Went for NC car inspection, open sign lit, no one there. Waited for 45 minutes, called several more times while running errands, no answer 1.5 hours later. Went somewhere else , done in 15 minutes. Won't make that mistake again. Should at least put up sign saying when will return

I have been dealing with R&R for 30 years or longer. I keep going back because I feel that they do good work at a decent price and just good folks to hold short conversations (no longer than I'm in there)

Great guys working here. Took my car in for a starter that turned into replacing it 3 times before they got a good on from the parts store. The tech was very patient! I'll be back for sure. I have had R&R replace brakes, turn rotors, change oil, provide wheel alignments, probably additional services that escape me at the moment, and oh yeah they have replaced an entire motor for me. They provide honest analysis, quick servicing, and fair pricing. Great customer service. I called them around 3:30 to see how much the alignment was, pulled up at 3:45 and none of them came up to me to see what I wanted just kept looking at me. When I finally got out to see if they could do my alignment I was ignored then someone from the back came up to me just to tell me it s too late to do it. I will never go back not even for an inspection

Tracy is wonderful to work with and the entire team there give excellent service. The battery went bad on my 2011 Chrysler 200 and it's located behind the front wheel well (thanks, Chrysler!). I was able to have AAA tow it over and, even though the tow driver thought it might be the alternator, R&R was able to rule it out and only replace the battery in a timely manner. My sister has also been using them for a while and we both feel we can trust them.

Went here to get my Front crankshaft seal fixed and it was done wrong a year later still trying to fix the mistake made, due to the so called repair my timing chain is off and is needing to be replaced. My fianc� went back and of course was told that the problem was done right and that no one was willing to look at it. Not only did I pay for this repair but now I have to pay even more to get the another problem fixed they caused. He even had another mechanic try and speak with them about the mistake and they still refused to listen. This is very poor customer service. With how big this job is, and the problem others are skeptical to take this on. We shouldn t have to go through this. Would not recommend this place.

We were in Concord visiting relatives when our truck refused to start. A friend recommended R&R, so we had it towed there. The truck was fixed in less than two hours, and the cost was very reasonable. We love R & R, they have done everything from oil changes to towing a truck on 40 s with a 14 inch lift. They are always will to give us a quote to help us figure out a plan on repairs!Thank You Phillip and Tracy

Took my son's car to have an assortment of work done. They were very clear with their quote and they did the work in a timely and efficient manner. Please note that they don't take credit cards and plan accordingly.

Family owned business with great service. They always take care of my family s vehicles no matter what the problems are. I never have to worry about them trying to sell me stuff that I don t need for my vehicle like the big dealership do.

This place is just great!! My 95 Nissan truck has low mileage, anything I see or hear out of normal I take it right away to R &R...the repairs,prices let you leave with a Thanks and a Smile ..
