Called to see if they could repair my routers and brakes, they did so in such a professional and efficient manner. They told me that they wouldn t do anything until they provided a cost estimate, which is amazing. Dropped my Jeep off and had it less than 24 hours later. Amazing service. Will continue to come here for auto repairs!

Called and was able to come in for an inspection right away. Arrived, car taken imediately, and very quickly was done and on my way. Fast and easy.

4 years ago I got my fuel pump replaced and was told the part was put under warranty for life. My fuel pump needs to be replaced again so I give them a call & because I am currently at work and have little to no signal, the call keeps dropping. Eventually I get otp with the owner, Billy, and he rudely tells me to get a new phone bc you called 15 times I don t care if I called 30 times don t ever get beside yourself about a phone call or anything for that matter. You ll being seeing me very soon

Billy Mack is the best mechanic in town. I own a small business and have had issues for years getting screwed by local mechanics working on company and personal vehicles for me. Billy is truly the most honest and fair mechanic I have ever used. He has worked on our company van, trucks, personal vehicles, even a trailer. He knows his stuff. Very glad he moved his shop to our area about a year ago. They do great work. I scheduled bringing my car for a somewhat major A/C repair (replacing compressor and other parts) and the service was quick and everything works great. The price was much better than my first estimate somewhere else. He told me just how long it would take and how much it would cost. They gave me a great warranty. Also had a fleet of cars serviced there for various things. They're good for anything we've brought, Honda, Jeep, Toyota.

Never taken my vehicle here but they reported they worked on it to carfax. Now I have a mileage discrepancy that's preventing me from trading the truck. Called business and they said I would have to take it up with Carfax. Seems like these guys might be doing something shady.

My husband and I were referred to Mack's by one of the employees at the City of Harrisburg. They spoke of the honest people who work at Mack's and how considerate all of them are toward all customers. He was absolutely correct.We worked with Lee Simmons, the Service Manager, to get our son's vehicle inspected and to purchase a new battery. The service, the attitude, the integrity was all anyone could ask for! Would we recommend Mack's to anyone seeking prompt, courteous, service with integrity to anyone? Yes! No hesitation!

After purchasing my wife a new car 3 yrs ago, we had to find someone to do the maintance to keep the warranty. I always did oil changes and everything else I could myself, I just didn't trust anyone else to do work on the vehicles that we depend on everyday. After 3 years, we still take my wife's vehicle there for service. Anytime something comes up with our vehicles, we call Lee. We have been very pleased with their services provided and trust them to do the work as if I was doing it myself.

My husband took our 2007 GMC Envoy Denali to get a alignment, excellent customer service, good price, good location, clean. Mechanic went above and beyond and found a loose control arm and tightened it at no cost. Quick, professional, knowledgeable. Took my 2016 tundra in to get a front brake job, and oil change. They quoted me a certain amount, and a certain time of completion. The truck ended up only needing the rotors turned, and instead of charging me for pads anyway they made me aware, and ended up turning all 4 rotors, and charging me less than originally quoted (which seems to never happen with mechanics these days). The negative reviews I ve seen over the past couple of weeks look to be from individuals that were disgruntled to begin with, and just looking to take it out on someone other than themselves. This shop is clean, and organized. The employees are professional, and knowledgeable, an I will not hesitate to bring anything to them from now on!!!!!!

I had ripped out my spark plugs which yes, is my fault. So all but one was stuck in the head. We asked them to try and get the spark plugs out and they did. They ended up removing, according to them, 3 plugs. However, one of the plugs was the one that we actually had already replaced, so really 2. Thiswhere it gets messed up, I was super excited when they offered to not charge me for removing the plugs. I should've known something was up. I received the car back and opened it to take a look. All four spark plugs were out, only three out of the four new ones I had given them were in the car including the engine, only two old ones were given back to me, my car was filthy from them eating in it (like I the backseat and everything, I know I ate in mine but never that messily and never in the back), and here's the kicker... They drilled a hole into the head of the engine (CONFIRMED by another mechanic), and did not tell me. That other mechanic was appalled by the horrible quality of the work. He didn't even know how they got the drill down like that. So they didn't charge me in order to hide the work done. I called them back and asked how many plugs they removed (this was only a few days later), and they "forgot" and assumed 2-3 plugs were removed. This was after they made a huge deal about how messed up it was, so I doubt they forgot.So all in all, I was forced into buying a new head instead of seeing if someone else could get it out because of their negligence. I understand it would've only made around 100 dollar difference on my repair, but watch out for them. If you can't trust them to not screw up and engine removing spark plugs and to not lie about it, then you probably shouldn't trust them at all. For me, they lied several times and just disrespected me and for me that's something that will make me never go back.

