I had my car towed to them on Sunday after an item on the road punctured my fuel tank.Daniel quoted me on the replacement. He mentioned the dealership told him the tank was on back order for at least 3 weeks.However he searched through his vendors and had the replacement on Tuesday morning and my car was ready to go on Tuesday afternoon & for lower $ than it was quoted! Such a very pleasant and welcomed surprise.Daniel kept me informed the whole time and was very professional.Even though it is out of the way from my side of town, I would definitely use his services again if the need arise, and I will 100% recommend him.

Daniel was extremely helpful in explaining what was going on with my rear tires. He broke everything down so that I understood what was causing the problem and even showed me where the damage was occuring.Price was very reasonable. He was professional and was able to get me in for an appointment pretty quickly. Would definitely recommend his service.

A1 service my barber recommended him to me and on the same day I was able to make an introduction and get my car repairs completed. He responded back in a timely manner. Kept me in the loop of what was happening and was very professional. I told him the wrong parts be he made the accommodations and got them to his shop in less then 30mins. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area in search of reliable car repair services. Thanks again for everything!!

I went in because I had a coolant leak, and Audi had quoted me a very high price. Daniel was very thorough diagnosing the problem and was patient and explained exactly what was happening with pictures . The car was finished quickly and meticulously, I couldn t be happier. Plus the price was fair yet and far less than the dealership . If you are looking for a trust worthy knowledgeable honest mechanic, look no more. He s your guy.

Such a wonderful experience! I am from Boston and I was down in NC visiting a friend. My car died twice on the way down and I read the reviews of this place. Daniel was very informative, very fair prices and does it quickly. He communicates very well and I joke that when I go back, that is when I will get my car fixed again because he was wonderful! Thanks so much!

I recently had a some severe front end damage to my vehicle and my brother-in-law recommended Motorvated. Daniel was very professional and very attentive to my needs. He worked very well with my insurance company and got the work done in a timely fashion. I was very impressed with his service and the final product was immaculate. I definitely recommend Motorvated. I was traveling from out of town when I had car trouble. They were so helpful about telling me what the exact issue with the car was and getting it fixed so I could make it home (an 8 hour drive). My safety was their top concern and they were so accommodating as I waited. Their prices were reasonable and their work was quick and efficient. Best car experience I have ever had!

My fianc�'s car needed new alternator late on a Saturday and we needed it fixed asap. Most shops didn't open until Monday morning. We found Daniel and he responded immediately. He towed it from where it was broken down and had it fixed by noon the following day. Unbelievable service, incredibly fast, and fairly priced. Will definitely be a repeat customer for all our vehicles.

I already knew Daniel was a great guy from the fun we have while attending the same crazy early class at our gym, but I was thrilled to experience his fantastic customer service skills when I reached out for help after my car unexpectedly went on the fritz. He is truly the epitome of service with a smile, and his responsiveness is only one of the reasons I would recommend him without hesitation.

I've known Boone for couple years now. Hes the only person I trust to fix my vehicle. Since I've meet him and dont go anywhere else for service. Not only does he give exceptional service but he does a really good job beating the other mechanics at their price for me! I've passed my state inspection with him fixing my car and I couldnt be happier! He is absolutely the best and I highly recommend him. He is great at showing you in detail what is wrong with your vehicle. You've earned my business and thank you again for all of your help!

The owner of the company, Daniel Was very prompt, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, happy to answer questions and an absolute delight as a person. Motorvated Wrecker Service and Garage is available through AT&T roadside service (you can ask for them to be called)or you can call them directly if you don t have AT&T roadside assistance . Five stars is not enough to say what a pleasant experience I had with this local company! As a woman I can feel very leery of men I don t know showing up to tow my car or even trying to talk to them about my car engine that frankly I know very little about but Daniel put me completely at ease with his genuine kindness and simple explanations! Boone was one of the best mechanic I have ran across in a long time. As a women most of these dealerships and mechanic shops takes advantage of us and charge us ridiculous prices. He was up front and honest and gave me options. Something that I was told was a huge problem was only a simple tune up! Thank you Boone! I will be back for all services!

My mom needed her car towed and wanted me to be there with her but I couldn t be. The owner of motivated Wrecker Service was promptly there to help my mom. Daniel is friendly and respectful, He instantly put my mom at ease. He answered her many questions and went out of his way to explain things that, in her words didn t even have to answer She was so impressed by the friendly, helpful service that she asked me to Please write a review as her son about the relief that I have in this service taking such good care of my mom. My car broke down dead at a shopping center and I got in touch with Dan and he communicated very well throughout the issue and fixed my car quickly. Not being from the area I wasn't sure who to call for assistance. Went on Google and seen all the reviews for motorvated wrecker and auto. Called Daniel and he was very helpful. Took care of my vehicle...found the problem and had my truck running in no time at all. So glad for the quick help...not that I hope to break down again but I would definitely use his services again should I ever be in the area with vehicle trouble.Service: Car towing

I can t recommended this place or Mr. Dixon enough! I don t normally leave reviews but I was blown away with his customer service and work. Mr. Dixon walked me through my car and the issues it had. He answered all my questions and didn t try to sell me on a single thing. If you want a no nonsense, trustworthy and not a salesperson type mechanic- he is your guy! I will never go somewhere else! THE BEST AROUND

I can honestly say you can t beat the quality, price and the speed the job gets done!!! I will not get any work done to my cars anywhere else!! I mean the communication was A+ and the price is unbeatable. Would highly recommend to anyone with car issues!!
