We found the Nissan Titan Pro 4x we were looking for on their website. They were extremely pleasant to work with and made the buying process great. Stacie and Robert were excellent and made us feel very comfortable with the purchase. They sent a great video being a distance away and answered my million questions. We were able to negotiate a deal and put money down before making the drive.When we arrived, Robert and another associate promptly assisted us. They made the process fast and addressed all our concerns promptly. They had the truck detailed and ready to drive. They ensured the truck came with the normal accessories and explained the warranty and maintenance schedule very well.The finance associate was great and made the final process really easy. He answered all our questions thoroughly.This dealership treats you like family and does not pressure, knowing a purchase is a big financial consideration. Even living near 3 hours away, we will be doing business in the future.

After several notifications of a recall for my 2018 Nissan, I finally go to get it done along with my regular oil change and tire rotation. As I leave the dealership ship, the acceleration on my car is slow and tough. My car does not feel right. All of sudden my car reads WARNING Malfunction! Never has it done this. Not to mention I JUST HAD IT SERVICED and THE RECALL updated. Now I am taking the car BACK and the car stops....I nearly was in a wreck!!!! Come to find out that a faulty piece was placed in my car!!!!!!!!! Yes they changed it but a truck..yes a truck nearly hit me because of the mechanics negligence of placing a faulty piece on my car.

Good afternoon,I was informed the status of my vehicle and more. I especially appreciate when I was given an option to receive another key fob with the option of pay at a decent price. I was also given warranty information as needed. The service that Mike gave was educational and very helpful.

Modern Nissan rep Stacy invited me to the showroom because she found a truck that fit my requirements and she was spot on!I meet the owner who quickly assigned Sales Rep Aileen to help with the truck purchase. She was friendly, attentive and was quick to help with the test drive. I was very pleased with that phase of the deal.Mr Cunningham stepped into negotiations and offered a figure more than I was willing to pay. After some discussion we agreed on a fair price PLUS paying with cash and last day of the month helped my bottom line.The next day I returned, purchased the car and an extended warranty all within an hour. I could ve departed sooner but the service department replaced a tire that had a nail in it! Yep, not patch but replace BECAUSE the tire warning light was indicating low tire pressure.BL: this is a professional, friendly and knowledgeable car dealership!

The staff was very friendly and attentive. They gave us updates along the way with timing of service. They explained what needed to be serviced to my car and made sure I understood what was going on before moving forward. The facility seemed very organized and well maintained. Heath Culp was amazing and took great care of my mother and I. Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience.

I took my car in for the special oil change and tire rotation and my tire came off the car as I was driving it less than a half a mile from the dealership. My new to me 2017 Nissan Altima is now damaged because of someone s inability to do their job properly. I spoke with Bobby who said they will give me a loaner and repair all of the damage to my vehicle but who in the hell doesn t check the lug nuts on the vehicle before they send you off onto the road. I m DONE!!! I don t know what has happened to the quality of workmanship at Modern Nissan but I will no longer take my vehicle to them for service. This is the second one of my Nissans they have messed up and the last one!!!!

Out of convenience, I chose to bring my vehicle to another service center for a major repair. When they returned it to me, I suspected that the repairs weren t done correctly because the problem persisted after their work was completed. I brought it back to the other shop thinking that they made a simple mistake, but when the problem continued after that visit - I decided to bring my vehicle to Modern Nissan where they know it best. I asked the technician at Modern Nissan to take his time and check everything over, because I was concerned about possible damage that may have occurred beyond the initial repair. I was issued a loaner vehicle to drive, and in a couple of days it was ready for me to pick up. It had been washed and now everything is working perfectly again. It was worth every penny I paid Modern Nissan to have the peace of mind knowing that I ll always be in good hands there, and I m now in the midst of working with the manager of the other shop to issue me a refund for the repairs I paid them for but did not receive.At this point, I have resolved to not trust anyone else to fix or repair my vehicle - even if it means a lengthy tow or waiting a long time. Lesson learned!

