From the moment I arrived, a sales representative was already there to help me and answer my questions. He listened to what kind of car I wanted and gave options around that. I definitely recommend coming here. Sean Taylor was so helpful and facilitated everything smoothly. Overall one of my best car purchasing experience.

Excellent experience working with Denny! He was understanding, thorough and kept me in the loop every step of the way (unlike my prior experience with Keffer Genesis of CLT). The difference between the two experiences was night and day and much better with Modern Genesis!

Both Stephen and the mechanic (Genesis Service) did a great job coordinating the work to be done on our GV70. The alignment appears to be better and the defect on our front passenger door was repaired - it looks so nice. Thank you very much.

Modern Hyundai of Concord, N.C. service department is A++ in my honest opinion. Had car towed there from Winston-Salem, an hour away. From the minute it arrived, Jeff from the service department, kept me updated on the engine replacement process(recall). With in a week he informed me that the necessary diagnostic test and documentation needed was completed and sent to Coorporate Offices. Once approved Jeff and the mechanics went to work. Completed work within 3week time frame.( the parts took a few days to arrive). The time frame was exceptional; considering that it previously sat in the rear parking lot of Bob King Hyundai for for 2 months without it being checked or a single phone call. Sooooo, yeah all in all I will continue to drive the hour commute, to have my 2011 Hyundai Sonata services here at Modern Hyundai of Concord. The process was very easy. I chose this location because they had my tires in stock. I dropped my car off the night prior to my appointment and was contacted first thing the next morning. I was called when my car was ready and came back to it being washed. Checkout was easy and my car was waiting for me in plain sight.Service: TiresService: Tires

Great Service.We purchased a new Genesis at another dealer where they do not provide good service (over a month wait to get warranty work done and NO return calls).I was able to make my appointment at Modern Hyundai easily and the person on the phone was professional and precise. All good.Then it got better.When the service day arrived I pulled in, was greeted immediately, checked in quickly and directed to their spacious lounge area to wait. The service rep was ultra professional, communicated thoroughly and my car s defective battery was diagnosed, and replaced quickly.Very very impressed, and grateful that we can now drive our brand new vehicle without worrying about a dead battery.

They are handling the covid situation very well (call ahead). Over the few years I've used them they have been great. They smile and are very friendly to everyone. The seating area is very comfortable and I look forward to the coffee when the pandemic is over.
