I have been going here for over a year and it s been great! The front office is always so nice Paul and Joe are both thorough and transparent. They are good at what they do and keep open communication to the customer. I appreciate that they are fair and honest. My kids also love all the Elvis decor, AND snagging a lollipop when I have to drag them with me to pick up Mommy s car Lucky to have this business in Concord!

I've been a loyal patron for years, and it's not just their exceptional customer service that keeps me returning; it's their unparalleled expertise in alignment, inspection, and brakes that sets them apart. Paul and his team are awesome! He and his team came highly recommended by a friend and he was always there to tell me, honestly, what repair my car was in need of. Sometimes it was just in there for regular maintenance. No matter which, everything was done in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price.

My bf got an oil change when we first moved here from Florida and he loved his experience at Paul's. As a lady, I always found it hard to trust mechanics in FL but when I took my car in for an inspection I was glad to hear that my car wasn't falling apart needing repairs lolPaul gave the throttle body a clean and my car drives SO much better than before! It's like night and day. Thank you! Also shout out to Cody (I think) at the front desk for being welcoming, informative, and friendly! I will never go to a different shop again. Paul's has absolutely hit it out of the park. They have great customer service, repaired my truck quickly and did everything right. They did not cut corners, and went out of their way to help me! Cory at the front desk is very kind and helpful. I am so glad that I found a trustworthy and reliable mechanic. They treated me with respect and even showed me the damaged parts they removed and gave me a detailed receipt. Now this might not be able to be everyone's case - but I live very close to the shop, and not only did they drive me home after I dropped my truck off, they even picked me up so I could pick up my truck. They also offer third party financing. The shop is very clean, welcoming, they are not intimidating, and I am just so pleased with my experience. Thank you Paul's Automotive!

My ac quit working just as summer started, such a stressfully thing.. went here because of the good reviews and so glad I did... Paul was super nice and honest about what I needed done, not adding up a huge list for his own profit.. had it done by end of following day and my ac is super cold.. and my wallet isn't bone dry. Go here and don't get screwed by the other guys! Trust me.. everyone was very friendly and service was great and job done quick and right.Services: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

This was my first experience at Paul's Automotive and it was a great one. It s easy to find a good mechanic, but hard to find one that is good and honest. I work 1.5 miles from Paul s and didn t know they were even there, they are truly a hidden gem. I would recommend Paul s to anyone looking for a mechanic. Between two cars, Paul saved me over $2,500. I was so impressed with everyone there and the service I bought 6 car care books for Christmas presents. My car care book paid for itself on the first visit.

I'm getting ready to have Paul do the 200,000 mile service on my Honda. Would describe Paul as trustworthy with fair pricing at his shop. I started going there several years ago based on Internet recommendations. My appreciation goes out to those who recommended Paul, and now I recommend him too! I would not hesitate in telling you to join his family of loyal customers.

When we first needed a mechanic service for our vehicles, we were not sure where to go. We had seen Paul's but did not know anything about them. Well, take a chance. We were so delighted with the service, friendliness, and honesty that we continued taking our vehicles to Paul's. We are always treated like trusted friends (I even got my car back for over a week without paying because Paul and Pat were on vacation). Now that is trust in ones customers. We put the same trust into the employees of Paul's; to advise us about what repairs are needed and never overcharge for the services provided. With three cars in our possession, we hope that Paul stays in business for a long time. These are truly my best car repair experiences.

My mom & I are from VA & had to come to court for a speeding ticket & on the way her car started acting up. We stopped here to have it diagnosed and within one hour they had the car fixed & running smoothly again. They really helped take our fear away of not being able to get back home & stopped us from having to spend money on a uhaul to tow it back. True life savers over here Definitely would recommend coming here if you live in the area!

Paul is a very effective and honest mechanic. I took a car I recently bought in for an alignment, it was over and done pretty quick and he let me know my upper control arm bushings were on their way out and to keep an eye on them. Never tried to upsell me into anything, only gave me a price quote when I asked, and gave me good price estimates on other services I asked him about without trying to upsell me into anything more than I'd asked for and kept things brief. Great shop, definitely going back, definitely recommending to anyone who needs mechanic work. If you hold any value in going to mechanics that don't over complicate things to make a buck, this is the place for you.

Paul's is without a doubt the best repair shop I have gone to. Above anything he and his employees are very honest, which is hard to find when dealing with a mechanic. Every time I walk into their shop they make me feel like family! Not only were they friendly but Paul told me exactly what I needed to do to make sure I was not spending more money out of pocket for my car repairs!!! I was floored at his knowledge and concern for my car, myself, and my wallet. Awesome people...Oh and they give back to the community...I just can't say enough about this shop...they really are awesome!!!