This was my second Nissan I got from Modern Nissan of Concord. Robert and the rest of the staff were so great and accommodating that I drove over 2 hours to get my new car. Everyone was so friendly I can t say this will be the last time they will see me. I always say. I am willing to travel for good food and good service.

My visit was wonderful. I was met at the entrance by an who told me that he would handle getting my car inside and put me in the right service writer. He collected information that he needed from me and he pointed me in the direction of the lounge area for customers. When it was finished they came and got me. They also washed my car before they handed it back to me. Very pleasant and excellent customer service.

Took my xterra there due to a recall involving the Nissan emblem on the steering wheel. When you approach the service area, it has the feel of an oil change business where you drive your vehicle in yourself. But after doing so, I was impressed how quickly they got my information and got me in a shuttle back home. After the work was done, the same shuttle picked me up and brought me back there. And they had me in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. Jordan was the service rep who handled everything for me from start to finish, and he was EXCELLENT in doing so. Absolute 5 stars.

My guy Heath always makes you feel at home when you go to Modern Nissan Concord. I went in for a simple oil change and forgot that I needed to get new windshield wipers (my wife had been on me about getting them replaced). As I was waiting I Chick-fil-A, I got a call from Heath asking if I wanted to do so. It s just those small things that he does to go outside of the box to help you out and make sure you get the correct service, not just the service you asked for. He truly treats everyone like family. My entire family works in racing and I don t exactly need to get my car serviced there all the time because they can just do it in their home garages but I come back to Nissan because of Heath. He s the stinkin man!

Love coming here to service my truck!! This service team always goes the extra mile. This time I noticed they cleaned my battery terminals (corrosion) and I didn't even ask. They always do great work and I know I never have to worry about anything when leaving.

We had the most AMAZING experience purchasing a car from Modern Nissan and their team. Major kudos to their Sales Consultant, Jayland Ray! This young man is personable, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles and the company... His mild, laid back and confident demeanor was refreshing.I was planning on purchasing a car sometime next Spring but did not know what make or model I was interested in. Hubs and I decided to spend a day looking at some make/models I had in mind and Modern Nissan was our last stop. As we were wandering in the lot looking at cars, Jayland came to assist with what I had in mind and pointed me to the care that fit all of the points I wanted; price, mileage, age, history and color! Jayland explained the operation of the car and all the various buttons and their purpose. I went for a test drive and was in love. I admit I was dreading the process of purchasing as the paperwork always takes at least three to four hours but this one took two hours from start to finish!! Jayland was quick and efficient in getting the paperwork started and Staci in Finance was ready and buttoned up with the particulars and very easy to talk to like someone you already knew.We were in awe and definitely give this dealership an easy 10!!Go to Modern Nissan and bask in the treatment.

Chris, Bobby, and Art were all exceptional with getting my company s Van squared away. Everyone in the service department always stepped up to help while I was there. I know some issues take patience and the extra mile, however Chris and his team went not just one extra mile but 100 miles (literally) to make sure our vehicles issues were solved. Thank you all!

Had a good purchasing experience with Aileen, dropped in at the end of the day around 7:20pm, with minimal bargain I had a good offer for my trade in, finance officer Saul and Aileen stayed an extra 90 mins to close my transaction. It was nice to have a new pathfinder that I liked.

I've been to 2 other nissan dealerships and several other brands dealerships, modern nissan staff are the simplest, straight forward and transparent people that I've talked to. I told them what I wanted and they gave it to me period. Others haggle and try to convince me to go for financing (even though I already informed them I wanted to pay with cash).The only improvement would be the delivery of the car. I thought they might wrap some plastics over the seats and thoroughly clean the exterior and interior (it is clean tho, but not to my expectations).Overall would recommend them to anyone wanting a smooth buying experience.

Great to see that they are taking precautions due to covid19 for the customers. They were all wearing masks and had plexiglass barriers up on counters. They also had a staff member spray each seat and surface and put up placards for which seats were sanitized. Great job guys! Got the state inspection done for my car here. Went smoothly although they did make me wait for an hour even though I had made an appointment. If you buy a car from them they do free State inspection for life. Great perk of buying cars from here. I recommend this dealership.
