We traveled 6 hours from our home to Concord, NC to look at a Digital Teal Hyundai Ioniq 5 Limited that they had on the lot.We went in expecting the usual strong-arm, pushy, aggressive sales tactics that we experienced at all the other dealerships.Quite the opposite I am happy to say. Everyone was a joy to interact with. Low pressure, confident and easy going in their sales.Mr. David Kim is an all-star. Highly knowledgeable and what he wasn't sure of he was happy to look up clarification on.Everyone we interacted with, Dimitri and George were both friendly, happy to talk and answer any questions we had.Would happily make the drive again in the future.Love the Ioniq 5! It's a dream!

The ease of the car buying experience. From test drive to purchase, it couldn t have been any easier.Joe Schluntz was who greeted me at the door and took me on my test drive, I spent very little time inside the dealership (which I appreciated)I never felt like I was wasting time or my needs weren t taken in to consideration.

Whitney Wood was extremely knowledgeable and could answer all of my questions immediately. She remembered details about my specific needs that I had forgotten! She did not pressure me and did an excellent job explaining the different trim options and features. She made the transaction simple and smooth. Whitney is VERY GOOD at her job and has made a great impression of Modern Hyundai.

So I decided to trade a pickup truck that I had for something more user friendly , not knowing if I would leave with something or not. Why choose Hyundai you ask, because of the absolutely amazing Santa Cruz. What a cool vehicle!!! From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left, I was treated amazing!!! David my salesman, Ashley who answered the phone when I first called, and Denny in service for a few things I needed taken care of ALL AMAZING!!! This is a dealership I would absolutely say 10 out of 10 would recommend!! As for the vehicle, high marks across the board! Amazing safety features, fast, fun, funky, weird, and so many more words I could use!!Thank you Modern for a great experience!!

if you are needing to buy a car, SEE OWEN!! we just bought a 2023 Tucson in November and Owen was beyond helpful! very thorough, understanding, kind, and passionate. Owen was very detailed in explaining the features of the car but also while explaining our options in purchasing the car. Owen was even kind enough to come in on his day off to be there when I picked up the car to take it home. He made our car buying process so stress free and simple! I also LOVE my new mom car :)

Hugo was great. He took his time with us and showed us everything we needed to know about my new car. He drove 8 hours round trip to pick my car up from another dealership since they didn t have the one I wanted on their lot. We drove three hours away to this dealership and would definitely do it again. 10/10 recommend.

Mia was ever so wonderful to us. We had been looking at another dealership the day before. Well that night I was googling and seen Modern Hyundais reviews and thought man I ll walk in and see what they are about. I walked into a beautiful show room and was met and welcomed with a big smile. She took the time to walk us through everything that we wanted to look at, and found a special gem of a Hyundai that I fell in love with; There isn t a single thing that I wanted that I am missing! We talked about price and man oh man that was a breeze, none of that game stuff that most dealerships play. We agreed on price and she ran off to get the paperwork ready, so I wondered off to look at cars. Before I even had time to make it outside there Mia was smiling saying we got everything ready to go. I couldn t believe it, and guess what! Yes, you guessed it the finance guy was just as awesome and pleasant to work with as Mia! Seriously, this is my 7th car purchase from dealerships and I will say, this is the ONLY time I ve left happy with no complaints how my transaction went. Truly a outstanding dealership that I promise I ll send my friends and family too. Can t wait to see what the service side is like! Oh by the way, ask Mia about the Sonata N line! It ll shock you beyond belief! I am in LOVE with this color!

After a horrible experience at a local dealership, I called Modern and immediately knew I would make the 3 hour drive to, at least, look at the Genesis GV70 I was interested in. Jaime took my initial call and was pleasant to speak with and she got me set up with an awesome salesperson named Hugo. He was an absolute class-act and I ended up buying my GV70. George in finance helped me buy a warranty and made the process easy and helpful. Alex (Sales Manager), you ve got a great team! Thank you!

