Everyone at Subaru Concord was great. From walking in being greeted right away with smiles. We were helped by Paulie Mcnaught who was phenomenal. I can not say enough great things about Paulie. From start to finish this was the best experience we have ever had at a car dealership. We appreciate him working with us and going over all details thoroughly. Paulie was knowledgeable and kind. I really can t believe how easy Paulie and his colleagues made the car buying process. Also thank you to Dasha who made signing paperwork a breeze! We appreciate you all!! Best car buying experience I have ever had! I had been researching Subaru's and reached out through the website to get a quote late one evening. Earl promptly got back to me the next morning with a quote and was prepared to answer any questions I had. No pressure at all. After exchanging emails and a phone call to work out a few details, he let me know that I would be working with Paulie in sales. Paulie called me a few minutes later to introduce himself and find a time that worked for us to come in and purchase the car. We pulled in the next morning at 10am and Paulie was waiting outside for us. Great experience with him all the way through! Lastly, we met with Kevin in Finance and this is an area that sets this dealership apart. I have purchased four new cars in my life and this was by far the best experience with any finance department. No games, no odd numbers out of left field, and no pressure. He covered everything with clarity and efficiency. I don't care if you're in the market for a Subaru or not, if you are buying a car, go to Subaru Concord!

TL;DR - Stefanie Perez and John Grady are awesome!I drove from Knoxville, TN to Subaru Concord to test drive (with the intent to purchase) a used 2024 Subaru Forester Sport. I made a reservation on Tuesday 3/19 for a test drive on Saturday, 3/23. This make/model/trim has been a hot car as of late, so I was hoping against hope that it would still be there on Saturday.I started the four hour drive on Saturday and confirmed with the dealership that the car was still there. 30 minutes before I arrived, the car I was coming to test drive went out on a test drive with someone else. I believe that person also ended up purchasing that car.I was extremely unhappy, especially after driving 4 hours to get there. The dealership ended up making a deal for me on a new 2024 Subaru. I know that they didn't have to do that and I greatly appreciate them going above and beyond.With all that said, if you are looking for a Subaru, reach out to Stefanie Perez and John Grady. They are awesome and offer next level customer service!

I had an exceptional experience at Concord Subaru, and it was largely thanks to Michael Tranumn! His expertise and customer service were outstanding. Michael went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Concord Subaru, and specifically, Michael Tranumn for an exceptional car-buying experience.

EXCELLENT car buying experience!!! I have had so many bad car buying experiences and was seriously dreading going there to try to buy the car. Dasha was so AWESOME!! She put me at ease, answered all my questions thoroughly, and just has a great personality. I would recommend asking for her if going there and would definitely recommend buying from this dealer.

My wife and I had our first time buying from a dealership here when we bought a CPO Subaru from Brandon. He and Kevin made the process so quick and easy we couldn't believe it when they handed us the keys! Within a week of the purchase we've already received 2 calls from Brandon our salesman to touch base and make sure we're loving our car, plus Kevin had done some extra credit after the fact and found us an even better rate than the one we'd signed on! We will definitely be coming back to buy another vehicle from here next year.

My girlfriend and I went to Subaru Concord for a new 2024 Crosstrek Sport.She s had it for over two months now and couldn t be more pleased! It s fantastic! Great ride, safety and awesome tech.A special thanks to Trey Hood and his sales staff!Awesome experience and great value I highly recommend Subaru of Concord!!!

I can t say enough about this dealership. Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I felt as if I were part of the Concord Subaru family, no pressure at all. This is my 4th lease of an Outback and I intend on returning. I also refer as many people to them for their next car purchase. If you want a pleasurable car buying experience, visit these folks!

No haggling. No pressure. Great customer service from the two gentlemen I dealt with, Mike & Earl. I got the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted and there were no extra add ons or unexpected costs. Most car salesmen get a bad reputation but Mike & Earl were great to work with. Ask for them if you're looking for a new or used vehicle.

We went in to look into getting a new used car, and had superb service all the way through. Not only were the staff there professional, but also friendly down to earth people. We worked with Brandon and Kevin, both of which helped get us get sorted out with what we wanted, how we wanted it, gave us as many options as we asked for and then some, and pushed us through early in some aspects to accommodate us while picking right back up when I came back. I've had great experiences with the service department despite becoming a regular with my old car and I was happy to see that the rest of the departments follow the same trend.

I purchased my very first NEW car from Subaru Concord and could not be more please with the entire experience. I was not a Subaru person prior to this purchase. It all began with a call from Stefanie Perez once I expressed interest online. Stefanie was so friendly and placed us in the care of salesman Michael Tranumn. Mike was such a good fit for us, he was patient, helpful, not in any way pushy, accommodating and very personable. The whole experience was about 3 hours from arrival to walking out the door with my new keys. They gave me exactly was hoping for on my trade. Kevin Wingler was our Finance Manager and he was very pleasant and personable as well. I honestly felt like I was just hanging out with extended family during the entire process. Subaru is truly a family. The knowledge they shared just solidified my confidence in my purchase. Based on the research I did on Subaru, the staff here exonerates everything Subaru stands for. I highly recommend this dealership, and staff for anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. Very pleasant experience! Thank you all for putting me in the car I thought I would never find!

