I recently had an issue with my tire pressure sensors and needed them replaced. I went to one place who ripped me off. So, being a little skeptical, I pulled in to ntb and I could instantly tell I was in good hands. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was so satisfied I decided to go ahead and get a much needed oil change as well. Rob the manager helped me choose the best and most affordable oil to fit my needs. The mechanic took the time to discuss the situation. All in all it was a great experience. I got the services I needed at a reasonable price and in a timely fashion. Thanks guys!

Today was my second visit here. Today I came in and had a few things needing to be done to my car. Rob was so pleasant and made sure I was taken care of. He was very genuine and made me feel like I was in good hands. It s so nice to know I have a place I can trust! Being a woman, it s easy to be pushed into something you don t need! No pressure here. Suggestions but no pressure. Thank you Rob and the team that helped with my car.

The service was superior! I came in needing a new tire, and they were able to expedite delivering the tire I needed. Along with installing the tire and putting the spare back. Rob and MK were friendly and helpful during the whole process! Highly recommended!

I had a great experience getting my car inspected here. The staff was very friendly. Rob, the manager, went above and beyond for me, making the visit outstanding. His dedication and extra effort left a lasting impression. I appreciate the excellent service and will definitely return. Kudos to the whole team! Highly recommended!

WOULD NOT RECOMMENDOn March 1st, I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at this location. However, I saw a "Shut Engine Off Immediately" warning seven days later on my car's computer system.I quickly turned off the engine and contacted the store. The store Manager soon arrived at my home with a Technician, who explained that the previous Technician had forgotten to "remove the second gasket."To sum up, I do not recommend this store for car services. They could cause serious damage to your vehicle.

Second time coming in Rob and Nick very friendly and professional. Office was clean, I made an appointment on line they were on time. Service staff were also extremely friendly. They took amazing care of my vehicle. I will definitely be coming back for any of my vehicle needs. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again for the great service!

I ve come to this shop twice now & everyone has been extremely kind and professional, during each visit. Rob made sure that I knew what services were available to me, before I decided anything, and gave me a good plan for future work. I will be bringing my car back here for all of my work!

Had an appointment for an oil change and the tech found that my serpentine belt was bad and that I had a bad gasket. Both were fixed ASAP and they even found a coupon for me to save some money! I came here before it was Mavis and I will come back for my next routine maintenance. Rob was professional and upfront with the costs that were headed my way. The waiting area was clean and comfortable to wait while the repairs were taking place. 100% recommend bringing your car here.

I had booked an online appointment yesterday. They called to confirmed and I arrived today. Greeted as soon as I walked in and was advised they would be right with me. They were busy, as I was expecting since tomorrow is a holiday. They finished with the customer ahead of me and then immediately greeted me and assisted in completing my checkin. Rob the manager was the one to check me in. He was very professional and courteous. He explained everything to me and provided an estimated wait time. Once completed Coop greeted me to let me know my vehicle was ready and discussed the services provided. Top scale services today! Thank you team for being awesome, polite and respectable in today s society! It is appreciated and does not go unnoticed! Highly recommended

I don't understand how this place has such a good rating. I went to this place and they could not even do the basic job of replacing tires correctly. They sent me home with an incorrectly installed valve stem. I drove a half hour home just to find that an hour later my tire was flat. I drove back and they were unapologetic, unconcerned and they reluctantly fixed it all the while acting like I was inconveniencing them.My tire still has a slow leak and I regret having spent over $800 for no-name tires that were not installed correctly. Just a garbage company with garbage service. AVOID.

Manager Rob & Nick are wonderful. They always take care of my car with top tier service and information. If you need any work on your car come to this location. I guarantee excellent service.

I was a walk in today, but my car was worked in and was serviced in a timely manner. I had the pleasure of Rob assisting me with an oil change and coolant top up. He was was very helpful with making sure I understood the differences in oils and what was included in my service, I would definitely return and recommend others to NTB. THANKS!

Made appointment for a free brake check. This was my first time visiting this location. They took my car back and gave me good news that the noise I was hearing wasn't my brakes so all was fine. Made a recommendation about my shocks but weren't pushy and gave me a quote for me to consider. I appreciate places that don't sell you hard on unnecessary repairs. I'll keep this spot in mind for future work.

I had a screw in my tire and needed to have it done asap. As soon as I arrived they took my information and got to work. Staff was friendly and the manager was very transparent with everything! Although I haven t had much luck with Mavis before in the past, I highly recommend this location and I will be coming back!

Rob-Nick-Michaela all 3 of them were BEYOND AH-mazing!!! They listened to my concerns and were 150% honest with what was needed for my vehicle.Rob went out of his way to make sure our vehicle was safe on the road and for our family. Definitely will come back here and recommend to everyone I know.

I needed a new tire on my car and was turned down at another tire shop and told I couldn t be seen until January. I was able to schedule and appointment and be seen the same day at NTB. And I was able to get this done 2 days before Christmas. Thank you for the excellent service!

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They quickly fixed my valve stem problem for no fee. I will definitely be back when it s time for new tires and a battery. Recommend!

Great service, they did not try to up sell any products or services. Rob was very straight and to the point. Worked with me and his team to figure out what was wrong with my car, I appreciated the updates being given as well! They are all there to help out! Would go there for maintenance again!!

Good service. Needed a tire replaced because of getting a nail in it. Was told initially it would be a couple days by because they needed to order it, and they called me 2 hours later and were able to get the tire in sooner than expected. Can t ask for better service than that.

Jay and Nick were very helpful, knowledgable & respectful. They were up front about the problem & gave options on the best way to handle it. No strong-arm tactics or pressure. I highly reccommend them. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

Wow!! I really mean WOW!!!! Mikayla rocked my customer experience by leaps and bounds, it felt like she moved mountains trying to get me on the road for my vacation with a safe and quality tire repair. She was most accommodating even amid phones ringing constantly and a steady flow around the lobby. She ensured NTB did what she said they would do and THAT was refreshing in this day and time! I know where and from whom my next tire purchase will be!!! Thank you Mikayla!!!!! Your #1 Fan

Went in today with no appoint to have a rear tire replaced. MK greeted me as soon as I walked in, She was very professional and looked up a tire that matched my tire sizes. She then told me they could get it done today. Without a appointment. They had me in and out in just under a hour with a new tire. I will be returning when I need future assistance with the vehicle. MK was great!

Went in on Sunday morning to have a tire that had Previously Been "PLUGGED" by someone else 3 days ago that was going Low Again. Was Professionally and Sincerely Greeted by Nick in the Lobby. Upon looking at the ture Nick Immediately Informed me that the Tire was Compromised and Needed to be Replaced. Also called to five me a Heads up about brake and rotors that were about Ready to be Replaced. Nick was Great, Friendly, Profesional and Whats NEEDED in More Businesses today. Thank you Very much Nick foe Keeping my Fiance and her kids Safe. God Bless

Walked in, no appointment and I was taken care of in a jiffy. Prices were decent, staff was friendly and knowledgeable, also very helpful. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need/want at the time, which I appreciate. Great job outstanding service
