I've had a Honda since 2012 & I can say the service I get has always been top tier. If you need to get your car serviced, ask for Cureal he's the best. Honest & trustworthy and never steers me in the wrong direction when it comes to maintaining my vehicle!

Brought in a 2002 Honda Accord multiple times for leaking power steering fluid. The last time Honda of Concord claimed it was the power steering rack and wanted $2500. They claimed it was leaking at a weld. After taking it to another mechanic, the problem was solved by tightening the high pressure hose that Honda of Concord didn't tighten during replacement of the pump. Beware. Ultimately the fix was $40.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Recently had service performed on our 2017 Honda Pilot at Honda of Concord. The people there in the service department are fantastic and are really customer oriented. Our service advisor for our last several visits was Samantha and she is outstanding. Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and focused on the customer. I cannot ask for anymore than what Samantha and Honda of Concord provided.

Be aware on Saturday they do not have a service to take you places and this area is NOT pedestrian friendly.Other than that this location has quick and friendly service. Can t wait to buy another car from here.