Stopped in to check out a vehicle model that I was possibly interested in. This was my "first look" at this particular vehicle model and I was just there to see if I was interested in that model. Thus I was not ready to buy just yet. Once the first salesman determined that, he blew me off and sent the new guy to help me. Well, I can tell you that this young man went out of his way to let me check out this car, even knowing I was not ready to buy yet. He pulled out the car, told me all about it and let me test drive it. He also did it all with a smile and pleasant attitude, unlike the first guy. If you stop here you should talk to Owen Emerson. Nice guy, not your usual "sleezy salesman" type

Disappointing Experience with Hyundai Service Manager DenisI had high hopes for my 2018 Jeep Compass Trailhawk when the dealership assured me that it would be a reliable vehicle to support my family during a challenging time. With a fianc� undergoing chemotherapy and a newborn to care for, I put my trust in their recommendation. However, the reality has been far from what was promised.After just a few months, the engine started knocking, leaving me in a tough spot. The dealership provided me with a loaner, but the process dragged on for two months due to difficulties in obtaining the necessary parts from Jeep.When I finally got my Jeep back, they assured me that the issue was resolved. To my dismay, the engine troubles resurfaced soon after, Denis McGee, the service manager, seemed to find humor in my situation, which was both unprofessional and insensitive. Now they are displaying a disrespectful attitude, behaving like smart alecks rather than taking responsibility for their failures.I expected better customer service and support from Hyundai, especially during such a critical time in my life. Denis McGee and the dealership's lack of empathy and professionalism have left me deeply disappointed. I would caution others to think twice before putting their trust in this establishment.

I visited Modern Hyundai with my daughter on Monday, 11 December, at which time she bought 2024 Palisade. From beginning to end, the purchase was a pleasure. It was an easy transaction and my daughter loves her new vehicle. We were fortunate to work with Hugo Marin, who went above and beyond the call of duty to make for a positive experience. Hugo knew the Palisade inside out, clearly explaining all the features and getting her my daughters preferences and presets configured. He even delivered the vehicle to her after the sale, because she did not trade the vehicle she drove to dealership and had no way to get both cars home. Speaking of the dealership, it was comfortable, clean, hospitable, and everyone was remarkably kind and helpful. Thanks, Modern Hyundai!

Modern Hyundai is top notch! This dealership cares about their customers and building thatbusiness relationship so you return when in the market to purchase again. Unlike Keffer Hyundai who failed to inform my husband and I the vehicle we purchased was involved in a minor accident and smoked in! Please go visit Modern Hyundai and ask for Travis! I assure you they ll do everything possible to earn your business.

Our salesman, Owen, is absolutely fantastic. He s so friendly, personable, and easy to get along with. He made the experience a breeze and made me feel so comfortable the entire time. He s gone well above and beyond. We ve run into some issues with the vehicle I purchased (both prior to purchasing and now) and Owen has been so pleasant to work with. He s gone out of his way to ensure I have everything I need and to keep me updated along the way. Unfortunately I haven t got to bring my vehicle home yet but Owen has made sure that all my requests and concerns have been addressed in a timely manner. Other than some minor issues that have interfered with me being able to drive my vehicle home and delaying this by a week-week and a half (hopefully not longer) I had a great first time buyer experience. I had an issue with my vehicle & I set up an appointment to get a diagnostic. Through the process in the beginning the communication was off. I ended up going to the dealership & the service manager Karl Brooks was beyond amazing. He jumped right in from day one of my concerns & explained to me the process & his customer service was above and beyond of what I expected. Because of how caring & the way he showed concern to my situation I truly appreciate his customer service. if I could rate 10 stars I would. Thank you again Mr. Brooks & the Concord Parkway team.

Made an appointment, the lady did not come out sent out a new person who didn t know anything. Every time I had a question he had to run inside and ask, the car I went to see the keys were lost and were not trying to even look for it. I had a trade in and they had the audacity to say only $500 have no options or no good customer service at all they need a whole new staff.I went to a different car lot and I not only got a car but &5000 for my trade in with no issues . I would not recommend this place to nobody.