Good people to deal with. No real pressure to buy now. Only thing did not the over 200 miles on a brand new 2021 Outback. But my 2024 only had 6 miles on it. Very good pricing with very good people working there to help you out no matter how long it takes

Had an issue after a service, but these guys are willing to help you out, even though my issue afterwards was unrelated to what I had a complaint about, they were still willing to help. Sales, service and parts deserve a bravo. Patience, honesty and respect were all practiced here with my misunderstanding. Steve Porter, and Jason Miles were communicative and even if I may of had a misunderstanding with them, we still found a common ground. Subaru Concord is one you can rely on.

I was in last year for an issue with a terrible rattling noise on my vehicle that I could not identify. Subaru Concord charged me $800 for repairs that they claimed would solve the issue, but did not.I went in a second time, requesting a test drive. Subaru later convinced me that it was my hood damage that was the issue, fearmongering me into believing the hood would come loose and fly up on the highway. For months I was obsessively thinking about repairing/ replacing a hood in hopes it would fix it. I was miserable constantly thinking about it. I tried multiple things to see if the noise would go away and it did not.Eventually I went up to Randy Marion Subaru, and brought the matter up with them. For a relatively small diagnostic fee, they were able to identify that it was simply the crossbar link on my roof racks that had come loose. I knew exactly why it came loose, because I probably tied my kayak down too hard one day. I had to laugh because it was such a simple thing that I could ve fixed myself for free, but I would ve never thought of. That finally resolved my problem and I could drive in peace again.I m posting this now because I still can t get over how I wasted so much time and money, and completely stressed myself for months straight. This dealership will try to take advantage of you.

Noa was absolutely amazing and super helpful. Noa made the process of purchasing a vehicle easy and enjoyable. We were helped immediately upon entering the lot and were provided ample information for the buying process. Kevin, the finance & insurance manager, was also super helpful. Kevin helped make the final paper work easy & efficient. Highly recommend this Subaru dealership.

We were on a trip from Massachusetts to Florida in our 21 Outback when the check engine light came on in Winchester, Va knocking out cruise control, eyesight system and our heat along with other systems. The car was still drivable so we continued to Charlotte, NC. I called Subaru Concord the next morning and talked to Kevin Banther in service. Kevin told me they were busy but to bring the car to them and they would work it in. We arrived and they quickly diagnosed the problem as a thermo control valve assembly that might take 4 hours to replace! Kevin gave us a loaner (everything under warranty) and said he would call when our car was ready. We drove about 5 miles to Charlotte Motor Speedway and took a track tour that took about 2 hours. As we were leaving Kevin called and said our car was ready! Kevin and everyone we met at this dealership was extremely friendly and helpful. They bent over backwards to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. I don t normally do surveys but I felt that Kevin and this dealership deserved our heartfelt thanks for exceptional service. Thank you!

Due to "unforeseen" circumstances, we ended up having to buy a new vehicle when we really weren't prepared financially. We quickly narrowed it down to a few makes and models and started going around test driving. We ended up going to Subaru Concord mainly because we had to run some errands up in the area and thought it would be a good time to test drive the Forrester.Dasha helped us get into a couple of cars and gave us a very complete rundown on all the vehicles. Having brought along one of my kids, I was pleasantly surprised how much they involved him in the process too, even having them climb all over the vehicle to "test" it out. I was fully planning on test driving some other cars on our list, but Dasha was able to get the financing worked out within our means and they were even able to hold it for us for a few days while we got all the money for the down payment.Despite an incredibly stressful situation leading us to have to purchase a new vehicle, everyone at Subaru Concord, especially Dasha, took all the stress out of that part of it.Thank you!!!

I m a senior and I ve bought a lot of new cars in Concord. First time at Subaru and it was clearly the best car buying experience I ve ever had. They spent a lot of time listening to my wife and I and helped us settle on the perfect car for us. No hard sell, they just listened and produced what we wanted. This is how car buying should be.

When I didn't have a car to go shop for cars, Michael Tranumn drove to my home and took me to the dealership! That was awesome as I was very stressed as to how I was going to go look at a car I liked online. I was able to drive the Subaru Impreza and check everything out. There was absolutely no pressure to make any decision from Michael. It was just what I was hoping for! Michael quickly filled out the paperwork and I finished up the financials with Kevin.During all of this, the car was being detailed to perfection! Soon, I was driving home in my beautiful, safe Impreza.Michael has a calm and grounded vibe. It was nice to meet him and do business with him. I'd recommend you look up Michael Tranumn at Concord Subaru! You need a Subaru.
