I had trouble with my truck and also my daughter's car. Both vehicles are fixed by a very knowledgeable staff in a timely fashion. It's hard for me to find a place that I can trust for my daughter to take her car but I feel very comfortable having her take her car here. Great service.

I went in for a recent oil change. Normally I'm always told there is a two to three hour wait time. They got me in immediately and the wait was no longer than 35 to 45 minutes.They even refilled my windshield wiper fluid that was low.I've been having my oil changed her for the last 7 years and have had no issues.

They were amazing they did my oil change . Their customer service was phenomenal. They did such a wonderful job on my car I couldn't ask for better. If you want a reasonable oil change, you want to be treated with respect and kindness, definitely go here. They're wonderful people. Thank you for all that you did to my car and thank you for being so kind.

After calling several other shops near my house, they were able to see me before closing one evening, and diagnosed the problem free of charge. They were able to get parts and fix the car first thing the next morning at a reasonable price. I called a dealership just to compare prices and they quoted me about 50% more than Precision.

Came in a few days ago to get a 2nd opinion in what could be the cause of this odd squeaking/rubbing noise coming from the front area.I described it as best as possible to the front desk.One of the tech mechanics raised my car on the lift, checked every tire, front area, etc.Brought it down, I sat in back, then we went on a test run behind the shop.He heard it as I spotted it out to him instantly.The noise and overall situation may have been too advanced and technical for him. As he had no clue in what it could be.The obvious options were already handled a month ago (new struts, new controller arms, new motor mounts, new tires/alignment, etc.).He threw out new random options in what it MIGHT be.However, I wasn t too sold on it.Ultimately his answer was if I were you, I'd just ride it out and deal with it.??What an odd comment.I came here to find a solution, but instead was left with the impression there isn t one.This is the risk one takes in going to a new mechanic shop and dealing with someone that s young (He appeared in his late 20s/early 30s).A more seasoned, older and experienced mechanic would not have given me such a response.The fact that he said he d never seen a vehicle like mine & was at a loss with the noise, was the main red flag that stood out.Unfortunately, the more experienced, older mechanic just stepped out for the day.Would have been great if he checked it out instead.After losing $30 in a diagnostics test run, hearing lame answers with more random options in what the issue may be I'm back to square one.To the new customers, be cautious when dealing with a younger, inexperienced mechanic, especially if your issue is on the more technical side.Keep your options open and seek other opinions.

I don't like to waste time. I stopped in to ask them specifically if they could mount my new tires (33x12x20). The individual helping me, as well as the manager confirmed that they could. I broughty vehicle to them to get it done and when they pulled it in the back then "discovered" they couldn't do it.It's not easy for me too get the time away from work to drive 30 min down there. Hence why I did the prep work of asking prior. Now I still have to find a shop to do it. And take time off again to get it done.....that's frustrating.

I walked into precision to get an oil change and I stood at the counter and waited patiently to be served, but instead the white girl behind the counter with the curly hair took the two white women in back of me without addressing even what I needed. The customer service I just received was blatantly disrespectful, unprofessional, and ignorant. The least she could have done was taken my information and then handled the customers behind me because they were second. I will never return to this location ever again. This is a prime example of why customer service and racism is at all time high for negativity, so instead of me acknowledging her ignorance, I just left and will be going to Valvoline from now on. I hope the manager sees this review and if she is the manager the regional manager needs to reconsider her position.

Literally got bamboozled this week by this shop. I've been going to this location since I moved to NC, never had an issue until Monday. Took my car in for a simple oil change..no issues. 2 days later my coolant is leaking from my car. Leaking so much that it started running hot. Took the car back there today and all of a sudden my radiator has a leak. Instead of them owning that they messed up my vehicle, they tried to act like I didn't know what I was talking about. $902. To fixed an issue they no doubt causes. Come to find out..it there were other CHEAPER slotions to fixing the issue they cause. Pissed beyond expression. DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR HERE IF YOU WANT HONESTY. Im so disappointed in the service and the lack of customer service that was provided. Calling corporate was no better cause Ronny in customer service was no help and his snarky attitude made things even worst.

Love having my work done at this shop I won't go anywhere else to have work done on my truck. And the technicians are very good at what they do. And the manager Jones always has a great attitude and is very friendly and upbeat.

Amanda and her crew did a great job. Kept me informed and was honest and upfront with cost. Did alot of suspension work with very little problems. I will use them again and highly recommend.

I went here this morning for an alignment and they were very nice and come to find out I didn t even need one they were honest with me and I would recommend this place to anyone needing work done on their vehicle very nice people

Called about getting car fixed and the receptionist could not answer any of my questions. When I asked if there was a mechanic there to speak with she said no ... Umm.. ok, that tells me a lot... She then hung up

Best oil change experience I've ever had! They were honest and upfront about the cost, work was completed within 45 minutes. Service was fast and friendly from Amanda and Nicholas. I highly recommend to anyone! Great job!

Nicholas was incredibly helpful when i went in to have work done on my car. my car was leaking oil and they were able to find the cause and got to work repairing it right away. they even had to go pick up a part my car needed that wouldn't have been there for a few more days but they were determined to get me driving safely today. i'm so thankful for the team there and im happy to say that my car is running better than ever. they have great customer service and the only mechanics i will ever use again. thank you guys so much.

This place has saved me so much money! I've gone to other mechanic chains close by and their prices are always higher than the estimates I get at Precision. They have online coupons that you can use for certain services. The staff is always cordial. Wait times are a bit long but well worth it.

They do ok work for oil changes. Get a second opinion if you need anything else done. No integrity at this place so beware.

I have always had great experiences at Ptune from the time I got my first car 12 years ago till now I will always go back to Ptune. And a huge huge SHOUT OUT TO NICK!!!! Nick always great everyone with the upmost respect and a smile no matter how busy or stressful the situation is. Because of the great service I continue to receive I will always bring my vehicles here!

Ms.Amanda was a BIG help to me today. I came in thinking I needed a simple tune up and oil change which was not the case. Ms. Amanda explained everything in detail with price quotes and got me squared away. Now I feel safe and educated when it comes to my car. She delivered great customer service and great services overall. I m definitely bringing my car back here for any repairs or routine maintenance work. The entire staff was friendly and made me feel like I chose the right place for my car to be repaired. I DEFINITELY recommend bringing your car here for services.
