I ordered 4 tires and had an appointment for install. I was impressed that 2 techs removed the old and mounted the new. What one did on the install, the 2nd verified. The lugs were tightened by 1 and torqued by the 2nd. I was asked to return after 50 miles so the torque on the lugs could be checked. Very impressed!

I needed a new battery for my car. They had a higher crankamp and lo ger 100% replacement warranty for about $70 less than auto zone or advanced auto. The service man was extremely nice and the battery was replaced in less than 30 minutes. Along with the battery for my truck purchased here I am extremely satisfied. I would highly recommend them for car service.

I do not recommend going to this location.. they are not knowledgeable. I honestly need to go to corporate. They gave me wrong tires so now I have off road and regular tires. Then when I went back they will only sell me 2 not the one I needed

These people are lazy. 5 people just standing around talking and i pull up asking for a oil change and they tell me they are short staffed and cant do it. Even tho when i called them they said for me to pull up and they can do it. Wasted my time and gas

The people were polite, professional, and patient. The prices were reasonable. I have a Ford 150 truck and got my oil changed. I was heading out for a long trip to NY from NC. When everything was done, the gentleman said to have a safe and wonderful trip. My truck got us there safe and sound too.

Lost my hubcap after driving off, i had another vehicle tell me at the traffic light when i left without realizing it. And at another location messed up my oil pan. I think i am 100% done now

Had to wait a while but when my battery died with a warranty they tested it to prove it was dead then gave me a brand new one for free.

I've been here twice. Once for a set of 4 new tires and once for a replacement tire after I drove over something. Both times the people there were helpful, friendly and quick. I have no complaints and will use them in the future. It was easy to make an appointment and their time estimates were spot on.

3 times so far, in and out in 30mins. I must have been lucky at this location because this usually doesn t happen at other locations. They are super friendly as well.

I usually go to my mechanic for oil changes, but we were heading out of town and waiting to the last minute and he was closed. I went in on a Sunday. It went relatively quick. Not as expensive as most oil changing places. Overall a pleasant experience.

I am new to Charlotte and need an oil change. With all the comments about the oil change here i guess i will never go for an oil change with you guys. People have been complaining for more than 4 years and the newer complaints are still the same.

The worst service you can possibly get. Gave them one star because there is no -5 stars. They are sloppy careless about what they do. They do not take responsibility of their work. Took my truck for oil change, not even 5 miles down the road my car lost all the oil and I was left on side of the road. After six calls to Walmart they finally answer to tell me they were closing in 15 minutes and there was nothing they could do. $300 later I was back on the road. They broke the screw that holds the oil filter, rings on the filter. And oils leaked all out. Do not take your vehicle to Walmart a $75 oil changed cost me another $300 in labor and parts.Service: Oil change

The staff was very efficient. We purchased 2 new tires and had an oil change. We waited about 40 minutes. We shopped while they worked on the car. I m very happy with the service.

My tire was almost busted and pieces coming off. I was close to the Walmart which I thought was a blessing because I did not want to be stuck on the side of the road with a busted tire. I get there and am told there is nothing they can do because he is short handed and would not be able to change my tire until Tuesday. I told him my tire was really bad and I was nervous about driving and would wait since it is 10:30 am and they do not close until 7pm, he continues to say there is nothing he could do. There is nowhere it says that Walmart Auto is by appointment only.Service: Tires

Just had a bad experience overall. Took them 15 minutes to get me at door after I called twice, I was first customer and everything locked up. When trying to check out I waited 10 minutes for cashier to go get their drawer. Just think they were unorganized and not prepared. Should not have been there for an hour and 15 mins being first and only customer for a simple oil change.

Inexpensive, fair prices & quality parts. Good work on oil changes, tires, & batteries, etc. Very fast service, most of the time. Open 7am to 7pm, busy in afternoon and Sat morning. Excellent price on synthetic oil changes. Definitely recommend.

Attempted to call beforehand and got no answer.So I drove up to get my headlight bulbs replaced... the bay was empty besides one other car... the mechanic asks me to pop the hood and he glances for 3 seconds and says we can t do it . At least answer the phone so ppl and know the stipulations for fixing headlights. I m not a mechanic and I ve done it via Google in the past but I didn t have tools available. Will not be back.

When you call to try and get information on the phone. Once they put you own hold the phone hangs up. But the other thing that is really annoying it's so much static in the phone and they acknowledged that. I would never call there again and I probably won't ever shop there.

Arrived at 1311 on a Tuesday with only two cars had of me. Only required an oil change and tire rotation and over waited three hours. Extremely slow service. Service was completed but no one at the register for quite some time. Worth noting: they lost the keys for the two cars ahead of me.

I would LOVE to be able to reach ANYONE in this RIDICULOUS GHETTO store. They ve been open for over 2 hours and NOT ONE DEPARTMENT answers the phone Go ANYWHERE else than here. Obviously they don t want to do business here

Won't pickup phone to find out about tires that I ordered online and need them to install. I am now on my 3rd day trying to get someone to pickup the phone in the auto center department. As I write this I am on hold for a store manager. We will see if they will pickup the phone. My order says they will only hold it for 7 days hate to drive all the way there to find out I will have to wait the 3 to 4 hours for tire change that everyone else said they do.
