always courtesy in service ... All at fair and affordable prices. That's a no brainier for me. Thanks, Wilmar!!

Lost oil pressure traveling from Charleston SC after a recent oil change at home by son. Thought maybe he didn t put the filter on tight enough. Anyway, the staff at Wil-Mar took my car right back to assess it and made sure I got on the road safe. Great place!

Wil-Mar is a great place. I've been taking my car there for years. Guys are very friendly and they usually get my car in & out very quickly. We moved to Salisbury and I still drive to Wil-Mar . Thanks guys

Have gone to this place for many years now, and continue to recommend it to others. Service is always prompt and courteous, and the owner is an honest person who never tries to rip you off!! As a single woman, I especially appreciate that fact! Whenever my car has an issue, I take it here and hope it's something they can fix. If not, he always has a good recommendation of someone else he trusts to do the work. All in all, an outstanding establishment.

Ive had my car inspected here 2 yrs in a row, both times the men were gentlemen. Took my vehicle in immediately and quick as can be they had me out of there. Unlike others I have been to, they never tries to sell me on lights, fuses, wipers that I didn't need. This is a very honest service center I will return.

The guys at Wil-Mar in Concord are locked-on! I highly recommend and always go to this location for my state inspections. They do other automotive tasks, but for the dreaded state inspections, they'll get you in and out as fast as they can and they charge a fair price for their efforts. The guys at Wil-Mar are honest and will keep you on the road. Thanks, guys, and keep up the great work.

I have been going to Wil-Mar for years so has my parents. I have been thinking they don t change there oil filters when changing the oil went to get an oil change and marked my filter to see if that is true and I was correct !! So don t take your car for a oil change unless you know they are changing your filter. I ask specifically for oil and filter every time I go and that means for years mine and my parents vehicle oil filter has not been changed. BAD SERVICE AND I WILL BE THERE MONDAY TO SPEAK WITH THEM.

Great place. Very caring owner. Had his employee give us a ride when we needed one since our car was being serviced. Great pricing, and quick service. Best place to go to in Concord if you're needing any sort of repair.Chad is a great guy.

These guys are great. Recently took my car in to one of the big box shops for an inspection and to have brakes looked at because they were making a noise. Bill was going to be over $600 to fix brakes and failed my inspection. Took my car to WIl-Mar to have a second opinion, turned out the brakes were completely fine still had 30- 40% of pad on all 4 brakes. They explained the noise was due to the ceramic pads being so dry because of the heat and dryness in the area. Then they also let me know the other store over charged me for my state inspection $30 instead of $14. So happy I went to WIl-Mar Service Center!

I have used this business for many years with no problems but will probably stop now. Last year my doubts began with a tire rotation. Soon after the rotation on my 1 year old vehicle one of my front rotors warped - an indication the wheel lugs were not tightened in the right sequence or at the right torque. Today I took a 2 year old vehicle in for an oil change. The car has a turbo and requires synthetic oil in order to keep the warranty intact. The car specs call for synthetic. What they put I was standard non-synthetic oil. This would make my warranty void but they tried very hard to convince me it would work just fine. They told me they don t use synthetic unless the customer asks for it even if the manufacturer requires it. This is a policy that could end in disaster for some customers. Finally they drained the oil and put in synthetic but only after arguing the point. They really should stick to manufacturer specs unless the customer gives other directions.

I took my brand new truck to wil-mar today for a safety inspection. Within moments of being there a young technician pulled it into the bay and opened my door mirror into the lift, scratching my mirror. I walked into the shop to inform the tech what he had done (the mirror was still resting on the lift). He didn t seem to care, did not apologize for the damage and did not offer to reimburse me for the damage he caused. If you are particular about your vehicle, be weary of this location. Totally sick that my new truck has damage within the first week of ownership.

Honest, local owned. Visiting Concord and developed scraping in front brakes, so I knew I needed pads & rotor on front. After being told by Meineke that I needed rear brakes also and rear shocks, I tried Wil-Mar. He didn't know I had seen anyone else and saw my Florida plate. He told me I just needed front pads & rotor. When I asked about the rear brakes, he explained they had 50%, and 70% of braking is on front. Then he explained why I didn't need shocks. He was cheaper with equal parts also. Thanks to a total stranger who is old fashioned honest.

We brought in a 2009 Honda Odyssey to get a second opinion on a steering rack and power steering pump that were leaking badly according to a local dealership.Wil-Mar looked at the vehicle promptly and at no charge and informed me that the dealership had lied. There were no leaks anywhere.Wil-mar's honesty saved us 2k. So glad we came here!
