We ve been driving around for hours looking for bolts and we stopped here and the first guy I asked older man beard was rude and just said to look on the isles cause that s all they had. Well after about 10 minutes of looking I decided to ask a different employee Gavin and he was able to look it up and got us the correct bolts in the back that weren t on the isles in no time wonderful attitude and really saved the day. I wish I would have caught the older man s name he needs to get a different job or retire.

Had to have a quick battery replacement and install. The kid working the counter did a great job! Wouldn't even let me slide him a tip. Been there several times. My go to.

I special ordered three parts for my car. I was told I would get a call when they came in. I had to call them. Then they asked if I had already picked up one of the parts because they only had two. Obviously not considering I called to see if my parts were in... So I pick up two of the parts and was told to wait a few days, maybe the shipment was on it's way. I waited until the beginning of the next week to call and check and then was told whoever they ship through lost the package, and they would order another one and just handle that investigation separately. They told me give them about a week to get that shipment in. Okay cool, wasn't a huge deal to me. Again I was told someone would call. No one did.. I gave them longer than a week and called back. Now I'm finally told that the part was discontinued and someone was supposed to call me and tell me so I could get a refund. But they didn't . I don't want to say my experience was super horrible because I don't really like giving bad reviews. I think the employees are very nice and the refund was given back to me, no problem no fuss. I just feel like it was disorganized and unprofessional. I don't think anyone knew what was going on and I just didn't like being strung along. I probably won't go to this location, just based on that. But I think it's worth saying again, that everyone was very friendly.

Easy ordering. Tech seemed to be able to find correct part needed the first time, which I was pleased as I had to prepay for expensive part and order. But tech was pleasant and knowledgeable and I will return to this store even though I live between stores.

Needed a quality tire gauge. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes. They were very helpful knew exactly where the item was run it up and checked us out of the store. This is a car parts place where you could eat your meal off the floor it's that clean it's that organized and it is hospitable. I highly recommend it

This one kind of blows my mind. I went into O'Reilly to get my check engine light checked. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed help. I explained to the older employee that I needed my check engine light checked and he told me that they would get to it after they were done helping another customer (customer A).I had no issues with this at all, I've worked in retail and I thought he did a good job addressing me while still working with another customer. What I did not realize is that there was already another employee helping the same customer.I took it in stride and looked around a bit. I ended up picking up a steering wheel cover and stood at the counter waiting to get hung out. Another customer came up and was rung up before me by the other employee who was also helping customer A. This employee then walked away without ringing me up which I was a little surprised about. Someone from the back came out and took the time to ring me up while also asking if I needed anything else. I stated that I asked for a check engine read and he told me one of the employees in the front would have to do it. He then told the first employee I talked to that I needed my engine read, to which his response again was after they were done helping customer A.At this point I was getting annoyed because there was no reason either one of the front end employees couldn't have stepped away for 2 minutes to read my check engine light. I've managed retail for many years and there is no excuse for 2 employees to ignore a customer to help one customer together. But i stayed quiet and was patient.After about 15 minutes of still getting no help I was getting more annoyed. The straw that broke the camel's back is when two more customers came in and the older employee stepped away from Customer A to help them, even looking up oil filters on the computer. At this point I walked out and will not return except to return the steering wheel cover.I am baffled by the customer service at this O'Reilly Auto, in all my years managing and even shopping I have never seen such disappointing customer service. It would have taken 5 minutes max to get a check engine read. Yet I was forced to wait over 20 minutes while two employees ignored me for one lone customer. An honest disgrace to the customer service industry, it's no wonder brick and mortar is failing compared to online retail.

Get lots of parts there n they got a new manager on the way to that store and it will be 10 times better than it is already... Chris Furr. .lots of knowledge. ..very nice fellow and always willing to help figure out what u got. Then how to fix your problems.

Vert very helpful. They had my part in stock. I was able to fix my vehicle myself for under $75, Instead of hiring a mechanic for $700.

I have a problem with the employee calling my spouse names such as sweetie and honey. I think it's very unprofessional and degrading also embarrassing to me. I was taught in my first job in life to never call clients names such as that, it's very unprofessional. We will shop elsewhere from now on.

Andy is the man! Andy went above and beyond to help me out with a bad cigarette lighter fuse. He made sure i was signed up for o'reilly rewards and checked my battery because of corrosion. Now i have a new battery and dont have to be worried about being stuck on the side of rhe road. Thank you O'Reilly for hiring such an awesome employee.

I have a 87 Dodge d100 I have used Auto zone won't ever do that again,napa high as hell and don't have the parts in stock advance same orailys I get my parts 1to2 days and they keep most of the parts I need in stock their people have time to help you Auto zone don't I would not buy parts for them if they were 100%off

Part not ordered in a timely fashion caused us to go back serveral times but manager discounted the price to cover our inconvenience so we are satisfied and will continue to do business with them.

Call before you go for paint. You may have to wait. The paint mixing though is great.

Sold me a battery found out it was my starter couldn't get my money back for the battery to buy a starter from there ended up spending more than I expected after they told me they could do a starter check
