NEVER Had Service like THIS Before!! Now that #mavis bought #ntbthat means they will honor the tire warranty I bought with NTB. Better yet, that means, we can go to any Mavis location and get our tires fixed! So I now have thousands more locations I can go to, anytime I get a flat tire.Just to make sure, I called this Mavis location to verify. Sure enough, it s true.Typically, and Folks, you know this is true, when you ve got a flat and you call a tire shop, you have to make an appointment. And you Might wait. Not here. When I called, they treated me like a VIP. They had all my information in the system. They knew my tire was going flat, and told me to come in.I happened to be running errands. And when I didn t show up within 15 minutes, they called me, to make sure that I was OK. Not to cancel, not to ask for any fees, but just to make sure that I was OK. Can you believe that?!?!?And when I did show up to Mavis, they were professional, more than polite, and took me right in, despite the fact that I saw a couple of people in their (very comfortable ) waiting room. They pulled my car around back immediately. They could see that I had the warranty from NTB and it was all good !I m thrilled! I wish more companies would merge like this! It makes life so much easier for us!Now, as to this location, it is humongous! There s two entrances to the parking lot. It is handicap accessible. They have. Six double bays to work on cars. The lobby is very large I wouldn t even say expensive. And the waiting room is really comfortable, plenty of seating, has a TV and free water and coffee. And the bathrooms are handicap accessible as well.The staff, the service was absolutely wonderful. Top-notch! They were totally knowledgeable, experienced, and trustworthy.

Great service! Everyone was friendly and helpful. They assisted me in getting the best quality tire for my budget and had it installed fairly quickly. I will definitely come back here for any car maintenance I need done in the future! :)

I was stranded after getting a flat tire 170 miles from home. Mavis service was great!! I think they really knew what they were talking about. I came in not even an hour before close and Brandon helped me get the safest and cheapest option to get home. He was fast and knowledgeable. Plus, the waiting room was very nice! Would come back again (if I m stranded in the area again!) Thanks, Brandon!

Excellent service. Evan and his team provided fast and efficient service. Answered any questions I had thoroughly. And explained things before each process was done so I was aware of the whole thing beforehand and able to make a decision without pressure. If there was any delays I was told in a timely manner and given an estimated time to expect completion. Respectful and smooth atmosphere.

I had a screw in my tire and I was able to have it fixed in about 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. The facilities were clean and the waiting area was comfortable. Brandon had wonderful customer service and made sure I was taken care of. Mavis has earned another loyal customer!

I was taking my pups for a ride and noticed my drivers rear tire was low. I went to Mavis. Brandon checked me in. He was very polite. Evan came in speaking to me. He is always smiling. Peter fixed my tire. I had a nail in. They always treat me like family. Great place and great service. Merry Christmas guys.

I came in and got new tires. The staff was nice, they did a great job, and I was in and out. I definitely recommend Mavis. Also you can apply for their finance program where you can make payments over time.

Stopped in to get my tires filled and Evan met me around back immediately. I told him I only needed one filled but he topped all of them off, on the house! He even told me if I had the same issue in a couple days to bring it back and he'd get me taken care of. Great customer service!!! Come see these guys for any of your car needs!

I ve been here before a few times and they never disappoint. They stand behind their work and is always honest and up front about prices and the work that needs to be done. Highly recommendAnd a major plus is they re open on Sundays

Rotor retaining screw was stripped and I didn t care to finish fighting it myself. Other shops quote 1-1.5hr labor cost, maybe more, or wouldn t touch it because not OEM parts. This shop finished things up, very affordable and within my time constraints. Very appreciative and will happily return if I move back to the area. Thanks guys!!

Evan, Petey, and Scott were more then helpful with patching my tire. I've also come here for new tires and brakes and alignments. They should be called "mavis do it all" cause they do just that!

Scott and Brandon were very helpful with letting me know what was wrong with my car and helping me get situated. They answered any and all questions I needed to know. Danny the mechanic was also very helpful and even gave me a free tire patch.

Great ServiceI had a great experience at Mavis Tires and Brakes in Concord. Everyone was friendly, and the atmosphere was nice and clean. I did not have an appointment, and I was still able to get in and out very fast. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here.

Best tire shop in Charlotte. I had a small job and the owner didn t even charge me and got me right in. Super nice guy and very honest. I highly recommend them and will be back for sure.

I needed new tires so my guy friend set up an appointment for me at Mavis Tires in Concord. I arrived and gave the guy at the register my order number. He was personable & professional. I sat in the waiting area while my car was being serviced. The wait was eventful because a fire alarm went off & I jetted out of there! The firetruck arrived in less than five minutes. The clerk explained that there is trouble with the system which causes a false alarm. About two and a half hours into my wait I was told that my car would be ready soon. The mechanic test drove my car because 1 tire indicated that I had low tire pressure. I went ahead and paid the invoice while I waited. I inquired about a warranty in which the clerk told me that it was extra but he never quoted me a price - he said that Goodyear has a year warranty. When the mechanic returned with my vehicle both he and the inside clerk were inspecting the tire. The mechanic pulled my car around as if it was ready. The clerk explained that a sensor was showing the tire pressure to be low but the pressure was in fact correct. He said that I could bring the car back for service. What???? Almost $700 spent & something isn't working properly? I need this to be fixed today because I had no sensor problems when I drove the car to the shop. When my receipt was printed I noticed that my guy friends name was on it and not mine. I advised that since payment could not be taken over the phone directly from my ever so generous friend that I needed my name on my receipt. A phone call was made and then the correct receipt was reprinted. The clerk said that they would repair the sensor free of charge. I was feeling a bit uneasy but I went back to the seating area to wait for the repair. 3 hours later - and I'm rolling away. Lucky for me food options were in the same parking lot!Update: As I'm rideshare driving on the highway my car begins shaking and so does my steering wheel.This is not a bad review so hang in here to see how the problem was fully resolved. I was greeted by two ladies at the front when I walked in. I frantically told them about my issue. I am not excited about having to return but I want the problem fixed fully before I leave. Angie, (Manager) walked outside with me to look at my tires. She spoke car language and explained that my front tires needed to be weighted. She is extremely genuine and reassured me that they would correct the problem. I felt relieved when greeted by female employees. Angie, went on to explain that she has new employees. I definitely understand that there cam be human error in anything. I just need to feel safe on the road. Angie sold me a warranty at a discounted price and elaborated on other services that are offered through Mavis. I am completely satisfied with the customer service and follow up that I received from Angie! I haven't had any other problems with my tires.

Had a flat tire and came in on short notice, Scott was able to fit me in and help me out right away. Attentive and helpful disposition. I will definitely be coming back whenever I have any issues with my vehicle!

The service is excellent. I had my tires replaced. They helped me find the best value for the kind of tires that I needed. Evan even changed my headlight for free. The inside of the store is spotless in the customer care area. I left my insulated cup there and I received a call to let me know. I went back a week later and they had saved my cup for me. I will go back for other services on my auto when needed.

If I could give negative stats I would. Don't go to this store. I had a flat in my new car, 19,000 miles and they sold me 2 new ones. Said I had to. Next day, same tire is flat. I asked for my tires snd money back. Drove a total of 3 miles and they said my tires are now used. They were going to "look" at my tire again. I told them no and now I'm at the dealer. I would stay away from this store. They are horrible