If I could, I would give this place zero stars. Dealing with these crooks has been nothing short of a nightmare. The "supervisor" Lee has absolutely no customer service skills or people skills. He talked over me every time I spoke to him. He was sarcastic & rude. My car broke down and was towed to this place. I spoke with Lee telling him that I wanted them to look at my car and tell me everything that is wrong with it. From there I would make my decision on whether or not I would have them fix my car. If the expenses were too much I was going to either scrap or sell my car because I do not have a lot of money. Lee called me back and stated that it had a broken water pump. I asked him if he was positive if this was the only problem and I reiterated a dozen times that I did not want the car fixed if there was more than just that. He said that was the only problem. The next day he calls me and tells me that there was a crack in my radiator that they somehow overlooked. I was furious because I didn't want to sink even more money into this because I had planned to scrap the car if there were multiple things wrong with it. It was too late so I ended up spreading myself thin and having them "fix" that as well. Two days later my car breaks down and does the exact same thing it did the first time, causing me to miss the concert I was going to and having to be towed home. The shop was closed that day. I tried to call and was unsucessful. They opened again on Monday and I called them as soon as they opened. I tried explaining the situation to Lee who again talked over me when j was speaking and took no accountability for the poor service I had received. He told me that there is no way my car broke down and basically that it wasn't their problem. He was calling me a liar. He argued with me and continued to be rude to me. He then told me his owner would call me and hung up on me. The owner of this shop called me shortly after and did not even ask me for my side of the story and told me he refused to do any more work on my car after today and that I was the problem. Not once did he ask me my side of the story. He did not care about how his employee treated me. He talked over me and argued with me and even hung up on me too. Lee had told me when they towed my car back to the shop that it would not cost me. The towing would be free. I told him that was the only way I wanted my car towed there and he told me it would not cost me. They later told me they weren't going to give me my car back unless I paid for towing that I was told was FREE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. THEY WILL CHEAT YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. This is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with.

Please be sure to understand that miscommunication is easy communicating effectively takes more work before you get your repairs make sure you understand exactly what's going on so you don't have problems later

I spoke this morning to Lee about my 2006 GMC Sierra and all the items on my punch list. When I asked about certain types of motor modifications, he stated that although they can handle the work, there was another company which they use as well for upfits and gave me the name. Being a former business owner, that speaks volumes to me as I have always tried to steer people where they can maximize there purchase of either product, service, or both. Big thumbs up to Mr. Lee. I will be bringing my truck in for suspension and other items as the need arises.

Took vehicle into due to a squeal from the breaks on front. They broke door handle didn't say nothing about it and said they didn't hear no sound. Funny my neighbors could hear it. Excellent service and nothing but hard work and honesty from these Gentlemen! Had another local shop try and charge over 2k for work that I needed. Macks did all of the work and more while still beating everyone else's prices. I gave them a cap and they didn't try and push over that by even a penny. Highly recommend this place!!

They put a new fuel pump in my car earlier this year, my car was fine for awhile until a month ago when I started having trouble starting my car. Went to a different auto shop & now im being told I need another one. Horrible and a waste of money

Stopped by this morning to get my brakes looked at. Owner didn t seem to be in a good mood when I got there. Had me fill out some paperwork, and he left the office as soon as I started. Never said a word to me before he left. When he didn t come back for a while I left

I went there once, but I wouldn't go back. They charged a high price and during the repair they stopped something from working that was working fine when I came there. When I called and came back, they charged me for the mess up that they did. Also, the owner was not courteous at all. He was actually kind of nasty. I wouldn't ever go back there.