Great experience working with Paul's shop. It felt more like I was dealing with family than a mechanic trying to sell me something or overcharge for labor and parts. Paul and his crew explained everything to me that I didn't understand and I felt very comfortable working with them and I'm very satisfied with the work I got done on my car. Would definitely recommend to anyone. The only problem is they're in Concord and I'm Charlotte, but its worth the drive!

I just moved into the area and was looking for a mechanic to service my 1993 Buick that I have owned and cared for since it was new. It is not as easy for me to do the work on the car as I always have and was looking for someone to treat it the way that I have. I found that Paul s was not only close to my home but it is also a clean and organized shop with knowledgeable and honest mechanics. I am very happy with the work they did for me and will return when I need work done again.

My husband and I had a positive experience at Paul's automotive Service and Repair!!! We came to Paul because we received a very suspicious diagnosis for our vehicle with a hefty price tag. Paul took care of us and completed the proper repair at one fourth the price. We are sold and will continue to take our vehicle to this Awesome repair shop!!!!

Always such amazing customer service! Paul and his team are honest mechanics and they always have your vehicle's best interest at heart, which is hard to come by these days. Reception staff (Pat and Corey) are also super nice and make you feel right at home!

I just had the third service performed on a vehicle, each time service was performed it was on a different vehicle, at Paul s automotive. They truly provide quality care to your vehicle, communicate with customers frequently , and go above and beyond in order to ensure that you have excellent service. I will not take my vehicle to any other mechanic unless it is recommended by Paul himself. Best service out there!

Took in my 06 honda civic for some extensive repairs. Paul and his staff were very informative about what I needed. The day I was due to pick up the car, Paul noticed a puddle under car the morning he came into work. He didn't release the car to me until he made sure he corrected the problem. Needless to say I was beyond impressed with his attention to detail. Definitely a new and satisfied customer.

I took my car here for the timing belt replacement. Paul and his wife were sooooo nice. Paul was extremely honest about what my car needed and I felt very comfortable (as a female not knowing anything about cars) bringing my car here. I researched the price for the timing belt online and he was definitely the cheapest, including labor. I would HIGHLY recommend him.

Love Paul's. Enjoy coming here to avoid the overall sleaziness of large chains and many small businesses in this field. Friendly and sociable staff. I have had a couple less than satisfactory experiences...but being they are good people they are eager to make things right if things happen to go wrong. The majority of my experiences here have been seamless from price to quality to speed to customer service...that in combination with the service when there is a problem keeps me coming back. Support local business! Especially a business who gives back to their customers with great discounts and events like Paul's.

It's never a good feeling when you need to have repairs on your vehicle, but you definitely get peace of mind and a good feeling after goin to Paul's. It's family owned and Paul and his staff are true professionals. They take their time on your vehicle and make sure the job is done right, they look out for you and do everything they can to make you feel like priority one. They're like superheroes, and Paul is an awesome Elvis impersonator too. I highly recommend Paul's Automotive for anything goin on with your vehicle!

Paul and Pat are incredible at Customer Service and making sure everything is just right!Paul is a GREAT mechanic. . .and is not afraid to get into larger jobs where most would not. He will take the time to do it right, and will give options.We have been having our cars serviced at Pauls for over 3 years now and all I can say is you won't find another mechanic around Concord that is as honest, fair priced and personable as Paul.I have recommended Paul's Automotive to my friends and they are happy too!

These people are excellent mechanics, as well as honest people. You just don't find that any more. I brought my Toyota Sienna in due to getting poor fuel mileage, Paul quickly diagnosed the problem as the timing belt off a tooth and replaced the old tensioner at a fraction of what the dealer has charged.Hard to find, but well worth finding. I drove from Salisbury because of how highly recommended Paul and Bob were, and I am very happy I did.

Everyone was positive and friendly! Corey at the front showed great customer service on the phone and in person. Mr. Paul was great with communication and letting me know was needed to fix my van. Great work and would definitely recommend coming here for automotive repair.

Took my car here and everyone was friendly and all problems were fixed in a timely fashion and at reasonable prices. Had I not gone here I may have gotten killed because of the problems I had that I was told not to worry about at a shop on 24/27 in Midland NC.Control arm and lower ball joint,sway bar,breaks,rotors and front end alignment.Plus they went above and beyond and checked all my fluids and air pressure in all tires.Definitely would recommend this shop and I will also be a forever customer here
