WOW! So impressed with the work completed on my Jeep Cherokee. I picked up my car it was amazingly detailed my tank had gas and talking about customer Service I am so glad I heard about the work Kosmic Collision does and the no stress with everything.Kelvin kept me up dated on every step of the process. Left my rental there and they took care of that as well. I'm so happy for such great service

Hello All,I just wanted to give Kosmic CollisioN LLC a review.Quick story- my car was hit by a person that backed into me coming out of Walmart really hard that knocked me up against the driver door that I had to have medical treatment.Her insurance company had deemed my car a total loss. So I go another opinion from my insurance and they said it can be repaired.Kosmic Collision came and towed my vehicle to their shop and did an excellent job.I can t tell that it has been hit at all.Excellent customer service- repaired the mechanical and the auto body to perfection.I couldn t have found a better shop for the service that was done.I would definitely recommend Kosmic Collision 100%.Thank you guys so much for doing such an awesome job.

I chose Kosmic Collision based on their awesome reviews. I wondered how they kept a five star rating and now I know. They picked up my car from my home within hours of calling them. They answered all my questions no matter how many times I called. And when you call they are the ones who answer the phone. They are very patient and understanding as we/they spent 3 months dealing with the insurance company of the guy at fault. If I ever need a body shop again they will be the first guys I call.

We picked Kosmic Collision based on their great reviews. Our car ended up being totaled and the insurance company we had to deal with was giving us the runaround. Kosmic worked with us, communicated with the insurance company, and fought with us to the end; a 3 month ordeal. They were very professional and were willing to speak with us each time we called OR called us back quickly. If we ever get in a situation that we need body work, we will certainly call on Kosmic Collision.

This team was such a pleasure to work with as they went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. They made sure to keep me updated throughout the process and my car came back looking like a brand new vehicle! Great work, great customer service and in all an amazing experience and I wouldn t recommend going anywhere else other than Kosmic Collison.

Kelvin and his cohorts were nothing but friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. Kelvin called me at least every couple days with an update. Not once was I unsure of what was happening. I am so glad I was recommended these guys. I trust them completely for body shop work. My new bumper and underbody look brand new. These are great people. Use them with confidence!

The Guys at Kosmic Collision did a great job for me and my collector's style auto. Got the part in on time and the job was done in 2 days. Price was fair and I was paying out of pocket. No Ins. If I need collision repair in the future (hope not) I will contact them first.

Brought my Toyota Tacoma in. Which was hit on the back at a red light. Shopped around to get it fixed. Everyone was giving me a hard time. Brought it to Kosmic Collision. Easiest and best thing I could do. They are real professionals. Always kept me updated. I'm only using them for anything I need. I big time would referral them to any one, no hesitation

These guys blew me away with how well they treated us, worked with insurance on our behalf and totally nailed the repair! They're generous and super respectful, gem in that industry!! Will be reccomending to anyone and everyone. Oh and our car looks brand new.

Best body shop in North Carolina! Kelvin and his team know their stuff and will guide you through everything with your car. There's not many body shops AT ALL they will take time out their day to explain to you exactly what is going on and how to proceed. I absolutely recommend them to EVERYONE!!!!

Would absolutely recommend! The perfect balance of professional and personable, great communication, customer service, timely, responsive and goes above and beyond for the customers. Both Charles and Kelvin were accommodating for helping make sure not only repairs were done, but the whole process went as smooth as possible; including making sure I was able to get to the rental agency while mine was in the shop and helping with arrangements for the return. I hit a deer which damaged a good amount of the front end as well as some electrical. My car was returned looking and working brand new. These guys do amazing work and from my experience you can tell they have a passion for what they are doing and it shows!Services: Auto body & trim repair, Electrical repair, Auto body & trim replacement

I honestly cannot express how highly I recommend Kosmic Collision. I just got my car back, and it looks like it did the day that I drove it off the lot. Further more, they communicated exceptionally well; and by the time I left, I felt as if I made friends. I originally found them as the only body shop near me that had 5 stars... and now I completely understand why. Shout out to Kelvin and Charles! They're upstanding dudes that care about their profession, the product, and YOU (or in this case, me!)Given the option: 10 out of 5 stars.

I had the best experience with these guys. Very helpful very personable and they care. I had an amazing experience. They did an amazing job and fixing a little accident that I had. Also they did a wonderful job at matching the color. It looked brand new when I went and picked it up they replace the pin striping on the sides. I couldn t have asked for a better experience. Very reasonable priced an awesome job. KG I give these guys a five star I would recommend them to anybody.!!

This shop came recommended and quickly I found out why. Kelvin was professional, responsive and great to work with. The team went out of their way on two of our cars to make sure we were taken care of and their work is top notch. They truly care about providing the best experience and treated our cars like they were their own. We brought our Audi A6 to the guys at Kosmic Collision after it was side swiped in a parking lot. They worked with the insurance provider we were using which was super helpful. We had a fantastic experience! They were very accommodating for our busy schedules and could take the car right away. They were honest and up front about the repair options, and worked with the insurance company to maximize the reimbursement so that the job could be done properly. Most importantly their craftsmanship is impeccable, the car looks good as know, and they blended the adjacent panels so that you simply cannot tell there was any damage. This shop is a hidden gem and I d recommend them highly to anyone needing work done!

Charles and Kelvin were the best. They tidied up a few dents I had on my car prior to me purchasing the car (bought it as is) as well as the major damage. They were both knowledgeable about the ends and outs dealing with insurance companies. My car was fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Nothing was done without me being notified. Greatly satisfied!

I went from having a miserable insurance experience, to peace of mind - all due to Kelvin and his team! Kelvin was SUPER helpful in all facets of my experience. I had to tow my car, and had more damage that what was initially thought. Kelvin was very clear and straightforward on what was going on. I Looked for months trying to find the right body shop after I was rear ended in my 2009 Cadillac CTS-V. I wanted a body shop who knows how paint works. Every other place I went for quotes either didn t work on anything over 10 years old or didn t end up even sending me an estimate. As soon as I called Kosmic Collision they told me exactly what steps I should follow and when to bring it in. They kept me informed the entire process, never had to talk with insurance after I made the first initial claim. They went well above, and far beyond my expectations of customer service and quality of repairs. Highly Highly recommend to anyone. If you have a vehicle that you take pride in, this is the place to go.Service: Auto body & trim repair
