Absolutely the best and most honest you ll ever get. With us paying out of pocket nearly $10k he helped us allot and then he repainted the whole car cause it wasn t matching. He cares about his work and what he puts out. Highly recommend this shop. He will always have our business. The repainted photos are pixelated and doesn t not show the top quality paint job he did.

I had a fantastic experience at this body shop! My car needed repairs, and the team not only did an excellent job fixing it but also went above and beyond to help me navigate the tricky process with my insurance company. Their customer service was outstanding, and they were patient and informative in explaining everything to me. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome, and I highly recommend this body shop to anyone in need of car repairs and assistance with insurance matters. We brought a mini-van to Rick's Auto Body for repair. The van had significant damage to the rear and the driver's side. Dusty kept us us up to date on the status of the repairs and finished the repair in a few weeks as promised. He was extremely professional throughout the process. The hood if my mother's car was heavily damaged by a fallen limb while we were visiting in Concord. I chose Ricks Auto Body LLC because of his 5 star reviews and we prefer to support local. Let me tell you ..the owner, Dusty, earned every accolade. He is knowledgeable and courteous and made our trauma a whole lot easier to bear! Thank you Dusty.

My experience with Rick's paint and body shop was nothing less than amazing. Dusty was very professional and provided spectacular work all while having a speedy turn around time. I would highly recommend Rick's paint and body to anyone in the market for autobody repairs, you will not be disappointed!! This place was referred to me and I have to say, Dusty and his team are great! If you have an insurance claim (like me), make sure your insurance adjuster sends an OSA (Open Shop Assignment) to them. Our insurance did not inform us of ANY of this. They told us to just take the car anywhere and get an estimate. Dusty was the one who told me that they needed to do this when I showed up needing an estimate on body work.Dropped off my car on a Monday, parts came in Wednesday and my car was ready Friday morning of the same week. I have a 4 Runner if that helps, so parts came quick!Dusty was very down to earth and kind. There was another gentleman there who accepted my keys at drop off and he was so kind! When I picked up my car, Dusty told me that the tire pressure was low in one of my tires so they went ahead and added more air all around for me. So kind!Definitely recommend Rick's!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My minivan had been side-swiped in a parking lot, damaging both the driver-side front and sliding doors. Brought it to Dusty & his team and in a few days he had it looking like it was a new car. He communicated with me well and provided reasonable cost & timing expectations - which he met. Sadly I don't have a "Before" photo, but the "after" illustrates that it looks brand new. I hope I don't need more body work in the future, but if I do, I'll definitely be returning to Dusty.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Dusty had my car done in just a day even though I thought it would take a week! My car was sideswiped in a hit and run, he was able to replace the plastics that got scratched and kept me updated every step of the way. Highly recommend this body shop for being so easy, friendly, and understanding!

I usually take my car to a shop in Indian Trail, but since I moved I decided to try someone close by me. I read most of the reviews and it made me feel safe to drop of my car. I dropped my car off on Monday morning and I picked it up the next day (Tuesday) in the afternoon. I can't find a picture on how my bumper looked, but from the accident I had the car left scratches & a dent which it cracked. Well here are the after pictures. They did an awesome job. I definitely recommend this shop. Thank you very much for your fast service!

Dusty was very helpful in immediately helping me as i pulled into the parking lot. He helped me save money where I could and gave me a reasonable preliminary estimate that other collision shops couldn't compete with. As soon as I called to ask to bring my car in, he ordered the parts ahead of time and kept me updated. Fast, honest family work! Would definitely come here again for my auto repair needs!