I recently made a purchase with this dealership, and it went as smoothly as I could hope for. Richard and Ashley were amazing!! They were able to quickly schedule me for a test drive. Richard was able to guide me through the purchase process and also give me all the information on the car that I needed so that I could decide to move forward with my purchase. The dealership has quality used vehicles and excellent customer service. I recommend making your next purchase with this dealership!

Came across a truck they had listed for sale on their website. Talked with the internet sales manager and explained that I was from Louisiana and I would like to purchase the truck. She put a salesman onto me. He ran numbers for me and even did a FaceTime call with me to get a better look at the truck. I was sold on the truck! I wanted it! I was ready to fill out the application and submit it, which I know I would be approved with no issues. As my credit is Excellent! I was ready to seal the deal today and fly up to pick it up. Well the salesman texted me an Apologizing saying the used car salesman (Tony) said he couldn t hold the truck for me. Even though I was ready to do my financing today and seal the deal. I was ready to pay my $13k down payment today as well. I ve purchased many vehicles out of state and all that was needed was a non refundable deposit to hold it. I just thought this was bad for business! The salesman was really nice and apologetic saying it was out of his control.

David Kim is an amazing sales associate. He was kind and accommodating towards my son and I. I really wish him the best, he really deserves recognition. I like his punctuality, calmness, honesty, and patience. It wasn't easy dealing with me as I am alway extremely nervous and have alot of requirements to be met. He was also very kind to my son, even whenever he felt like I was ignoring him while speaking to David.

Tony was a great guy to talk to and he worked with me to get the deal I was looking for. He made the test drive fun and easy and I always avoid test drives unless I m absolutely planning on buying the car; all business. I couldn t help but enjoy my time with him talking about family and sports while testing out my future purchase.Jamie was a gem to work with as well. She helped me via text to help me narrow down pricing to confirm whether or not my hour drive to the dealership would be worth the time.This was extremely important to me, because my previous two visits to two other Modern dealerships were very, very, disappointing.Paul was also great in helping breakdown what I was signing, he even gave me free books to take home for my one year old son.

I recommend Modern Hyundai of Concord to everyone. The sale consultant Owen Emelson and all the crew including finance and management were very professional, respectful, they were not pushy and they answered all of our questions and concerns. We had a wonderful experience with our 2006 Hyundai Sonata and for that reason we bought again a Hyundai Sonata. My 2006 Sonata was very reliable and never gave me a headache and to me they are so beautiful. Thank you!

I recently purchased a new vehicle after my previous one was totaled. I had the pleasure to work with Mia Wallace, she was absolutely amazing! Not only was she very knowledgeable on EVs, she made us feel very welcomed. The entire process felt very fast, and Mia made sure we had all our questions or concerns answered. Not only that, Mia also followed up a few days after buying the vehicle to make sure everything was going okay. Definitely my best experience buying a vehicle and would definitely recommend this place. 5/5 stars!!!

I purchased a 2021 Genesis G80 in October 2021. I ran over a nail recently in April, when I realized I had no key to the wheel locks in order to remove and repair the tire. I called and spoke with the service department who quoted me nearly $100 for a new set of lug nuts. I then decided to speak with sales, spoke to the sales manager James, who without question advised me to bring my vehicle to the dealership and he would have the service department remove the lug nuts and replace them along with a key.Though James was busy with another situation upon my arrival, he assigned someone else to assist me without delay. The service department then had me in and out in about 30min without any appointment. Yes it s an easy fix, but pretty quick considering how busy they were at the moment.I felt like my time and concern were appreciated. Very clean facility as well.I ve added a few photos of the beauty I purchased from them.

My sales rep was so sharp and on point. He knew his product. I was only able to stump him once, and he actually went and found the answer for me even after I told him it wasn t important. Hugo was really east to talk to. I even saw the sales manager Damitri on several occasions throughout the process before I even knew who he was. It wasn t like the wizard behind the curtain kinda thing. He told me on several occasions that he appreciated us even if we didn t do business with them. Super positive experience!
