First let me start by saying the word they actually did, they did well. No complaints. My issues are, the company stole money from me. I came in for a few things and my total bill was over $1900. First issue is; I gave them some side lights to add to my rig and before the mechanic verified the wiring was the same, (2 wires or 3wires) he had cut the light off the truck and the lights I brought wiring wasn t capable. So they agreed to take $50 off because I had to fix it myself. Next issue: The $50 they agreed to take off was never taken off final bill. My estimate and final bill was the exact price. Next issue: I paid for an alignment on my rig. They never did the alignment but still charged me for it and it cost me two brand new steer tires. So not only did I get ripped off, I had to pay for the same services twice. Bad business. Like I said, the work they actually did I have no complaints about. I have issues with being charged for things they didn t do that cost me more in the long term. Would I ever use them again? No. Drivers be aware and make sure everything is done correctly before you leave.

Daniel is the best there, he s always ready to help and I can trust him, if needed he checks the work by himself all the work and the prices are reasonable! We service our trucks there for 3 years already and happy.

Alan, the GM, is one of the most amazing men I ve had the privilege of meeting. & the work they do is top notch! I ve never felt safer in this rig!We had a tire blow out in our RV about 40 miles into our trip across country. Luckily they had the tires we needed and could replace all 6! We limped our way there to get the work done. They kindly opened their waiting room to us and everyone was beyond welcoming and kind hearted!We then found more issues that could not be done that day due to not having every part needed and the shop needed to close (it was 630pm which seems late to be open for any shop). We were able to sleep in our RV that night and as soon as we obtained the right parts, work was resumed!The people working here & Alan, especially, have restored so much of my faith in humanity.The love, kindness and empathy they have is immeasurable. I will forever be grateful.

Thoroughly impressed! This is my first visit here and it is refreshing to find a repair shop that seems to operate in a high ethical standard. Gordon, Megan, and Jesse made my visit worthwhile. They were courteous and professional. Jesse repaired my tire quickly and got me back on the road to pick up my load. It's good to know that they offer a host of services beyond truck tires. I highly recommend them!

Clean, professional, and reasonable prices. Got my tractor tires taken off, mounted and balanced and aligned on a walk-in visit.. Out in about 3 hours. In contrast I waited at TA overnight for front tires to be installed.

Got new tires for our RV at PTT today. Could not have had a better experience. Price was great; better than our Motorhome Club discount. Service was outstanding including assistance reinstalling our TPMS. Worked with Alan Taylor, and will be back when we need service again.

Great place to take truck for repairs. Very friendly and timely . For once a truck repair shop that actually does what they say they do. Would recommend to anyone in the concord area needing tires or service.

I just had Emilio come out to replace a tire on my RV after I caught the sidewall on a curb at the gas station yesterday. A friend and I thought we could get the wheel off and bring it to your shop. Wrong! But Emilio changed it on site in short order and checked all my others. He pointed out (this RV is used but new to me) that all the tires were 10 years old even though the tread looked good. I will be bringing the unit to Piedmont Tire for 5 more tires before I will feel safe driving it.My thanks to him for a good job and for pointing out something potentially hazardous.

A great experience from first phone contact to their finding a great used super-single in stock to replace a tire they couldn't repair. Polite, personable, and sensitive to the needs of the OTR.

Slow rediculously slow. 2 tires on the front of a truck over 2 hours to get them put on . No one was in front of me pulled right up and got started and over two hours for two tires. Crazy how slow this place is. Would give no stars if I could.