I wish I had a before picture to show - but this car looks brand new now. It's a 2003 Toyota Camry and Dusty completely repainted the hood and replaced both bumpers. Dusty is amazing - should you ever need paint or body work done, look no further. Also, the headlights were clouded after years of not being addressed. Dusty cleaned them without being asked! That's the kind of care and attention to detail you get from a local shop like Rick's Auto Body!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My experience with Rick s Auto Body was more than phenomenal. Dusty did an awesome job on the targa top of my Corvette. It was in pretty bad shape and I personally had tried many times to buff it. I was even told by a paint dealer that it would be a very difficult project to tackle. I took it to Dusty and he agreed it was in rough shape. He said he would do his magic and make it have a mirror shine. When I came back to pick it up, I was speechless. The time and effort he put into it was amazing. It looks better than brand new. Dusty does excellent work and takes care of it like it s his very own. If you are looking for your repair done right, then look no further!!!!Service: Painting

If you value a good handshake, personalized care (which means you re treated like family), and pride in the work done, then Rick s Paint and Body Shop is the place for you. My wife was hit by a teen cutting across lanes in a parking lot, and she needed her car fixed. Rick s took the job and impressed us both from the start. Not only did they welcome us in and make us feel at home, they also took care of her car by fixing it right the first time. This is to their credit since the parts they ordered and received were not quite right; rather than fixing the car with what could possibly work, they instead went out of their way to make sure they had the right pieces so that everything fit perfectly. Not only that, but they kept in constant contact throughout that process to make sure we knew exactly what was going on. The result: Her car looks brand new, and no one will ever be able to tell she had damage to the front. If you re like me, you re still impressed by that kind of care and commitment to a job well done; if you re like me, that means you ll be using Rick s Paint and Body Shop for your future work.

I had my whole truck repainted July 2020 and I'm very happy with the results. After 20 years, I'm washing it like it's a brand new truck again! May 2021: Going back to get the hood repainted as a result of road debris (a ratchet from a ratchet strap came off a Loving Companies trailer and put two dents/chips on the hood).Service: PaintingService: Painting

My rule with body shops: Always go to one with a first name in it. I've been to a "Bob's", a "Tom's", and a "Bill's", but "Rick's" impressed me the most, by far. Dropped my car off Friday; he took it in immediately, and I picked it up less than 24 hours later.Also, when something minor bothered me about the job, Rick himself, got down and wet sanded/compounded the entire bumper for two hours, free of charge.I hung out with Rick for a bit, and learned a bit about his brand. His father opened the shop in the 50s, so he is second generation, and will soon pass it onto his son, who has also been working there for 22 years. Body work is what they do, and it shows.If you're seeking a good price from an honest, local business, this is the shop you're looking for.

I was not having such a great day... power/internet went out at home right before I needed to host a large meeting and I also couldn't get any signal on my cell phone (we're in a dead area). In my haste to drive up the road to try to get a signal I backed into some bushes coming out of my driveway. Whoopsie.Oh, and of course I wasn't driving the 8 year old car I had the week before...it was my new Mercedes I got last week I thought I'd go ahead and take it in to see what the damage was. The scratches looked pretty deep to me.So I'm all prepped for the fact that I'm going to drop some major cash on the car I hadn't even had long enough to put my first tank of gas in. Plus, its a pretty expensive car driven by a female and sometimes bad assumptions can lead to unscrupulous over-charges when you're dealing with less-than-honest people, ya know?So with that long backstory out of the way, I Googled body shops. Rick's had several all 5 star reviews and has been in business quite some time. I called and was told to bring it in in about an hour. I brought it by, he took a look at it and said he thought the scratches may buff out. I really didn't think that was going to be an option. So I was thrilled to even hear it was possible. He had me pull my car around and brought out the polisher and after a couple of minutes it looked good as new!Happy to have my car and my faith in humanity restored today. I'll definitely be a return customer if ever needed.

A definite 5 stars! I was provided professional and awesomely detailed work; I was nervous about the paint and other detail work matching up on my vehicle. Wow! everything was spot on, and I am extremely happy, you would never know there had been damage. All we needed was to have our bumper and hood painted. I called numerous other body shops and they weren't willing to even give me an estimate. I called Rick's Auto Body and received a reasonable estimate within 24 hours. Dusty was able to get us scheduled promptly. Dusty did an amazing paint job on our car.
